Project Overview
Hello! Thanks for checking out my project. My name is James and I'm a wannabe writer and voice actor. I've chosen to express those interests through a Youtube channel where I write and narrate stories. Adding sound effects, music and other voice actors to spice it up a bit. I'm in need of some talent for my latest work in progress. It's a post-post apocalyptic fantasy western. Kind of a mouth full haha This is the first time I'm using Casting Call so hopefully I don't mess it up. I'm a total amatuer at this stuff just starting out but if you're interested in helping me with this labor of love I appreciate it. Anais is a big strong rough and tumble southern bell. She is the Aegis(sheriff) of a small frontier city. She is an "aberrant" which is when a person is born with a latent gene that gives them traits from ancient fantasy ancestries (elves, dwarves, haflings). Lots of folks have these genes but hers are particularly rare and fearsome. She is 7+ feet tall with stoney grey nigh impenetrable skin and horns jutting from her head. Gargoyle like in appearance. She speaks with a southern accent.
"HEY! COME OUT SO I CAN KILL YA!"(taunting)
"Opheldra's Wrath!"(swearing)
"Think you're a big sucker huh?"(angry)
"Oh honey, you're all done now. Just relax and let go. I'll get this nasty Bygone out of ya."(chidding)
"Wow, is that me?"(speaking to a child)
"come on back to me Ponchious, this ain't anything you haven't seen before and I've got nothing to be ashamed of"(proud)
Ponchious or Ponch as some people call him is an accomplished Vim Magician. He is an "aberrant" of the small folk variety meaning his latent gene is from the gnome or halfling ancestry. Small stature but big brain and Vim(magic) capacity. He is Anais' deputy and keeps her more impulsive tendencies in line with protocol. "Shouldn't you cover up?," "it's not befitting of an Aegis officer to...to".(flustered, stuttering)
"We have to send word to New Echelon right now, we can't just have that thing lying around here"(urgent, anxious)
"I knew you were strong but...empty heavens..."(in awe, astonished)
“You sure you’re alright? Maybe we should get Doc to check. Just in case”(concerned)
“She found a Bygone…”(hushed, reverent)
