SYNOPSIS
After stepping away from the hero's life, Ratchet & Clank are dragged back into a galactic conflict that threatens to destroy the balance of the universe as they know it. Alongside the galactic defense force, Ratchet, Clank, Qwark, and Talwyn fight to preserve the universe against the all imposing Artemis Zogg.
ABOUT
This will be a fandub of the official Ratchet and Clank comics released back in 2010. The goal is to get voice actors that can closely match the voices from the games, so as to have the fandub fit naturally into one's playthrough of the series! For characters that don't have pre-existing voices, we will be open to all of the unique takes each actor gives! Alongside voices, we'll have original music composed for the series by the incredible Luca Salis–who had previously composed the amazing soundtrack for our 'TAoSC' Fandub! All of these factors together will add further emotional depth that a comic couldn't convey with words and images alone! The six episodes will be released on the innawhile dubs YouTube channel.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
While this is a non-profit project and purely meant for fun, please carry yourself professionally and courteously.
To audition;
You must have a Discord account. We will be communicating in a server made for the project. We will be using the server to share scripts, rehearse, submit audio, etc.
You must keep everything confidential. Part of the fun is the surprise upon release!
Have equipment that can perform well. A decent mic (XLR or USB is acceptable), no background noise with your recording setup, etc.
You must have a PayPal account. We won't accept any other service. (If cast and do not wish to be paid notify us.)

There are 21 main open roles, audition for as many roles as you wish. Be sure to try out for extras!
There are 13 characters that are from the games and have established voices. [Voice showcase]
If you decide to add vocal effects, put the edited takes at the end of your audition.

Hey, just letting you all know that we will be casting folks for the artist role in about a week. This role is being cast this early so we can start production on the art to hopefully have it done shortly after casting the editors. Feel free to still audition if you wish, though the likelihood of being cast will be low.

Clank is an eloquent, intelligent, and well spoken robot. He is also Ratchet’s best friend. When he isn’t helping solve a puzzle they might’ve encountered, he’s cracking wise.

Captain Corpernicous Qwark is a self-proclaimed hero “beloved by all”. Qwark is a very pompous and self absorbed individual who accompanies Ratchet and Clank on their numerous adventures. Qwark often has some half-sighted insight that, while almost always ill-informed, deems itself useful in the end.

Before Qwark’s betrayal, Artemis Zogg was a jolly, peaceful, level- headed public servant. Artemis in the current day however is a downright cruel dictator and manipulative political figure. Zogg is very intimidating if not wholly menacing. You’ll most certainly know when you’ve gotten on his bad side.
(Hyping up/excited) Now, if there are no more questions, I'd like to bring out a special guest who comes to us all the way from his townhouse-of-solitude in the Cerulean sector. (Proud) Please give a warm welcome to a true friend and inspiration, Captain Copernicus Qwark!

Do you want to be a criminal? Or perhaps just a poor schmuck who was in the wrong place at the wrong time? Well, this is the role for you! This is where you audition for any extras and one off characters.

We will be making 6 separate episodes, so extra potential video editors to help will make the progress run quicker.
Your job: Edit together one or more of the six episodes. This will involve inserting all of the panels, music, and lines that we will provide you as soon as they become available. You will be directed by me (Wes) to fit my vision, so go in expecting some tug and pull. We will have a rough pass through to get visuals synced with the lines for Luca Salis as he will then use those to compose the soundtrack you will later be adding. The end result we are looking for should feel very cinematic.

A talented audio engineer to edit the audio given to us by the actors will be extremely helpful in creating a consistent and nice listening experience.
Your job: Edit the voice actors audio to a consistent level and work together with the editors on any audio effects needed. If you are good at sound effects, or have a solid audio bank of sci-fi sounds, be sure to note that.

We may need to do retakes so we might need you to come back to help bring the new recordings to the same quality standard.

Just like what we did with 'TAoSC' Fandub, we will be separating each comic panel into its own png, while also removing every single text bubble and filling in the negative space with what would be behind it.
Your job: Cover up text bubbles seamlessly, and in the process mimic the art of the comic while doing so. (For instance, if a character is hidden behind a panel, they will need to be redrawn) Each panel needs to be separated and sorted. We will also be asking you to fix any errors from the original comic.
