What is the project?
This is a redesign, a remaster of the videogame, Fallout: New Vegas. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic, open world environment around the areas of Nevada, California, and Arizona.

My goal is to improve upon the character designs to make them look more believable and realistic. I also am adding voice talent to convey emotions, illustrate a story and enhance areas of the game which were neglected in the original release of Fallout: New Vegas.
Most of you will not have a copy of Fallout New Vegas so I will include a Youtube video which will show the characters you have voiced as well as your voice-acting so that others will see your work. This project will probably get the attention of anyone who has played Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 4. (That's sort of a lot of people)

-A tribal. A clan warrior. Tattoos across his face and body. Tribal tattoos. He is from a tribe of warriors

-Cunning and intelligent. Physically strong, a warrior.
-Unkind. Mean spirited. Antony took a slave girl's toy bear in an act of cruelty and gave it to his dogs.
-He is the camp's trainer of wolves and hounds. He trains them to kill people.
-No Southern accent. He speaks differently from other New Vegas citizens
-No British accent.
-Shouldn't sound like he's from the military

I've been around dogs all my life. They're my life, always were - {pauses, thinking back, as if he's forgotten}all the way back when I was a tribal, one of the Hangdogs, outside Denver.
{Still thinking back}Dogs roamed that city. Our tribe made peace with them. We thought they were our spirit animals - helped us hunt, provided for us in some lean times.
Then the Legion came…...we fought…...most of our tribes did.
Hangdogs fought with honor. We were the last ones standing...but they broke us by throwing our dogs into the fire.Our elders couldn't bear the idea of our spirit animals burning in the afterlife.

-This creature and voice is added for fan service. People are demanding for the return of Goris.
Goris is an intelligent deathclaw that I am adding to Fallout New Vegas. Goris was featured in Fallout 2 but ever since then, we’ve never seen any talking deathclaws. Well. We’ve seen talking deathclaws through mods but none with actual voices.
I am now having it so that Goris will now appear near the quarry. He will only be seen if you have the “WILD WASTELAND” perk.

My skin and its discoloration is a result of experiments by humans (distaste when he says this) …. such as yourself.
A group calling themselves the Enclave imprisoned me and conducted experiments on our kind. My skin as well as many other things were changed with FEV.(spell out F E V)

I do not wish to bore you of the intricacies involved with FEV. F-E-V stands for Forced Evolutionary Virus.
It copies the host’s DNA, and places them into exons that are then reintroduced into the host’ cells alongside the preprogrammed introns and……
(sighs) I’ll explain this in easier terms. It affects the genes. It increases brain and muscle mass.
Due to these experiments, we gained a wider understanding of the events around us. We learned how to speak in your tongue.
(Player mentions that the deathclaw’s lips don’t move when he talks)
(this is also sort of a joke because in GECK the lipsync doesn’t work for deathclaws)
This is true. When humans speak, you move your tongue and from it, your words come out the way that they do. It is not the same for us.
I find that I can emulate the tone and the voice of humans but when I do this my lips do not move. I create the sounds differently.
It has taken me years to learn this.
And yet……..it has been a long time since I’ve spoken with your kind.
My manner of speech has changed. I know with certainty that I do not speak the same as I used to.
It is perhaps…attributed to my solitude….or the wearing effects of FEV.
I do not know exactly what it is…but I do know that I no longer sound the same as I used to.
(Player asks about another person that the deathclaw knew) (You mentioned that you used to speak with people before?)

(sad voice like he’s talking about someone he used to be good friends with or perhaps someone who is long gone) ……Ironically….forgotten……

The following is an interaction between a man and a Legion soldier. They are discussing the purchase of three slave women. This will be seen at the entrance of the Fort. Three battered and bruised women will be restrained and a group of Legion soldiers and slave traders will surround them.

TRADER:
Ooh! This one is a pretty one. She looks a bit beat-up but that should heal in a week or two. I wanna fuck this one! How many caps?
TRADER:
(feels cheated) 1500 caps? (Say it as fifteen hundred caps) Are you fucking kidding me? The last girl you gave me was 900 caps. She’s not **that** much prettier compared to the other one
TRADER:
(scared) (Being threatened by the Legion soldier) Uh. Take it easy. Take it easy. I didn’t mean anything, ok. I’ll pay up the caps. Fuck! (Irked) (upset) (shaking head) (you lost a lot of money) 1500 caps.
TRADER:

A woman came into the New Vegas Clinic the other day. Her entire face was filled with 3rd degree burns and lacerations. It appeared to spread through every layer of her skin. There were first degree burns along with redness and swelling of the epidermis on the left side of her face. The majority of her face appeared to be third degree burns with blackened and charred skin. She asked for medical attention but she told us that she couldn’t afford the medication and surgery required. Doctor Usunagi told the staff to administer pain medication as well as other ointments to help the bleeding and the burns.
(pause)
The woman kept screaming two words.

I'd like a revoice of Oscar Velasco. This is going to be a very difficult role because I'd like the actor to truly show the pain, anger, frustration, hate and loss he's gone through. The original actor was horrible and monotone. You'll even notice that the Fallout wiki below mentions that the original actor was horrible. The wiki states "When speaking to Oscar in the cave above Bitter Springs, his voice actor does not pause in between sentences occasionally, as if the voice actor was being rushed."

This person can be voiced by a woman or a man. They are grieving at the Bittersprings Graveyard. This is actually sort of a hard one to do. You can add your own lines and add anything to the script to convey the message. What I want is for the person to convey sadness and grief...but there is a transition where he is acting happy and is trying to hide his or her sadness..but they aren't doing a good job of it. You can also make it in reverse too. Where they are happy and joyful and acting happy but...they break down. Then at that point, I'll put it at the Goodsprings bar instead. So basically choose from happy to sad or sad to happy. It's hard to explain.

The exact details of his death are still to be determined as witness descriptions differ wildly.
Some mention one man. Others mention a woman. Others mention a group of mercenaries, no more than four who infiltrated the camp.
We still don’t have all the details but it is confirmed that Caesar is dead.

Every three or so weeks……..they let me out of this cage to fight a man in this camp.The men vary. Sometimes it’s a guy they throw in there for amusement. Other times its Legion soldiers looking for practice.Sometimes they throw slaves….Most of them are Legion soldiers though.

I was in the same camp as Ranger Andy. We had a trainer who taught us a lot about fighting. I took that and I added my own thing to it…My dad also taught me how to fight too. The rangers in the NCR couldn’t figure out what I was gonna do. I would just beat the shit out of the boys in the NCR.They know. My Dad taught me a lot about fighting.And well, I’ve always known how to fight. Even when I was a kid, people used to pick on me …you know…. I wasn’t as pretty or prissy as the other girls.Then they just learned to leave me alone.Same like these Legion assholes.They leave me alone..
