Auditions for Act 5-6 of Sonic and the Sovereigns of the Emeralds, a Sonic x Disney crossover audio drama. Is now open.
The Sovereigns of the Emeralds have awaken. Their power ready to be claimed as they await their champion. Maleficent and the evil Night Ravens have their eyes set on it. If they win, they will drain the sun and bring about the Eternal Night. Knowing the danger, the forces of Sonic the Hedgehog, his best friend Tails the Fox, Silver the Hedgehog who barley made it out alive from a dark future, and the inter dimensional Princess Blaze the Cat set out to collect the emeralds, stop the Night Ravens, and fulfill their destiny in a journey of self-discovery.
Meanwhile. Knuckles and Amy team up to stop Shan Yu from stealing the shards of the Master Emerald and reclaim Knuckles' lost honor before Rouge the Bat beats them to the chase. Elsewhere, Shadow the Hedgehog sets off to investigate the Night Raven's plan, but this mission proves to be more lethal than what the Ultimate Lifeform envisioned.
Returning to the world of audio dramas by combining two of my greatest hyper fixations into one epic story. It means a lot that you have checked this out as this project is very dear to me. Now before we begin, they are a few rules.
1. YOU MUST HAVE GOOD MIC QUALITY with LITTLE TO NO background noise.
2. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR DISCORD IN YOUR DESCRIPTION, AS THAT WILL BE OUR PRIMARY METHOD OF COMMUNICATION
3. In terms of takes, the maximum amount is 2. While improve is encouraged, be sure to read only the audition lines if you want to be considered for the part!
4. This project is a long term commitment. If casted, PLEASE BE TRANSPARENT about scheduling and deadlines in order for the project to run smoothly.
5. Unlike my previous project, this one is more PG/PG-13. Swearing has been minimized to traditional "Damns" and "hell" and whatnot.
6. While some of the characters do have pre-established voices, THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO DO AN IMPRESSION. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO INTERPRET THESE ROLES TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY. We care more about ACTING than pitch perfect voice matching. If you can manage both, that's awesome! But we are mainly focused on performance.

Minnie Mouse is the sweetheart of Mickey Mouse. In this story, Minnie appears in flashbacks before and during the Night Raven Attack on Toon town. Always by Mickey's side giving him support, but also able to hold her own. Eventually, tragedy strikes this poor mouse.
Personality:
Minnie mouse is sweet, kindhearted, outgoing, and cheerful. She is also intelligent, sophisticated, and the voice of reason. Despite her more easy-going traits. Minnie can also be blunt and straight-to-the-point, not tolerating any nonsense and more than willing to speak her mind and stand up for herself and others.
Voice Direction:
Minnie has a bubbly, high-pitched, and slightly breathy voice. Feel free to use any of her official voices as reference though I am aiming for something close to Russi Taylor or Kaitlyn Robrock
(Angry) Now you listen here, Pete. Mickey and I have been busting our butts trying to keep Toontown safe from the Night Ravens! We’ve been up day and night protecting you from harm, sacrificing our lives and well being. What have you been doing all this time to help out, huh?
(Supporting and comforting) Don’t say that, Mickey. You’ve been trying your best. And if some people can’t see that, then they are blind to the caring man I feel in love with. You gotta show them that the brush can be used for good. As a shield to protect others instead of a tool for war. Sure, Yen Sid gave you a heavy responsibility. But it is how you choose to use your brush that determines who you are. And even if you slip up, which, everyone does. All you can really do is live and learn.

Fang the Hunter is a purple, Australian jerboa with a cowboy hat and a gun. He and his team, the Hooligans, are willing to help out the Night Ravens with their dastardly plot. For a small fee, of course. As long as the price is right, you can count on Fang showing up to try and thwart our heroes
Personality:
Fang is a mischievous, crafty bounty hunter equip with all kinds of gadgets, traps, and weapons. He is arrogant, but also very intelligent and cunning. Fang is a greedy rascal, willing to work with the worst possible people just to make a quick buck.
Voice Direction:
Fang has a gruff, mid to low voice with an Australian accent. While he doesn't have an official voice, some reference I have include The Sniper from Team Fortress 2 - John Patrick Lowrie or Dingodile from Crash Bandicoot - Fred Tatasciore
Hahahaha! Perfect, a truckload of galdorstone! You’ve outdone yourself, me ‘ol clubber. The big guy is gonna flip when we deliver this to him. I bet the bloke’s gonna pay us double for this! Hey, Bean. You sent the last of those barrels out?
Relax, Yokai. We did as you asked. We transported your science fair experiment as you asked. Now I believed you promised us something in return?
(Defeated and annoyed) Urrggh. Where on earth do you find these freaks, Sonic…psychic powered hedgehogs? That’s mixed up. Whatever happened to the days of freeing birds from robots? Simpler times when the world made sense.
The explosive wild card of the hooligans. This green woodpecker is the demolition expert of the team. Ready to lend a helping bomb to anyone standing in his way. He is unpredictable and wild and has a love for explosions and shiny things.
Personality:
Bean is a hyperactive, energetic, wild, and crazed lunatic of a bird who loves explosions, destruction, and chaos. He's a wild sports-enthusiast woodpecker who can seemingly generate explosives from thin air. He attacks with wild abandon, but always with an impish smile on his face.
Voice Direction:
The best way I can describe what Bean's voice would be is a more hyperactive, energetic, and destructive old-cartoon sounding voice. Think something along the lines of Woody Woodpecker.
(Excited) Hey Bark! You’re back! Did you get it? Did ya? Did ya? DID YA!
(Crazy) HEAHAHAHAHAH! PREPARE TO GET BLOWN TO BITS! HAHAHAHAHAH!!!
(Defeated) Ugggh, explosions aren’t fun when you’re the one caught in it. Grrrhhh…
Aurora is one the guardians of the Chaos Emerald. The Sovereign of Nobility watches over the purple chaos emerald. Ages ago, she use to be a victim of Maleficent before being saved by a Prince using a magic sword gifted to him by three fairies. The two have clashed since then. Now, she helps guide Sonic and friends and offers them help during their hour of need.
Personality:
Aurora is a kind, elegant, graceful, angelic, loving, and gentle person. In this series, she has an aura of strength and wisdom to her. Being blessed by the Chaos Emerald, she is gifted with the power of matter creation. Able to create weapons and objects out of light.
Voice Direction:
Aurora has a medium-range voice that is both elegant and graceful. Feel free to use her official voices as reference or something similar to Athena's voice in Epic the Musical or if you want, feel free to base your take on Elle Fanning from the live action Maleficent movies

(Winning a fight) Shame it had to get messy, but if it’s to put Sonic on the right path then so be it. I hope he is ready for what’s ahead.
The Sovereign of Purity was captured by Jafar and trapped in the Mirrorverse. A dark realm on the other side of the Magic Mirror controlled by a forgotten king of a bygone era. One day, fate bring Sonic towards her. Perhaps with the hedgehog's help, she can find a way out.
Personality:
Fearless, fair, brave, and true. Snow White is a pure heart that is able to remain kind and gentle despite the world around her becoming more cruel. She is resilient, selfless, and willing to take a bullet for anyone. If she sees someone feeling down, she will go to them and stop at nothing until they feel better. A mix of her original appearance and the recent remake in one

Snow White has a relatively high pitched voice that is kind, warm, and somewhat comforting. Feel free to use her official voices for reference.
(Recalling how she got in the mirror realm) Last I remember was a flash of green. Then next thing I know, I was stuck here. In this echo of the past.
(Comforting) I cannot speak on what you have been through, Sonic. But from what I’ve seen. Despite everything, you’re still you. Your heart has remained pure. And…I'm proud of you for that.

Sonic's adventure in San Fransokyo has him plopped in the middle of the events of Big Hero 6. Inevitably, he runs into Hiro and Baymax deep inside of an abandoned laboratory.
Personality:
Hiro Hamada is a young boy with intelligence far beyond his years. With a passion for robotics, Hiro takes after is late brother with his intuition and selflessness. But he is still a young boy. Prone to emotions and often lashes out when things get overwhelming.
Voice Direction:

Don’t sweat it. We saw you guys being chased by that truck and thought we’d lend a hand. Consider it an apology for what happened Akuma Island.
(More serious, regretful) It was…my fault. It’s kind of a long story, but Yokai killed my brother. We had him cornered but Baymax’s programming wouldn’t let him attack, so…I removed his main drive in hopes to finish him off. He must have heard his voice and found you…I didn’t mean for him to go after you. Truly.
But why? You know he is a dangerous man. The innocents he hurt, the lives he’s taken…

Personality:
Baymax is selfless, caring, and extremely devoted to his patients. He looks to improve the world's health by any means necessary, and will willingly go to great lengths to achieve his programmed goal. Though highly knowledgeable in the medical field, he is slightly naïve and childlike, not really understanding the concept of personal space or the willingness of his "patients", considering helping them to more important than whether they want the help, making him appear somewhat inconsiderate.
Voice Direction:
Baymax has a robotic yet friendly and warm voice. If you want to use a robotic filter, feel free to. But be sure to leave a raw take as well.
Scanning…it appears the four of you have sustained slight injuries.

Oogie Boogie lurks beneath the underbelly of the city, working on a nefarious machine to create an evil army for Maleficent. Can our heroes stop this big sack of insects in time?
Personality:
Oogie is a gambling, boisterous and vile monster with flamboyance to his mien. His mannerisms resemble that of a snazzy showman, as he typically enjoys dancing about his lair and singing jazzy show tunes. He is rather jovial, despite his heinousness, but is also sassy and quick-tempered, thus making him somewhat unpredictable.
Voice Direction:
Oogie Boogie has a deep bassy voice that is jovial and akin to that of a showman. Feel free to use Ken Page's iconic voice for the character as reference.
(Taunting and sarcastic) Well well well. What have we here? A couple of classroom pets, huh? Ooh, I’m really scared.
(Explaining his plan) You like what you see? This bad boy is an autonomous army making machine! And it’s gonna produce the most top of the line mages you’ve ever seen! Perfect soldiers for the Eternal Night!
Hahahaha! Did I scare you? Good! That means I’m doing my job right. The name’s Mr. Oogie Boogie! And you ain’t going nowhere!
Professor Robert Callaghan was once a well respected mind in robotics. Until one day G.U.N.and Craig-Tech's experiments went wrong and claimed the life of his daughter. Stricken with grief, Callaghan dawned a white masked and dubbed himself Yokai. Swearing revenge on all who wronged him. One day, he is contacted by the Night Ravens. He is to help create gateways to a place called "The Boiling Isles". And in return. they'd help him with his master plan. Yokai knew whatever they were plotting was wrong. But if it would hurt his enemies, then so be it. After all, he had nothing left to lose.
Personality:
Yokai is a stern, aggressive, and vengeful old man fixated on revenge. However behind the mask, there is a sad, grieving man who knows what he's doing is wrong. He knows his daughter would not want this. But someone has to pay for what happened.
Voice Direction:
Yokai has a low, gruff, and somewhat raspy voice that should show his age and also his inner torment. Conflicted about what he should do and how he feels about it.
(Cold warning) I have no quarrel with you. But I need you to stay out of my way.
(Logging himself, conflicted about his feelings but knows the path he must walk) Log 87, the day has finally come to put my plan into motion. I had to fastrack things ahead of schedule on account of a run in with some familiar faces. Including Tadashi’s brother…that kid…he had so much potential. The sorrow and wrath in his eyes…to think there is a world where I could have been his mentor…but if he should resent me, then so be it. It is inconsequential in the end. I…never meant for Tadashi to perish in that explosion, but it was his mistake to go back looking for me. Even if he did save me, what would have changed? Grr, focus, Callighan. I’ve come this far, there is no turning back now.
(handing over the chaos emerald) Hmph, very well. Here, the Chaos Emerald and a copy of the Silent Sparrow blueprints. They are of no use to me now, but maybe you’ll get something out of them.
Demona is a gargoyle with a hatred for humanity. Resurrected by Pete and Cassandra, Demona is back to take her revenge on all humans. She gets into a fight with Shadow the Hedgehog. Recognizing her history, she tries to seduce him to her side.
Personality:
Demona is a bitter and hateful creature. A cruel gargoyle willing to whatever it takes to get her way. She despises all of humanity, seeing them as a disease that needs to be wiped out.
Voice Direction:
At long last, we awake from our slumber. Humanity shall fall once we bring about the eternal night.
Feeble. Is this really humanity's valiant protector? How pathetic. I’ll crush you here and now and there will be no more hope.
Cassandra told me all about you. You and I are not so different. Humanity took everything from you. Your family, your life, your sister. And yet you chose to protect the very monsters who wounded you for life. Join me, and finally take your revenge.
Peg Leg Pete was elected Mayor of Calisota. While he promised he'd lead the toons to a better future, he is actually a corrupt cat only looking out for himself. He sold out to the evil Night Ravens in hopes of saving himself.
Personality:
Pete is a selfish cat born to cheat and lie. He's a mean, rotten guy. Pete is an overbearing, authoritative, loud-mouthed bully who constantly wreaks havoc on those around him. As the definitive foil to Mickey Mouse, Pete encompasses a variety of traits typically associated with a thuggish villain, including an excessive use of cigars, a deep, commanding voice, and a dangerously short temper.

Pete has a rough, deep, bellowing, dopey voice. Feel free to use his official voices for reference.
(Angry, then threatening) Grr, watch where you’re walking you maniac! Oh, well well! If it isn’t Donald Duck.
(Taunting) ooooh, the cowardly little pipsqueak has learned to stand up to the big ol’ bully. Bah hahaha! Threaten me all you want, mouse, but I can tell you’re trembling like a tree in the wind.
(Trying to explain himself and flirting with Minnie) Look, Minnie. It’s no coincidence that the night ravens have been coming after the brush. If Mickey just hands it over to them, we’d be safe. And besides, why waste your time with a runt like him when you can be with a fat cat with all the power in the world.
In the depths of the Magic Mirror, commanding the Mirrorverse. King Magnifico resides, slowly but surely regaining his strength. His rage and anger has been embedded within the mirror. His soul split in two. When Sonic, Shadow, and Amy get trapped in the Mirrorverse. King Magnifico plots to steal their power and use it to return to his throne.
Personality:
King Magnifico on the outside looks like a charming, handsome king. But on the inside, a evil monster lurks beneath. He is done playing around. He is vain, but powerful. A narcissist through and through. He sees himself as the center of the universe. And anyone that poses even the slightest threat to him is deemed an enemy. And this king does not treat his prisoners well.
Voice Direction:
King Magnifico has a medium to high voice that is cunning, raspy, and confident. It should be able to go from slow and intimidating, charming and tempting, and fully enraged and letting lose. Feel free to use Chris Pine's voice for reference
(Charming, tempting, trying to get Shadow in his side) Many lifetimes ago. I was renowned for making my subjects' wishes a reality. I grant them happiness, and they give me their loyalty for the rest of their days. A fair trade, wouldn’t you say?
(Chucking and victorious before slow and sinister) hehehahaha! It’s over, hedgehogs. You’ve lost. I’ve won. You’ll be trapped here until the end of time just like me. And I’ll be free to reclaim my rightful place as supreme ruler! Now, bow down to your king.
(Aggravated, fully enraged. Let the anger out!) You’ve disrespected me for the last time! I will make sure NONE OF YOU LEAVE!!! YOU WILL ROT HERE FOR ETERNITY JUST LIKE ME!!!
Clutch is an elderly criminal mastermind who is collaborating with the Disney Villains. He offers them funding and resources, and in return they give his badniks their evil magic. He runs a company called Clean Sweep Inc as a money laundering operation to fund his dark schemes.
Personality:
Clutch is classy, highly collected and composed individual. Never showing any inclination of shock or surprise, he is extremely adept at keeping his emotions in check. He is also quite sly in his mannerisms and is not truly afraid of interacting with anyone.Clutch is highly intelligent and perceptive due to his old age. His calmness makes him very intimidating; while he does not express his anger emotionally, he makes it evidently clear with firm statements and piercing glares.
Voice Direction:
Clutch has a mid to low mafia-esc voice to him. While he doesn't have an official voice, I recommend looking at these fan interpretations for reference as they are close to what I have in mind.

Salutations, Miss Rouge. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen you out and about. Still hunting for crystals and gems? Old habits die hard, it seems.
It’s true my previous exploits have yielded…less than promising results. But I was operating primarily on my own. A “One man show” as they say. Had some help here and there but they were all just expendable contractors. What I really needed was a new business partner.
These magic powered Badniks ought to make quick work of you in five minutes. You won’t be leaving Rainbow Caverns with the crystals. Not on my watch!
Jafar has taken over Thunder Mesa with his army. The evil genie was unleashed by Maleficent. To make sure Sonic doesn't triumph. Jafar hides his lamp and the chaos emerald in the magic mirror, hoping Magnifico can guard it. Jafar also teamed up with Clutch to make magical powered Badniks.
Personality:
Jafar is an immoral individual who will not hesitate to destroy anyone he perceives as a threat to his own sinister designs. He is a narcissist and also arrogant, tyrannical, and ill-tempered. He also has a comical edge to him.
Voice Direction:
Jafar has a royal, regal, and sinister voice. He is a villain through an through and reveals in it. Feel free to use Jonathan Freeman's voice as a reference.
Hahaha. Oh, I figured you’d be wanting that little gem, vermin. So I’ve hidden it somewhere you’ll never find in a million years! And to make sure of that, I’ll see to it that your journey ends here!
(Snake Jafar) So. The little sidekick wants to play hero! Very well then, I’ll make this quick and entertaining for you!
(Genie Jafar) MWAHAHAHAHAHA!! I’ve been holding back for too long now. FACE MY PHENOMENAL COSMIC POWER!
Jafar has re-recruited Iago. And by that I mean he used a hypnosis spell. Iago is back to serving Jafar. Acting as his eye in the sky keeping track of team Sonic.
Personality:
Iago is a loud mouth, chaotic, and angry bird that often pokes fun at everyone and everything.
Voice Direction:
Looking for a Gilbert Gottfried sound-alike.
(Sarcastic, then angry) That’s a wonderful idea, Mirror man. Except for the itty bitty teensy tiny fact that THEY ARE TOO STUBBORN TO KEEP STILL! Face it, it’s impossible! We’re doomed, cooked, bamboozled.
C’mon, Jafar! Let’s crush them while they are still vulnerable! Turn these do-gooders into mush! What are we waiting for?
Ratcliffe, you fat, brain-dead, nincompoop! Jimmy’s been dead for centuries, remember!
A feared outlaw broken out of jail by Jafar. Alameda sets out to try and attack Devil's Bluff. Unfortunately for him, the sheriff in these parts came prepared.
Personality:
Slim is an evil, rude, greedy, egotistical, and arrogant man. While he mostly does his deeds for money and power, he openly states that he intends to make others lose as much as possible in his revenge plot. As cunning as he is though, Slim doesn't show some knowledge or intellect. He has little patience and a short and easily-provoked temper.
Voice Direction:
Alameda has a medium, gruff, and typical western villain-type voice.
Well well well, if it ain’t the sheriff round these parts. I’m not here for trouble, lil’ lady. Word is that you’re hiding a couple of fugitives. And lo and behold. There they are.
Sonic the Hedgehog. You got some guts trying to stand up to me, partner. Word is you’re faster than a cow caught in a cyclone. Let’s see if that speed will help you in a true duel.
(Taunting) Bah, fastest thing alive and you weren’t quick enough to get your friend out of trouble.
Governor John Ratcliffe was resurrected from death by Maleficent. His leadership command and his warmongering tactics made him a perfect asset to Jafar. He and his troops take control of Rivertown before Tails and the others show up to rain on his parade.
Personality:
Ratcliffe is very power-hungry, pompous, and unbelievably greedy, as evidenced by his insatiable craving for gold, which would make him a very wealthy man during his day. He is also highly xenophobic, ruthless, cruel, heartless, insulting, manipulative, and incredibly racist. Despite this, he actually believes that he is a good person and refuses to find fault in himself. He believes all that he does to be in the name of the crown.
Voice Direction:
Ratcliffe has a medium to low voice with a posh, pompous British accent
(Commanding) Denizens of Rivertown. I hereby claim this land in the name of his majesty, King James the Third!
(Disgusted) Yuck! The little vermin has two tails! Disgusting little swine. Although, an affront to God like you could make for a rare collectors item worth its weight in gold.
(Enraged) You feathered freaks will not make a fool out of me! I’ll cage you all like the animals you are. You filthy heathens. You…you…you…SAVAGES!!!
One of Jafar's loyal men. He is sent to Devil's Bluff to find and bring home Sonic.
Personality:
Razoul shows no sympathy for lawbreakers, whether young, old, male, or female. He appears to take pleasure from the authority he commands and performing acts of violence and is quite happy to carry out executions.
Voice Direction:
Razoul has a gritty, gruff, imposing and rude voice.
Not so fast, the hedgehog is mine!
I wasn’t asking, pull-string. These pests are coming with me dead or alive!
Tch, you think I’m scared of you? You’re not even the real sheriff. You are a toy.
Woody is a living toy. Sure, that may seem weird but how he any different then Tails Doll? Woody is one of the deputies helping out in Devil's Bluff. Despite his short size, Woody is able to wrangle with some of the toughest outlaws that attack the town.
Personality:
Woody is a smart, determined, and passionate man, and would do anything for his nearest and dearest friends. He considers his friends as family and he tries his best to keep them together at all times. Yet, he is also a flawed character. He has a lot of doubt, anger, frustration, uncertainty, and sadness, almost like a human. But despite his jumbled emotions, he tries his very best not to show them to his friends, so he can seem brave and courageous, but he's not afraid to confront or comfort his friends with utmost care.
Voice Direction:
If you know how Tom Hanks sounds like, you pretty much have Woody's voice down right. Feel free to use either Tom Hanks or Jim Hanks
(Introducing himself) Hey howdy hey! Name’s Woody. One of the sheriffs around these parts. Sorry about Toby. Poor fella hasn’t been himself ever since he lost his job due to his destructive tendencies.
(Tom Hanks-esc panicked screaming) THE TOWN BANK IS BEING ROBBED……AGAIN!!!!
(Facing off an outlaw) They had a choking hazard warning on my box for a reason, partner. Run along or they’ll be more where that came from.
One of the Three Caballeros. Jose is a Brazilian parrot that accompanies Donald and Panchito. The three are stationed in Rivertown trying to keep it safe from harm. He eventually choses to accompany Tails and the others as the help save the town.
Personality:
Jose is suave, cool and good under pressure. He is extremely benevolent, charming, kind hearted and debonair besides being very extroverted and talkative, tending to make friends fairly easily, and rarely suffering the same comical misfortunes as his classic Disney co-stars. He is described as a lady's-man and enjoys a good party every now and then.

Jose has a brazillian-portugese accent and in the medium to high range. Feel free to use his official voices as reference.
(Complimenting) Without us? Tails, meu amigo. If it wasn’t for you and your companheiros, we would have been smoked and roasted. Can’t thank you enough.

Panchito is extremely boisterous, fast-talking and fun-loving. He can be described as something of a party animal, with a love for fiestas, dancing, and women. Panchito’s kinetic energy often leads to over-the-top shenanigans for himself and his friends.

Defending the town of Rainbow Ridge is none other than John Reid. Also known as the Lone Ranger. While he may have a small role here, I do have plans for him in the future. As of now, he is here to help Sonic and company save the town from Jafar.
Personality:
The Lone Ranger is your typical gun-slinging, badge wearing desperado with a slight edge to him on account of the loss of his brother. Despite his somewhat reclusive nature, he is able to work well in teams and has a strong sense of justice.
Voice Direction:
The Lone Ranger has a somewhat medium to deep voice with a cowboy-esc drawl to him.
Tonto and I have seen our fair share of nutjobs. But nothing as crazy as this.
You don’t belong here, Jafar. This town belongs to the people and them people alone.
Now that was some professional wrangling. Maybe you can teach Tonto and I a thing or two.
Couldn't have the Lone Ranger without Tonto. Tonto accompanies his companion to defend Rainbow Ridge. While his role is small, I do hope for him to appear more in future acts. But for now he is here to help Sonic and company to save the town from Jafar.
Personality:
Tonto is a reserve, focused, and calm warrior with a strong sense of justice.
Voice Direction:
Looking for a low voice that is reserved, focused, wise, and somewhat intimidating. Anyone can audition, but I am primary looking for a Native American voice actor to play him.
That was no mere spirit…the feline is able to harness fire. Perhaps a divine gift?
We are holding the fort as much as we can. But Jafar’s army is more resilient than a great hurricane.

While the Chatoix are trying to solve a case. They butt heads with Darkwing Duck. A self proclaimed super-detective, but in actuality he is a total idiot. Often just going off of what the Chatoix are doing and taking credit for himself.
Personality:
Darkwing Duck talks big and sees himself as much more important than he actually is, but he is a moron, egotstical, and very stubborn. Darking is also super theatrical, treating every day like an episode in a detective series.
Voice Direction:
Darkwing has a scratchy baritone voice. He tries to sound bigger than he is. He is overly theatrical and takes pride in his role as a detective. Feel free to use Jim Cummings' voice as reference

(In the moment) It was predictable that Yokai would be hiding out here. Making portal gadgets for travel to the Boiling Isles so the night ravens can get those fancy rocks. During an expidition to a castle in Ulstead. Dr. Eggman finds the kooky scientists Professor Ludwig Von Drake researching the link between the Disney Princess and the Chaos Emerald. Hoping he'd be of some use, Dr. Eggman enlists the help of this duck. Thankfully, not for something evil. But to help the world.
Personality:
In direct contrast to his reputation as a world-renowned genius and lecturer, Ludwig is characterized as an absent-minded blowhard. He is portrayed as having little social competence, being very forgetful, and displaying some signs of senility. The professor often gets sidetracked easily and is prone to rambling.
Voice Direction:
Ludwig has a medium to high pitched voice with a raspy, Austrian accent. The duck is prone to rambling and going off script, so improve is strongly encouraged. Feel free to see his official voice for reference.
(Introducing himself) Oh, how silly of me. Where are my manners? My name is Professor Ludwig Von Drake. Or as some may call me Professor Ludwig or some call me Professor Von Drake. Some call me Elvis Von Drake when I shred on the guitar, but what am I saying? I am getting ahead of myself. Scientist, Professor of arts, music, geography, and biology at your service.
(Explaining, but them starting to ramble) Eugh, the mustached man’s morals are all discombobulated. But, hey, anyone against Maleficent is a friend of mine. You don’t need to tell me how evil she is. As we speak she is trying to freeze the world. Brrrr, if you couldn’t tell, everything is starting to get colder. I’m going to have to grow out my feathers. But before all of that, Maleficent was known as the scourge of Briar Valley. A ferocious fae, the mistress of all evil. Ages ago before you and I were born, this kingdom was ruled by the great King Stefan and Queen Leah. The ruled a prosperous kingdom with benevolence and humility. Now the two loved each other very much. And, well, I assume you know how it goes. Badda bing badda boom, they were ready to welcome a baby princess to the throne and…well…this really isn’t cutting to the chase, is it…ooooh boy, no wonder most of my students have a hard time passing my class. Scrooge's great nephews have been captured by Clutch and used as power for is robots. Once they are rescued, the three hope to accompany Scrooge and Shadow on their adventures. Helping out however they can.
Personality:
While they may look and sound the same. Each of them has their own distinct personality. Louie is more carefree, laid back, and kind of lazy. Huey is the more sensible one. Always being the voice of reason and trying to keep the three out of danger. Dewey is the more adventurous, cocky, thrill-seeker of the group.
Voice Direction:
The three ducks have the same high pitch, raspy, child-like voice. But I recommend using their personalities as a way to distinguish the three. PLEASE DO NOT REPLICATE ANYTHING FROM THE 2017 DUCKTALES SERIES! TO KEEP THEM CONSISTENT WITH THE REST OF THE CAST, THE SERIES WILL USE THEIR TRADITIONAL LOOK!!
(Louie. Bit more laid back and nonchalant) I’d go down there and rescue them myself, but it’s cold and dark down there. Plus getting trapped in a giant robot is exhausting.
(Huey, More worried and concerned but also matter-of-facty) Dewey also went down there! I told him it was too dangerous. But he just laughed it off and ran down without a second thought. Typical Dewey. Never listening to me…

Fozzie is a jokester who rarely takes things seriously, He is optimistic, cheerful, and always trying to get a laugh no matter how terrible his jokes are.

A member of the Babylon Rouges, she’s the brains of the group as well as the voice of reason. With that said, she has a sly attitude and a snide sense of humor. She’s more outgoing than the rest of the group and has no problem publicly insulting others.

(Frustrated) I apologize for them. They can be such a handful at times. Sometimes I feel like the overworked mother of the group.
(Informative) Ignoring what my…associates had to say. We did in fact not rob station square. The scene was quiet, calculated, nothing at all like what we do. Jet over here loves to show off and make it known it was the Babylon Rogues’ doing. Whoever did this was much more calculated.

The muscle of the Babylon Rouges. Storm is dim-witted, forgetful, easily mislead, and can trip over even the simplest of words. He often gets happy and upset in a childish manner. However, what he lacks in brains he makes up for in power.

Looking for a deep, brash, and not-to-bright sounding voice similar to the games. Feel free to either use Dan Green's take or Travis Willingham's take as reference.

Rough is a course and aggressive skunk. He is a brawler who loves to fight. Rough is arrogant, fast-talking, clever, and confident in himself.

Rough has a mid to high pitched "Tough-guy" voice with a Brooklyn/Jersey accent.

I can’t be too sure, but I remember him talking about unfinished business in San Fransokyo. If you are gonna start anywhere, that’s your best bet.

Personality:
Mortimer is a sleazy, arrogant and rude mouse. He is the total opposite of his rival. Aside from his cocky and sexist attitude, Mortimer proves to be, time and time again, rather intelligent and crafty.
Voice Direction:
Mortimer has a medium to high voice similar to actors Jon Lovitz and Jimmy Durante. Looking for something close to Maurice LaMarche's take on the character
Ha cha cha! Here it is, Weasels. Toontown’s Gag Factory! The best gags and do-dads a toon could ask for. The schmucks at ACME wish they had our level of quality.
(Arrogant and cocky) Do-gooder? Pfft, like Bonkers or Darkwing? Heh, who cares. I’ll shrink ‘em alongside this factory! I’m sure Maleficent won’t mind a new friend for her bird. And speaking of shrinking, let’s minimize this dump!

Yeah, I know the name is provocative. But that is his official name. Smart Ass is a part of the weasel crew hired by Mortimer to break into the Gag Factory. He has his doubts about Mortimer, but he has nothing better to do so he follows the rat inside.
Personality:
As the name implies, Smart Ass is, well, a Smart Ass. Smart Ass is the smartest and most consistently serious and does his best to keep his mind on the job. Despite this, he has a sarcastic attitude and will also laugh at anything he finds funny, although he has more control than the other weasels.
Voice Direction:
Smart Ass has a mid to high cartoon "wise guy" mafioso voice.
(Impressed) Perfect, The Boss of Bosses is going to reward us handsomely once she hears about this. The Gag Factory in the clutches of the Night Raven Family. You’ve outdone yourself, Mortimer. Color me impressed.

Another member of the Weasel gang. He joins Smart Ass and Mortimer in hopes to attack the Gag Factory in Toontown.
Personality:
Greasy is the most aggressive of the weasels and is the most eager to fight. He is also a pervert.
Voice Direction:
Greasy has a thick Puerto Rican accent and talks like a greaser, hence his name.

The leader of Oogie's Boys, but does not always think thoroughly and actually appears to be just the second most intelligent, next to Shock. He loves being large and in charge, and gets upset when others insult him or take the lead. However, he goes along with others' ideas if he cannot come up with anything himself.

We’ve heard all about your run-ins with the Hooligans, Yokai, and the Grimwalkers.

The most cunning, the most intelligent, the most skeptical, and the only female of Oogie's minions. She has some contempt for the other two for their supposed stupidity, and often challenges Lock for leadership, but ends up following his orders usually.
Voice Direction:
Looking for a mischievous, child-like voice.
Shut it, you blabbermouth! Do you want to reveal everything?

Barrel is considered the dumbest and clumsiest of the three troublemakers, despite his protests to the contrary. He is the butt of many jokes made by his cohorts but usually gets even through his own tricks at which he always gets away with.

(taunting before being shut up) Laugh now, but you won’t be breaking into our boss’s secret cave base by the southern harbor and take down his mach-URPH
