🎬 CASTING CALL - BACKEND TEAM MEMBERS FOR COMIC DUB YOUTUBE CHANNEL
We’re currently building a long-term backend production team for a high quality comic dub YouTube channel and are looking for reliable people to help create a streamlined production pipeline.
OPEN ROLES:
📖 Comic Transcribers / Script Writers
Take comic chapters/pages and turn them into organized scripts for voice actors and editors.
Responsibilities:
Format dialogue clearly
Label characters/emotions
Organize scenes and pacing notes
Prepare scripts for recording
Requirements:
Strong grammar/organization
Familiarity with comics/manga storytelling
Fast turnaround preferred
🎙️ Audio Sync Editors
Take completed voice acting and sync it to the comic panels/scenes.
Responsibilities:
Place dialogue correctly
Time scene transitions
Match pacing to performances
Build the rough structure of the episode
Requirements:
Basic editing knowledge
Good sense of pacing/timing
Organized workflow
🎞️ Motion Comic Animators
Animate still comic panels using camera movement, parallax, zooms, effects, etc.
Responsibilities:
Add movement to still images
Create cinematic camera motion
Add depth/parallax effects
Make scenes feel dynamic without full animation
Requirements:
Experience with motion graphics or animatics
Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, etc.
Strong visual sense
🔊 Sound Design Editors
Handle atmosphere, music, ambience, and sound effects.
Responsibilities:
Add sound effects/music
Improve emotional impact
Balance audio cleanly
Create immersive scenes
Requirements:
Understanding of audio mixing
Good instinct for emotional pacing
Clean sound design
✨ Final Polish Editors
The final stage of production.
Responsibilities:
Add subtitles/effects
Final quality control
Ensure pacing and consistency
Render/upload-ready exports
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
YouTube editing experience preferred
Ability to work within deadlines
