Project Overview

Celestial Bodies is a webcomic in progress that follows the shenanigans of the solar system's spirits with Sun as the father figure to all the planets!

I want to find a voice claim for Sun, the Spirit of our closest star, for possible future animations/animatics and to put my mind at ease to what exactly he sounds like! The successful voice actor will be paid $30 USD for the audition.

    Hi there everyone, I am absolutely floored by the amount of auditions this got and they were so fun to go through! Thank you so much for all your efforts and enthusiasm! After going through everyone and weighing up a handful of you, I have come to choose JSWayward for this role! Your take on Sun was bursting with energy and I really felt you channelling his character the most. To all of you who were not successful, I am so thankful for your time and enjoyed every single one of them, especially some of the extra bits of acting in some auditions! Sun has a big, grand, booming voice that is meant to penetrate. Sun is loud and boisterous and show offy. There is nothing he loves more than positive attention and having endless amounts of fun. He is a happy positive person most of the time but can have a very firey temper and can turn quickly into a fit of rage. Sun loves to sing so he can sometimes talk in a sing-song voice when hes very happy.

He is Gay so I don't know if you want to somehow portray that through his voice but its not completely important, only that He can act a bit flamboyant at times (when hes feeling giddy about something).

 I'm not sure if his accent suits posh English or North American, so please convince me whichever you think suits best!
