Oscar Velasco is a Great Khan (powerful raider warrior) who had his family killed by the NCR. The NCR made a horrible mistake where thier men and forces unintentionally massacred women, children and the elderly in Bitter Springs. Due to these events, the Great Khans hold great resentment against the NCR and the atrocities that were commited.
I'd like a revoice of Oscar Velasco. This is going to be a very difficult role because I'd like the actor to truly show the pain, anger, frustration, hate and loss he's gone through. The original actor was horrible and monotone. You'll even notice that the Fallout wiki below mentions that the original actor was horrible. The wiki states "When speaking to Oscar in the cave above Bitter Springs, his voice actor does not pause in between sentences occasionally, as if the voice actor was being rushed."

Voice: Medium to Low. Would ideally like the same pitch as the original voice actor. You can go lower if you wish.

(yells at the top of his lungs) (losing sanity) (but don't pop the mic)
NONE OF YOU fucking UNDERSTAND!! (breathes heavily)
(in a rage) (in anger) (in pain) (in hate)
They came……and they killed her!
They killed my wife!…..They killed my daughter!….And I wasn’t there to protect them….I could *hear* their screams….I still…hear it….I hear them screaming in my dreams
..…..I held her lifeless body......in my hands….
(In pain) (in anger) (losing his sanity) Do you know.....how it *feels* to bury someone that you love?
(In pain) (in anger) (losing his sanity) Do you know.....how it *feels* to lose *EVERYTHING!?

(RAGE AND ANGER) They *need* to *feel* the *pain* that they’ve caused.They need to *understand* what I’ve been through.
(yelling) (in a rage) You’re not stopping me! You’re not getting in my fucking way!
(in a rage) I’m going to kill every single one of them if it’s the last thing I do!There is *nothing* you can do to stop me.I’m not leaving.
(breathes heavily)These guys don’t deserve to live…And so help me God, I will kill *every* single one of them.They will *feel* my pain.They will *feel* the flail of God!! (he normally says flail of God in the original game)

Sure. Some feedback. This feedback would be helpful for other people too. He needs to sound slightly more older than that. Sort of like how he looks in the picture. He's a brute but his hair on head is graying. So think of a burly man but someone a bit older. Graying hair. Ie. Bruce Willis What makes this role difficult is a number of different things. He has very different emotions when he talks quietly. Then he has very different emotions when he yells. This role is really hard because I need four things. First, someone who can nail the quiet voice and his voice of rage. Quiet AND Loud. When he is quiet and sad, the Player (Courier) should feel sympathy and feel his pain. When he is in rage, the Player (Courier) should be moved..and feel..his rage. Your current version captures his quiet and sad voice very well. However, the rendition I feel captures the rage of his character is the one by Jayttic. But again, I realize this is tough because both require different things. The voice. The acting. And the mic. I suppose when people go in “rage” mode, they probably need to step away from the mic. I want no “pops” in that audio.
I see that you say I've got the rage down, how can I improve on the softer side?
It's tricky. It's not so much the acting for the softer side but the age. Your guy sounds much younger. I believe when you auditioned for the role there was no picture of Oscar Velasco. I now have a picture of him so people have a mental picture of him. But he should be around 55ish....looking for a Bruce Willisish sort of voice. Physically strong but graying hair and aging faster than most people his age because of the events that happened.
