A person of an unknown nature and even more unknown agenda, the Doctor is the Supreme Commander of the forces of Rhodes Islands and its primary staff officer when it comes to its operators. While the remains of his history and memory remain a partial mystery, even to those that knew him before his retrieval, he remains a figure of respect and honor within Rhodes Island.

The Doctor's emotional state is marred by the same human fear and emotions that carry over those that have seen too much suffering and violence in the world, a person who remembers his own powers a leader as well as how much the responsibility entails. Even to him, the long shadows of his past may close in the comings months, as his own history eventually will catch up to what Kalt'sit considers a violent end.

The public face of Rhodes Island and its top executive, Amiya appears to be a young and inexperienced girl but she is a universally trusted and highly experienced operator. In spite of her qualifications, Amiya's values and emotional state are constantly being tested during operations, lending to scarring and enlightening experiences..

Amiya is a headstrong and idealistic young woman, yet understands that sacrifices must be made during operations to ensure the safety of her team and the infected. She carries with her a genetic deficiency that's slowly killing her along with Oripathy infection, yet she remains resolute in her cause  for both Rhodes Island and the world in spite of this.

Voice: Medium High; Stalwart - Caring - Hopeful

The head of Rhodes Island's medical team, Kal'tsit has been at the head of research and development for a cure and treatment of Oripathy since her resurgence in Amiya's life. Her past is tied to both Amiya and the Doctor, the former of which was her prior apprentice and the latter was an ally that broke off from her due to an unknown incident. 

Kal'tsit is the definition of a stern doctor, often chastising her staff and her patients for not taking care of themselves or acting immaturely. This is more a result of legitimate care for her patients, as well as a fervent duty to find a cure to Oripathy, as she ultimately only wishes to see the infected cured and the Reunion movement dismantled through it.

Dobermann is an ex-member of the Bolivarian Armed Forces who now serves as Rhodes Island's head drill instructor for new recruits as well as a health director for its operators. While she's seen as a fearsome and somewhat detestable figure in Rhodes Island, her harshness is something the operators have come to understand as an incentive to improve. 

Dobermann is strict to a fault and uncompromising in holding recruits and current operators to a high physical standard to keep up with the challenges ahead. For this, she employs a loud voice and harsh words to get Rhodes Island's operators ready for anything Reunion can put in front of them, along with a fierce skill with the whip when words fail.

A former knight of Kazimiers and member of the healing order of the 'Followers', Nearl serves Rhodes Island as a means curing her Oripathy and to aid the company's operators as a bulwark of aid and defense.  She's held as a figure of respect among the vanguard of Rhodes Island for her unyielding will and healing aid in combat.

Nearl is as dedicated as she is honorable, holding the lives of her allies and the treatment of her enemies in high measure. In spite of having been ostracized from her home nation, she holds no ill intent towards Kazimiers and wishes to return there one day when their opinions towards the Infected soften.

Voice: Low; Principled - Stalwart - Unflinching

Blacksteel Worldwide's first response operator for bio-hazard and originium containment, Franka joined Rhodes Island as a means of treatment for her own Oripathy infection and to provide security for its operating staff. While she appears a cold mercenary for her bosses, she puts it more as a front to keep up appearances and to hide her own jovial and lighthearted personality.

Franka's attitude during on-field operations are the epitome of wisecracking, almost reveling in battle among her peers much to the chagrin of her partner Liskarm. This by no means signifies a lack of maturity or cockiness, but more an abandon for grief and fear from so much experience of combat as a mercenary. 

Voice: Medium - Medium High; Cheerful - Confident - Lighthearted

Liskarm is another one of Blacksteel Worldwide's operators joining Rhodes Island as security and operational detail, but with the added bonus of being a living tesla coil to Rhodes Island's enemies. Unlike some of her peers, the pragmatic and by-the-book attitude carried with Liskarm has caused much of Blacksteel and Rhodes Island's staff to hold her in respect with the exception of Franka.

Unlike Franka's professional demeanor being used as a facade to keep up appearances, Liskarm's own personality really is as serious as she makes herself out to be in and out of operations. In spite of this, she still holds a high regard for human life and will go above and beyond her pay-grade to protect those she's promised to keep safe.

In spite of the meek disposition, Jessica is one of Blacksteel Worldwide's elite operators for surveillance and reconnaissance serving in Rhodes Island as security detail and to undergo further training. While Jessica's attitude towards herself is heavily self-deprecating,  her shortcomings aren't in on-field skills as she's more than reliable in front-line and back-line combat.

Jessica's insecurity stems from a crippling selective perception that leads to her timid and apologetic attitude in spite of how outwardly skilled she is with a handgun. Thankfully, after the Chernobog incident, she has begun to show small signs confidence from her own endeavors in combat and with her allies.

Voice: High - Medium-High; Shy - Insecure - Apologetic 

One of Penguin Logistic's top operators for espionage, covert ops and armed escorts, Exusiai holds all targets suppressed with a skilled trigger finger and her allies secure with her angelic providence. Beyond an optimist, there's not a single situation that can hold Exusiai's head down and she's always the first member of her team to suggest celebratory after battle parties.

Exusiai is the definition of a hopeful realist, a person that understand a problem and makes the best of everything in her surroundings to make it into a positive situation. Along with her demeanor for celebration and jovial attitude, she's gotten a penchant for gun collecting and savory treats that have gotten her in the good graces of many of her peers.

Voice: Medium; Optimist - Positive Thinker - Amiable

Penguin Logistic's signature close-combat specialist, Texas holds particular praise for her peerless swordsmanship and arts usage, something Rhode's Island has come to value during her time as a liaison for her company. Texas holds an emotional distance to everyone nearby, holding relationships as merely work oriented partnerships even amongst her own team.

Texas is an operator of few words, stating only the necessary amount to convey her thoughts and holding herself in a taciturn and cold demeanor with everyone she meets. This may in turn be a front to hide a hint of rage or bitterness over prior circumstances in her past, though she's neither shown nor told anyone about this if it even is true.

Voice: Medium-Low; Reticent - Loner - Single-Minded

With a flash of light and a jump of glamour, Sora, Penguin Logistic's resident idol, makes her debut on the battlefield to lift the spirits and weapons of her teammates. While not a direct combatant during operations, Sora's skill with song arts are so strong they're able to reconstitute the bodies and strength of her allies, only enhanced by her joyful expression and soothing voice.

Sora's idol persona is not dissimilar from her regular attitude, as she holds herself to the doctrine of high morale for troops in the same way she holds the hearts of her fans. In spite of her unorthodox arts techniques and non direct-combat role, she's hailed as a welcome sight outside and inside a battlefield, though she's aware she'll eventually be forced to chose between her career as an idol or as an operator.

An abnormally strong woman for her size, Croissant is Penguin Logistic's defensive specialist that specializes in crowd control and dispersion via her massive originium hammer. Her purpose in work is to improve the quality of life for the people affected by oripathy as well as her own through tactical operations and shopping sprees respectively.

Croissant's energy is as boundless as it is infectious, which manifests in a very chipper yet determined personality. While her line of work and mantra seems to be noble, the main reason for her constant dedication is that of money and the desire to ultimately live in carefree consumerism when the battles finally end.

Voice: Medium - Medium-High; Spry - Energetic - Opportunistic

Ch'en is the head of Lungmen's Guard Department & Special Inspections Unit and one of the most decorated members of its armed forces with a mastery over tactical combat and on-field operations. She's often described as surgical and cold-blooded in her pursuit of dealing with both crime and insurgent movements, something that keeps her on Lungmen's good graces and a fearful section with Rhodes Island.

In spite of her otherwise merciless demeanor, Ch'en ultimately does care for the people under her care but cannot afford emotional weakness on the battlefield. Along with this, her history with Reunion's leader and prior dealings with Rhodes Island's top brass are more than likely to cause heavy strain on her life as well as those around her.

Voice: Medium-Low, Low; Callous - Strict - Uncompromising

A hulking defensive operator from Lungmen's Special Operations division, Hoshiguma's knowledge of the criminal underworld are only matched by her superhuman strength and combat aptitude. While she's held in a similarly intimidating light as Ch'en, she's more than willing to put her body on the line for her subordinates and would rather obtain respect than loyalty. 

Even when she was associated with Lungmen's criminal underworld, she always held herself in an honorable light by never preying on the weak and remaining loyal to whoever she swore an oath with. This is an attitude she retains with her time in Lungmen's police and on Rhode Island's tactical division, even if her casual dress would say otherwise to her executive position.

Voice: Low; Faithful - Reserved - Imposing

A self-made mercenary and prior military vigilante in Firewatch's group, Meteorite brings the experience of countless battles and an explosive payload to lay waste to Rhodes Island's enemies. In spite of her long combat record, Meteorite is a woman scarred by war and injustice against her race, to the point of her acting callously or unresponsive whenever the mention of her prior victories are mentioned.

Meteorite is very blunt about her opinions, to the point of appearing rude and callous to everyone around her, though this is more a defensive mechanism to hide her own grief over the hundreds of lives she's seen lost in conflict. To those that manage to gain her trust, she's said to be a dependable ally and a heartfelt companion, though only Firewatch has managed to commit to such a feat. 

Voice: Medium - Medium-Low; Cold - Blunt -Steely

Former Columbian Army soldier and arts specialist, Frostleaf is renowned as a lone mercenary that takes on extremely dangerous assignments until she joined with Rhodes Island's on-site operations. Her near emotionless demeanor is complimented by her powerful ice arts, which keep her enemies at a physical distance and Rhodes Island's staff at an emotional one as well.

Frostleaf's stoic personality is often misinterpreted as uncaring, but she's ultimately using it as a means of not forming attachments to people she views as possible battlefield casualties. This is the result of combat trauma during her time in the Columbian Armed Forces, of which she served in at a extremely young age and 'retired' from when her squadron were all killed

Voice: Medium - Medium-High; Stoic - Quiet - Soft-Hearted

Once a top medical researcher and doctor, Silence left her past with Rhine Lab behind following unspeakably inhumane medical experimentation where she was both observer and test subject. Now, she provides Rhodes Island with valuable medical aid, even if her cold expression don't earn her many friends at the onboard clinic.

Silence is a quiet and thoughtful person who rarely expresses emotional outbursts or normal reactions throughout her interactions with Rhodes Island. This is with the exception of Ifrit, whom she considers a daughter, many consider her personality a consequence of the experimentation she suffered and inflicted on others during her time with Rhine Labs.

Voice: Medium, Medium-Low; Quiet - Aloof - Serious

Ex-Guard Division Leader for Rhine Lab's medical research facility, Saria's towering stature betrays her intellect, as she doubles as a battlefield medic and arts user in calcifying any threat on the battlefield. While the rest of Rhodes Island sees her as a useful addition to the medical personnel, Silence retains a clear distance from her possibly tied to her past with Rhine Labs.

Saria's personality is one of few words and calculating explanation, which is good for a research member not something that endears her to the rest of the battlefield operations team. It may be earned caution, as her prior history with Rhine Lab has stained her once proud personality, perhaps beginning to turn it into genuine fear for an unknown danger.

Voice: Low - Medium-Low; Wary - Official - Grim

Along with Silence and Ifrit, Ptilopsis was one of the main data analysts and medics that left Rhine Lab after an undisclosed incident. She now serves Rhodes Island under Silence's medical team,  assisting in battlefield with healing originium arts as well as oripathy treatment with Dr. Kalt'sit. 

No one knows why Ptilopsis acts or speaks in her robotic tone or how she began speaking like this, but it hasn't hampered her otherwise curious personality from looking into further research. In truth, she herself isn't really aware of it anymore, though has given hints that it may be out of her control more now than it was before. 

Voice: Medium, Medium-Low; Robotic - Monotone - Offbeat

The result of year of medical and originium research and experimentation, Ifrit was Rhine Lab's primary test subject in the use of organic originium, which resulted in an incident so grave Ifrit only remembers it as a nightmare. Silence and Saria believe Ifrit's loud and rambunctious personality is the result of this, a traumatic regression of her prior personality that now serves as a catalyst for some of the powerful originium fire arts anyone has witnessed. 

Ifrit's body may be that of an older teenager, but her mind is perpetually stuck in a loud and aggressive personality that can only be described as a child with anger issues and a lot of matches. Her natural aversion to research personnel and doctors have also hampered Rhodes Island's attempts to aid her, with the exception of Silence.

Voice: Medium - Medium-Low; Childlike - Combative - Fiery

Warlord, chairman, household chief, SilverAsh is all of these things as one of the most powerful people in the Kjerag nation and now strategic player within the upper echelon of Rhodes Island. No one knows the true purpose behind his arrival and contract with the pharmaceutical company,  but even the Doctor knows to keep such an influential individual at a close proximity.

SilverAsh is the combination of a dandy aristocrat and a noble entrepreneur, except he's got the military and combat training to put anyone in their place if diplomacy and money fail. Every word and statement from him appear a winding web of hidden meaning and surreptitious lies, with even his own family being in the dark about his true motives. 

Voice: Low - Medium-Low; Proud - Charismatic - Wise

The newest Saintess of Kjerag, Pramanix is the spiritual leader of the nation of Kjerag and an incredibly powerful arts user that came to Rhodes Island in secret for confidential means. In spite of her religious position, she's surprisingly lazy and otherwise uninterested in taking part of the role of a spiritual leader mainly due to it being forced upon her by her brother, SilverAsh.

Pramanix is dainty and otherwise ladylike even without the unwanted position she has with being a Saintess, however she'll find any reason or opportunity to ease the burden of her position. This has put her at direct odds with SilverAsh as he forced her into the position, though she ultimately understands the responsibility that comes with it. 

Voice: Medium - Medium-High; Soft-Spoken - Polite - Faithful

While not adept at direct combat or military operation, Cliffheart is one of the most proficient mountain and rock climbing experts in Kjerag who compensates for her lack of experience with her knowledge and use of the environment in combat. Currently undergoing treatment for her oripathy, she provides Rhodes Island with a wealth of specialized knowledge of terrain and planning for high altitude operations.

Cliffheart's optimism and curiosity is only matched by her drive to improve on her own abilities, not letting her infected status bring her down while striving for her goals. In spite of being a member of SilverAsh's family, she's not treated as an aristocrat nor holds a public position like Pramanix, earning her more flexibility to mingle with the common folk and ultimately lending to her a more relaxed and easygoing personality.

Voice: Medium - Medium-High; Tomboyish - Optimistic - Mischievous

Just as his code-name implies, Courier is the main messenger between SilverAsh's Karlan Trade Company and potential partner leaders while also serving as a forward scout for military expeditions. In spite of this, Courier's smile never seems to fade, giving him a pleasant and welcoming attitude whenever he's with foreign dignitaries and company heads or when in the middle of an operation under Rhodes Island.

Courier is the antithesis to the stereotypical Kjerag native, as his sunny disposition and welcoming smile lend themselves to plenty of good first impressions with the operators he now works under. To those he trusts though, particularly SilverAsh, a new calm and unsmiling expression will dot his face, along with a more severe demeanor in combat, of which his many battle scars are testaments to.

Voice: Medium - Medium-High; Welcoming - Pleasant - Focused 

SilverAsh's personal bodyguard and officer for the Karlan Trade Company, Matterhorn's duties are complimented by his enduring attitude to the Kjerag warrior creed of forlorn hope, making him fight as if every engagement is his last. Despite this fatalist perspective, Matternhorn has more than endeared himself to Rhodes Island's operators as a culinary specialist from his homeland as well as an inspiring symbol of selflessness.

 Matterhorn's creed is one of self-sacrifice and the welfare of those he's sworn to, a modern rendition of a chivalrous knight that still has enough of a sense of duty to aid those along the way. This has been a longstanding creed with his family, as they also served as the bodyguards of SilverAsh's family before him, giving him a greater degree of loyalty to the current head than his other retainers.

Voice: Low - Medium - Low; Selfless - Responsible - Devoted

The leader of the Ursus Student Self-Governing Group, Zima was a graduating middle school student, along with her friends Gummy and Istina, before she fled with Rhodes Island's convoy out of the city of Chernobog. Of the three Ursus students, she's the physically  strongest and most violently minded of the three, acting more like a young gang member than a proper operator in and out of combat.

Zima's incredibly straightforward when speaking, to the point that she'll swear and speak rudely to get her point across to anyone, whether they be regular staff or her superiors. This has put her at odds with some of the clinical and superior staff members in Rhodes Island, but retains a fiercely loyal companionship with her friends and the doctor, who she considers a friend for taking her group in.

Voice: Medium - Medium-Low; Irritable - Rude - Impatient

The second member of the Ursus Student Self-Governing Group, Istina was a studious member of her school's originum studies committee before she and her friends were forced to flee for Rhodes Island during the Chernobog Incident. She remains one of the most rationally minded members of the trio and their primary speaker during meeting with the Doctor and Rhodes Island staff.

If Zima is hot-headed and rude, Istina is cool-headed and rational to a fault, giving her a higher aptitude of integration within the pharmaceutical company as both an operator and as a data analyst during operations. This also has come to the detriment of her sociability, as her introverted nature has lent her to foster few friendships with many of the people onboard with the exceptions of her current friends, Kalt'sit and the Doctor.

Voice: Medium; Polite - Rational - Introverted

The last member of the Ursus Student Self-Governing Group, Gummy was a top member of the Ursus Youth-Scouts where she learned much of her cooking skills before departing with her friends to Rhodes Island during the Chernobog Incident. Her incredible skills at culinary arts have managed to make her many friends with the staff, something she wishes to keep as a sign of her success in improving her cooking.

Gummy is one of the most bubbly and peppy operators on board, always bounding with energy to aid those that feel down during their time on Rhodes Island as part of her creed of her old scout troop. However many members of Rhodes Island's medical staff have noted that this jovial and extroverted personality could be a means of managing trauma experienced by her and her friends during the Chernobog Incident, something none of them wish to disclose in detail.

Voice: High; Peppy - Jovial - Bubbly

An veteran defender and operational guide, Ace was one of the figureheads in leading the extraction and retreat from Chernobog in the mission to retrieve the Doctor. He's considered a respected member of the primary operation force of Rhodes Island, and holds prior history with the Doctor and Amiya, stating he was especially good friends with the Doctor to the point that he was willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to aid his allies during the final retreat from Chernobog.

Voice: Low - Medium-Low; Valiant - Calm - Selfless

A veteran sniper & forward surveillance operator for Rhodes Island, he was involved retrieving information for facilitating the Doctor's retrieval from Chernobog as well as saving those left behind in the wake of the catastrophe. He also holds prior recollections with the Doctor, though his memories hold the Doctor in a more contemptible and merciless light that he wishes to expunge from him.

The enigmatic & quasi-religious leader of Reunion, Tallulah is widely considered the most powerful arts user & infected in the world as her control of heat and temperature is unmatched. Tallulah's origins are shrouded in mystery, yet it is believed she was responsible for turning Reunion's original non-violent goals of infected protest and equal rights into a full militant movement that now seeks to completely unbalance the world. 

Of the times she has appeared, the few who have survived encounters with her denote a cold and calculating mind that holds no mercy for any non-infected and particularly to world government. Coupled with her ability to predict ecological disasters, known as catastrophes, and possibly even cause them has lent her the status a living natural calamity whenever she's said to appear in. 

Voice: Low - Medium-Low; Unflinching - Uncompromising - Mercyless

Tallullah's top assassin and most trusted member within Reunion, Crownslayer has lead engagements into the heart of governmental bodies and come out with the heads of their leaders numerous times in the name Reunion. Alongside the likes of Skullshatterer, she holds heavily to Reunion's ideals and follows Tallullah's orders with an unflinching and emotionless effectiveness. 

Crownslayer is as cold and calculating as Tallullah, holding onto her example in order to better adhere to Reunion's ideals and to better complete her missions at a level of quality unmatched by other infiltration units. Not much else is known about her besides her impressive record of assassinations on governmental officials as well as infiltration records that hold her as a harbinger for Reunion's eventual and violent revolts.

Voice: Medium - Medium-Low; Cold-Blooded - Impassive - Devoted

A mercenary leader and Reunion officer, W is a walking munition's cache that specializes in anti-personnel and structural demolitions explosives that holds an eerie glee in causing sewing chaos during Reunion's operations. In spite of her ties with the group, not even Reunion really know where her motives or allegiances lie due to her many ties to the Sarkaz Mercenary group and as well as the enigmatic Flamebringer. 

W speaks with a haughtiness and self-importance that is only matched by her meticulous approach to the art of demolition and crowd suppression. Ultimately, whether or not her goals align with Reunion, she holds no good will to Rhodes Island and is considered by them as a high priority danger during any engagement given the amount of explosives she utilizes it. 

Voice: Medium-Low - Medium; Smug - Crass - Uncaring

A high officer within Reunion's military circle, Mephisto is an unscrupulous and particularly sadistic member of Reunion that holds Tallulah's ideals as religious gospel and her as a messianic figure for Reunion. This has lent Mephisto's mental state to deteriorate to one that holds individual lives as expendable for the cause, to the point that his men are often quoted to follow out of fear rather than respect and with nearly every other Reunion officer holding him in contempt.

Mephisto holds himself as a zealous member of Reunion, holding his position with that of a dignified and honorable man, which is a lie to hide his own intense sadism and even harsher insecurity. Along with Tallulah, no one really knows how much regarding Mephisto's history, only that he was an originium user who specialized in revitalization art to mend sinew and bone.  

Voice: Medium - Medium-High; Eloquent - Prideful - Psychotic

A Reunion sergeant and Mephisto's right hand man, Faust is a man of few words that holds fierce loyalty to Mephisto and Reunion as a means of survival. His quiet and apologetic demeanor is a contrast Mephisto's own boisterous and sadistic personality, though he follow him all the same to the point of risking his own life to maintain him alive.

Faust's motives for aiding someone like Mephisto stem from prior history with him, considering him a dear friend from before his joining to Reunion and holding a status of infected alongside him. Besides this, not much else is known or really heard about Faust besides that only that his undying loyalty to Mephisto can manifest into an emotional crutch that could be holding them both together emotionally.

Voice: Medium-Low - Medium; Quiet - Succinct - Principled

Reunion's raging vanguard against their enemies, Skullshatterer holds the ideals of Reunion as the rallying cry of the infected throughout the world and will follow them for the sake of his people to the death. There is no assignment too dangerous, or risk to great for him to take, as he views self-sacrifice for Reunion's cause as a necessity to better the lives of the infected throughout the world.

Skullshatterer is zealously devoted to Reunion's cause, having witnessed the murder of his mother by non-infected in his native Ursus as a child and holds hope in finding his remaining sister to fulfill his own goals in Reunion. Always leading from the front, it is for this reason that his men follow this child of 15 to every engagement with such a degree of loyalty and fervor.

Voice: High; Brutal - Fervent -  Courageous

The leader of Yeti Squadron and ice arts adept, FrostNova is considered by many to be Tallullah's equal in terms of temperature control as she is able to turn several city blocks into an icy wasteland within minutes. This kind of power ultimately comes at the price of physical exertion, which manifests as prolonged bouts of asthmatic and bronchial reactions, though few exist who live longer than a few minutes of exposure to her assault.

Much like her art of her choice, FrostNova is a cold-hearted and unflinching member of Reunion, carrying out suppression and extermination detail during and following Reunion attacks. She is also the adopted daughter of the enigmatic Patriot, a prior native of Ursus and current defensive member of Reunion, who took her in following the death of her parents and subsequent entry into Reunion.

Voice: Medium - Medium-Low; Icy - Emotionless - Shrewd

Wei Yenwu is the head of the bureaucratic snake that's Lungmen's ruling governmental body, serving as both a business magnate and political leader for the city and taking on dealings for their and his own benefit. While he's not directly involved in military operations, he lends support and military backing to beneficial companies that can offer him a good deal for Lungmen's services. 

Wei is the best and worst aspects of a politician and a CEO, as he retains the calm and polite air of official company as a front to hide a separate agenda with the benefit of Lungmen and himself at the top above all else. In spite of this, he can often be at the forefront of dangerous power plays that can lead him to a collision course with both his enemies and his beneficiaries.

A refugee from Chernobog, Misha spent her life attempting to make the best with Ursus's treatment of the infected, yet was forced to leave after the Chernobog incident. She currently resides with the children of a slum outside of Lungmen, before Reunion's war against the non-infected managed to find her there as well and was forced to seek aid in Rhodes Island.

Misha is a terrified yet headstrong young lady who's only goal is to currently survive yet finds her ideals and mental fortitude tested with every new home she has to relocate herself to. In the end, this would lend her to acts of desperation that place her in the sights of both Rhodes Island and Reunion, along with the perceived notion that she may know particularly sensitive information regarding Chernobog.
