In Greek mythology, the Titans are the first generation to follow after the Primordial Beings. This audition is specifically to cast the Titans that do not have separate auditions. Some are more important roles in this project, which will be bolded, but I may end up not casting all 10, especially since in scenes with all Titans, it'll get overwhelming.
- Oceanus
- Tethys
- Hyperion
- Theia
- Coeus
- Phoebe
- Mnemosyne
- Themis
- Crius
- Iapetus
In this project, they will play a part in both the main storyline and the side stories.
Since this audition is for about 10 roles, there really isn't anything specific that I'm looking for with this casting. If you are interested in researching the individual Titans, you are welcome to use that for your characterization inspiration. If you are auditioning with a specific Titan in mind, please leave that in your initial audition so I can keep that in mind.
One thing to remember is that not all Titans were considered evil, and some of them or their children were spared from being sent to Tartarus. While Cronus and Iapetus are the only ones confirmed to be imprisoned, some, like Oceanus and Tethys, are confirmed to have remained free because of their assistance to the Olympians in the war. Others, like Hyperion, were thought to be left free due to the necessity of order.
If you wish to be a primary consideration for any of the primary Titans, please use their adjacent voice lines that are in this description.
- Oceanus: You build your cities beside my rivers, and you drink from my springs. Remember the source of your life. Water is both a giver and a taker.
- Tethys: All life begins with water. The rivers are my children, and every spring carries my blessing. The earth thrives because our water flows.
- Mnemosyne: Time fades many things, but memory preserves them. The past whispers to those who listen, and every story lives within memory. Without remembrance, history dies.
- Iapetus: Mortality is the price of existence. Even gods feel the weight of time. This universe is built on endurance, and those who cannot endure shall...fade.
