Project Overview
"Let's live together, in a world where only Reploids exist..."―Iris on her idealistic world to live in, Mega Man X4
Mega Man X4, known as Rockman X4 (ロックマンX4) in Japan or shortened by fandom as MMX4, is the fourth game from the Mega Man X series. It was the second game in the series to be released on the Sega Saturn and Sony PlayStation (although it is the first original game; Mega Man X3 was ported to the systems), released in 1997 (and also re-released onto PlayStation as part of its greatest hits in 2002). It was later ported to the PC in 1998 and then re-released as part of the Mega Man X Collection. It was released on the Playstation Network in North America as part of the PSOne classics on September 2, 2014,[1] which was later released in Japan on December 17, 2014.
The Project
This is my attempt to fix "Iris''s Death" by Megaman X4. As can be seen in the video, there's a lot of issues with the casting, voice direction, localization and acting. This is my attempt to fix the scene with a set of actors from Casting Call Club. (This casting call is only viewable on Casting Call Club)
I'm aware that there's a redub of this by Lucas Gilbertson but I'd like to give this a shot with Casting Call Club actors/actresses.
Requirements:
Ideally an XLR microphone. The mic quality doesn't have to necessarily be at a TLM 103/Sennheiser MKH 416 but I'm looking for something that all voice actors would consider acceptable ie AT 2020 XLR, AT 2035, AT 4040, CAD E100s, Rode NT1a, Bluebird, Blue Spark, AKG C214, Heil PR 40, RE20, etc.
Payment:
You are paid in full via Paypal on the very first day that you are cast. I'm fully aware that actors are constantly stressing about payment. So it's one less thing to worry about. I email you on the day that you are cast and I pay you on the day that you are cast. Please have a Paypal account ready. If you prefer to be paid afterwards, I can arrange this as well. I don't believe in 'exposure' or 'paying when the project is done which is never.' It's my policy to pay the actors on the day they are cast and it's worked well for me for the past 3 years.

Hi there! Just a friendly reminder that the deadline is July 31st at 12:59 PM (PT). So just because the project is closed (Casting Call closes projects a few hours earlier), it's not really closed. Payment in full for both actors is sent on August 1st, 2019. Also - there are a lot of fantastic actors and actresses for this project! Thank you so much for your contribution. It's going to be a tough call! Please note - that at the end of the day I'll go with the person I feel matches the voice - but I just want to say that there were so many amazing actors and actresses - people who were amazing in acting. Zero and Iris were once lovers with different viewpoints of the world. Iris and her brother (Colonel) were part of a group called Repliforce, a group of Reploids (automatons) who believed in a world where peace would only exist without humans. After a war between Maverick Hunters and Repliforce, Zero kills Iris’ brother, Colonel and the final scene ensues with Iris's death.
