Rough is a criminal skunk that appears in a flashback. He is recruited by the Night Ravens to steal the Black Cauldron. He succeeds, but soon gets caught by the Chaotix later on.

Rough is a course and aggressive skunk. He is a brawler who loves to fight. Rough is arrogant, fast-talking, clever, and confident in himself.
Voice Direction:
Rough has a mid to high pitched "Tough-guy" voice with a Brooklyn/Jersey accent.
