Oxidecola for Mephisto
A high officer within Reunion's military circle, Mephisto is an unscrupulous and particularly sadistic member of Reunion that holds Tallulah's ideals as religious gospel and her as a messianic figure for Reunion. This has lent Mephisto's mental state to deteriorate to one that holds individual lives as expendable for the cause, to the point that his men are often quoted to follow out of fear rather than respect and with nearly every other Reunion officer holding him in contempt.
Mephisto holds himself as a zealous member of Reunion, holding his position with that of a dignified and honorable man, which is a lie to hide his own intense sadism and even harsher insecurity. Along with Tallulah, no one really knows how much regarding Mephisto's history, only that he was an originium user who specialized in revitalization art to mend sinew and bone.

The pitch is too high, and there's an effeminate nature to your speech that doesn't gel well with the character unfortunately. Tone is not quite there, needs to have a more venomous and smug emotion behind the line readings as your portrayal sounds restrained. This is particularly so, where you hold back on the manic despair and horror of the situation the character finds himself in. Delivery could work if you improve upon the prior points, but please consider the criticisms prior even with your even pacing here.
Oh, do you have any advice on how to not sound feminine?
For one, don't take your pitch that high for this character as it is adversely affecting the voice to a near falsetto which is something to avoid if you're going to make a naturally sounding male voice for a higher pitch character. Only other advice I could give is try to give your words a more deliberate pronunciation when you lower your pitch, it will allow you to better resonate your delivery to sound more masculine. This is unfortunately all the advice I can give, since I didn't see a posted gender on your profile as it can vary depending on natural vocal range for men and women.
