Ponchious or Ponch as some people call him is an accomplished Vim Magician. He is an "aberrant" of the small folk variety meaning his latent gene is from the gnome or halfling ancestry. Small stature but big brain and Vim(magic) capacity. He is Anais' deputy and keeps her more impulsive tendencies in line with protocol.
