This Casting Call is for the cast of characters featured in SilentKnight's Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps! SilentKnight Productions is a Minecraft Machinima studio aimed at telling stories based on Marvel, DC, Horror, and others. We are looking for all kinds of Voice Actors, Writers, Set Builders, Video Editors, Skin Makers, and people capable of filming with Blockbuster. Here at SilentKnight, all ideas, feedback, and talent is welcome. We hope to make this one of the best Machinima studios out there, but the only way we can do that is with your help. To most people in New York City, Wilson Fisk is a selfless businessman, but what many don't know is that he is secretly the Kingpin of Crime. Kingpin is the main antagonist of this season, and proves to be the first real challenge that Spider-Man must face as a hero
"No...I'm the one who keeps the scum line."
"Believe me Mister Urich, once the street are crawling with murderers, thieves, and rapists...you'll wish you had me back."
"I first want to thank all of you for being here, the amount of support that you’ve all given for this fundraiser is simply astounding."
Liz Allen is a cheerleader at Midtown High School and the Ex-Girlfriend of Midtown's Star Football Player, Flash Thompson. Liz ends up being the first real love interest this version of Peter Parker will have. Liz is kind hearted, sweat, and outgoing.
"*chuckles softly* Yeah, um- Me and Flash aren’t together anymore."
"Hi Gwen, Hi Harry! You mind if I borrow Pete?"
"I felt like it was my responsibility to step up, and I also felt like I was letting my Mom and my brother down. But then I realized, just because they don’t see how you’re helping them, doesn't mean you aren’t doing your part."
Frank Castle was a former marine who watched his wife and two children be murdered as they were caught in the middle of a shoot out in Central Park. Frank from that point on vowed to wipe out all of New Yorks criminals as The Punisher. While he's killed many criminals, Punisher knows that they all trace back to Wilson Fisk AKA The Kingpin, which causes Punisher to cross paths with your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.
"The scum is city never rest."
"You hit them, they get back up. I hit them, and they stay down!"
"Fisk is no different from any other low life thug I've put down."
Hammerhead is a gangster and is the number one enforcer for Wilson Fisk AKA The Kingpin. Hammerhead has a steal plate implanted in his forehead, which he uses as a battering ram.
"The Kingpin would like a word with you, Mister Osborn."
"We cool off when the Kingpin says so, or do ya want people to know created Freak One and Freak Two?"
"Yeah, he’s ready to jump when we say."
The Tinkerer is the leader of the technologically advanced criminal organization calling themselves the Underground. The Tinkerer is leading the Underground in a war against Kingpin and everything he stands for. The Tinkerer's voice is masked with a voice changer making his voice seem much more deeper and demonic almost, similar to how The Tinkerer's voice sounded in Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales.
"This message is for the people of New York City. Sorry for the unexpected interruption, but this has been long overdue."
"For too long, this city has been plagued with corruption and greed. Norman Osborn is a prime example for this city's corruption, but no more. The Underground will no longer stand by."
"That’ll be the least of your concerns if you get in my way again."
Herman Schultz AKA The Shocker is one of the Kingpin's strongest enforcers. Schultz has been fitted with a high tech suit and gauntlets that allow him to create vibrations as a projectile.
"Hey there, Bug."
"You can call me, The Shocker!"
"Thanks to us the bug couldn’t get any kinda dirt on the boss."
Mary Jane Watson has recently moved I with her Aunt inn Forest Hills, Queens. She goes by MJ and is a new student at Midtown High School. MJ is the definition of a free spirit, choosing to live life in the most fun and exciting way possible, which catches the eye of Peter Parker, Harry Osborn, and Gwen Stacy.
"Face it Tiger, you just hit the jackpot."
"it's not like it a night out has to be life changing. What's wrong with just having a little fun?"
"So spill girlfriend. What happened?"
Mac Gargan is a mercenary hired by Wilson Fisk to be gifted with the Scorpion suit to kill Spider-Man. Scorpion should always talk in a very threatening manner, but once he gets the Scorpion suit, not only has things like his strength, speed, a agility been increased, but so has his anger.
"I go where business takes me. Now show me watch ya got for me."
"Huh, Boss told me you were a threat, I think maybe I heard wrong."
"I feel ready to kill a Spider."
Gwen Stacy is the friend of Peter Parker and Harry Osborn. She is a student at Midtown Highschool and the daughter of Police Captain George Stacy. Gwen is sweat and caring. She always speaks in a soft spoken and intelligent way.
"Are you kidding me I wouldn’t miss it!"
"Of course I'll go to Homecoming with you Harry."
"Give him time, Harry. You know Peter, he probably missed the bus again."
Alexi Sytsevich is a common criminal turned into the Unstoppable Rhino by the Kingpin to an attempt to kill Spider-Man. There are points where Alexi does say things in Russian, so if you are able to speak the language, all the better, but it's not a requirement.
"Not anymore! I'm the Rhino!"
"Come out, come out, wherever you are, Little Spider!"
"Then what are we waiting for!?"
Colonel James Rhodes is an on again, off again member of Earths Mightiest Heroes known as the Avengers. Rhodes' War Machine armor was designed by fellow Avenger and his best friend, Tony Stark. Base your performance off of Don Cheadle's iconic portrayal of the character as seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
"you got about 10 seconds to tell me what you’re doin’ here."
"So you didn’t just break into the headquarter of Earth's Mightiest Heroes and start destroying said tower’s defenses?"
"Huh, Not a bad plan kid. Ok, I’ll head over to Stark Industries."
Tombstone is one of the most well known Gang leaders in all of New York. He possess incredible strength and is unable to feel pain.
"Members of your group killed some of my boys during Osborn’s Press Conference, and that shit is unacceptable."
"Well boys! Looks like we’re not just killing the Underground tonight, we got the one and only Spider-Man to kill!"
"So here's what's gonna happen’: I’m gonna beat you until you can’t stand, then Imma have these 2 best you until you can’t see, and then I’m gonna feed you to the dogs outside."
May Parker is the aunt and mother figure to Peter Parker. While May has for the most part been portrayed as being a grandma in terms of age, this version of the character is a little younger, being somewhere in her early to mid 50s.
"Breakfast is ready for you, and I’ve packed your lunch, I’m going to grab something from my room and then I’ll be leaving to visit Anna Watson."
"Ben would be so proud of the kind hearted young man you're becoming Peter."
"Peter, you have to tell me what's going on!"
George Stacy is the Captain of the New York City Police Department and the father of Gwen Stacy. George is a level headed, do things by the book kind of cop, but he's also very protective of his daughter.
"A lot of people in the force know Fisk is the Kingpin, but we can't make a proper arrest without the proper evidence."
"Put your hands behind your head, you have five seconds to comply!"
"I know you're a good kid Peter, I've known you since you were a little boy. I don't believe for a second you'd be assisting a criminal."
Robby Robertson is a sub-boss at the Daily Bugle and the father of Rand Robertson. Robby is understanding and friendly, but knows the kind of corruption that New York City suffers from at the hands of Wilson Fisk AKA The Kingpin.
"I'm really busy with this Jonah."
"Me and Jonah talked to some of your school teachers, and they said you’d be perfect for it. So what do ya say son?"
"Well, come on Peter, I’ll show you where you’ll be working on our website."
Ben Urich is the number one reporter for the Daily Bugle. Ben has spent two years investigating the criminal dealings of Wilson Fisk AKA The Kingpin, Ben believes that he can still be taken down and will stop at nothing to see Fisk put behind bars.
"Relax, kid. I’ve been known to slack off from time to time."
"I don’t know how many times I have to tell him. There’s no group of mutants living in the sewers."
"I think-I think the Kingpin’s making a play for both Tombstone, and Silvermane’s old territory."
Betty Brant is another worker at the Daily Bugle. Betty acts as the front desk lady for J. Jonah Jameson.
"Mister Jameson, your wife's calling!"
"Welcome back Peter."
"Don't worry Peter, Jonah's like that with everyone."
Norman Osborn is the CEO of Oscorp and the father of Harry Osborn. Norman is a businessman whos not afraid to get his hands dirty in order to achieve his own goals.
"Enough Mason, you wine more than my son."
"Don't you dare apologize son. I never do."
"That's what I respect about you Peter, you're hard working."
Phineas Mason is a scientist and inventor at Oscorp. He's a kind person but is also kind of a push over, always getting nervous in certain situations.
"Do you know what will happen if word gets out that Fisk is responsible for Scorpion and Rhino? The police could trace them back to Oscorp, back to me!"
"I'm sorry Mister Osborn, I'll do what I'm told."
"Mister Osborn please, I have a family to help. I need this."
Adrian Toomes is inventor who became the Vulture after Oscorp CEO Norman Osborn took full credit for Toomes' invention.
"Osborn, you stole my work!"
"Not Toomes anymore, I'm the Vulture now!"
"I warned you what would happen if you got in my way again Spider-Man!"
Silvio Manfredi AKA Silvermane is New York City's oldest living crime lord. Silvermane was eventually locked up for years, allowing Wilson Fisk AKA The Kingpin to take his place, but now Silvermane is being released from prison and is ready to reclaim his position as the most feared and respected crime lord.
"Hello Fisk, I see you've kept my chair nice ad warm for me."
"I'm back to show all of you and the rest of this city who's top dog around here."
"So you're the Spider-Man I've heard so much about. I expected better."
