MapleStory is a free-to-play, side-scrolling MMORPG made in South Korea. The visual style appears to be heavily inspired by an Anime series.
I am searching for voice actors to provide a voice cast for a GMS version of a promotional video featuring all 10 commanders of the Black Mage. The video is used to promote the arc 'Tenebris' where the Black Mage awaits to challenge the Alliance, who must wage war against his plans of world domination. After many years of content, and in game lore, the time had finally come for the Maple Alliance to defeat Maple world's greatest enemy, the Black Mage, once and for all. This would signal a significant change in the landscape of the game Maplestory.

The recording process will work a little differently for this one. Should I decide to cast you, and I find your audition is done well-enough, your lines will go straight into the final project. Needless to say, I encourage you to read the role description and voice direction, really get into the character. I have also included a signature line from each of the commanders, to get an idea of your voice type and how it matches up with the character.
The fandub will be uploaded to my YouTube channel ⭐JoeNova Voices⭐ in individual parts per character, then one whole video edited together with all the commanders. Feel free to use my project for your VA portfolio or resume, at your own discretion and supervision.

Magnus, aka. the Tyrant, is a former commander of the Black Mage and current commander of Gerand Darmoor. He is of the Nova race, of which he betrayed for Gerand Darmoor due to his insatiable lust for power. After being severely injured from The Kaiser's sacrifice to defeat Magnus' army defending his country, Magnus became a commander of the Black Mage to regain lost power; yet he retained his loyalty to Darmoor. After stealing a gemstone from another commander when the Black Mage was sealed, Magnus departed from Maple world, effectively leaving the Black Mage's side and claiming he was "finished" with Maple World. His whereabouts remains unknown to this day.
(Proud) Grandis is nothing like Maple World. Here, war is like a right of passage... and weakness is swiftly eradicated. Like many, I've followed the warriors path... and conquered death more than once. I fought alongside my friends to defend my people... and betrayed them all in my bid for power.

Orchid is one of the Wing Masters, former commander of the Black Mage and Lotus' twin sister. Orchid was originally a shadow spirit with her sister Lotus, before the White Mage (before corrupted into the Black Mage) found them, granted them human form in exchange for their services to him. Orchid was excited and curious about this. Orchid and Lotus were ordered to kill Aria, the empress of Ereve, in the Black Mage's bid for war and conquest. This enraged Aria's lover, Phantom, to which he mercilessly beat Lotus putting her into a deep coma, leaving Orchid devastated. Later a scientist named Gelimer promised Orchid he could awaken Lotus, in exchange for helping him power the military warship Black Heaven. Little does Orchid know, Gelimer had shut off Lotus' brain and had brainwashed her, using her to power Black Heaven. Lotus is eventually defeated by the player, and after Orchid thinks she and her sister could finally be together, Gelimer kills Lotus for good for her failure. This sparks a change in Orchid, using her power Lotus gave her before she died, Orchid destroyed Black Heaven and vows vengeance on the Black Mage. She would mask her identity, and make strikes against the Black Mage, to avenge her fallen sister.
Who told you, you could take out Gelimer without me? ... What good is it for you? Just to save others... Hmph, I guess you don't have the energy to talk. How boring... *Sigh* (You're helping the playable character) Jeez, you're heavy! Walk straight! ... Hold up, it's not what it looks like! Take them, they took too much gas. Even if they survive... they'd be an emotionless, empty shell... In her final moments... Lotus was happy. Happy to be free of Gelimer.

Lotus was one of the Wing Masters, former commander of the Black Mage and Orchid’s twin sister. Lotus was originally a shadow spirit with her sister Orchid, before the White Mage (before corrupted into the Black Mage) found them, granted them human form in exchange for their services to him. While Orchid was excited and curious about this, Lotus was uncertain and cautious. During the war, the Black Mage sent Orchid and Lotus to assassinate the empress of Ereve, Aria, under the guise of negotiating terms of peace. This enraged Aria's lover, Phantom, to which he mercilessly beat Lotus putting her into a deep coma. Later a scientist named Gelimer promised Orchid he could awaken Lotus, in exchange for helping him power the military warship Black Heaven. Little does Orchid know, Gelimer had shut off Lotus' brain and had brainwashed her, using her to power Black Heaven. Under Gelimer's gas, Lotus experienced a lot of pain and paralysis, sapping away her willpower. Lotus, under Gelimer's control, is eventually defeated by the player, and after thinking she could finally be together with her sister Orchid, Gelimer kills Lotus for good for her failure. Before Lotus dies, she gives Orchid all of the power they shared, wanting her to happy like she always wanted.
(Unsure. Childlike) Orchid, becoming a human… For some reason, it scares me. Maybe we should just stay as spirits? With this body… I feel like I’m going to become something I’m not. I don’t want to be alone… or for you to be alone. I don’t like that.
(Loving. Verge of Death) Orchid… This is the end. I will… give you our power. Use it as you wish… I want you to live, Orchid…

Von Leon, aka. The Lion King, was the ruler of El Nath Mts with his wife Ifia. He was admired by his many devoted/loyal followers as the symbol of strength to the people of El Nath. As El Nath Mts wasn't a wealthy or bustling kingdom, the modest people and Von Leon didn't expect the Black mage to attack their kingdom in his war. This led Von Leon to decline an offer from the Maple Alliance to join them in defeating the Black Mage. His response was deemed unacceptable by the Alliance and they accused him of working with the Black Mage. The Alliance raided Von Leon's kingdom, and being too weak to defend itself, the people as well as Ifia were killed, leaving only Von Leon surviving and his ruined castle. Consumed by despair and rage, Von Leon joined the Black Mage becoming one of his commanders. With his new found power, Von Leon annihilated the Alliance's forces in El Nath. Having encountered Ryude, a bardman and warrior he fought once, when he was eavesdropping on Von Leon and Hilla's meeting, Von Leon learns that Ryude's team are planning to sound the alarm of the Dragon Masters tower, which would signal the Alliance to attack Von Leon's castle. Von Leon sends an army conjured by the Black Mage to stop them. Von Leon defeats Ryude and his team but fail in stopping the alarm sounding. In Ryude's final moments, Von Leon states that he "fought well" and admires him for having something to fight for, when it seemed like he had nothing left to lose. Von Leon's role is mostly a mediator for the Black Mage's commanders during meetings. After the Black Mage's defeat, Von Leon's whereabouts is currently unknown.

Hilla, aka. the Red Witch, was one of the chief Shamaness of Azwan, revered for her beauty and leadership of which she took pride in. However her beauty started to fade as she aged, and even though nobody noticed and was still treasured, her insatiable desire to stay beautiful corrupted her heart. This allowed the Black mage in, offering her eternal life, power and beauty in exchange for her loyalty and services. Hilla handed over her country, Azwan to the Black Mage as an offering, the people who once sang her praises turned to resentment, but Hilla didn't care. She had everything she desired. Even reviving the deceased population of Azwan for her undead army, and magic totems spread across the kingdom would continuously reanimate her fallen soldiers. She would collaborate with the other commanders in the Black Mage's advanced to conquer Maple World. In her final arc, she resides in the Labyrinth of Suffering, using it to play mind games and torment the Alliance and especially the player, until till they succumb from injuries. Just when all is lost, an inner voice of someone close to the player calls out to them, and gives them the strength to defeat Hilla. After Hilla is defeated, she she loses her eternal youth, turning her hair colour to white, as she eventually disappears.
Your fate is falling into an ever-deeper quagmire and wandering for all eternity. You're mine now, Adversary.

Will, aka the King of Spiders, is one of the commanders of the Black Mage. From what is known of Will's past, he spent much of his time studying the Black Mage's plans before his resurrection, trying to understand his true purpose. Eventually he figured out that the Black Mage's true goal was to recreate the world without Transcendents, which would potentially lead to a perfect world with infinite knowledge. Intrigued by this, Will joined the Black mage, becoming one of his most trusted commanders. His major contribution was to help seal the goddess and Transcendent of time, Rhinne, and trap her in Mirror World preventing her from awakening. Rhinne's tear however would create a new Transcendent to be, named Zero. Will would separate this being into one male and one female, taking the boy for himself, and create a ruse to distract the boy from discovering the girl and becoming a Transcendent. Eventually, the boy would learn he was being brainwashed, and that he was living in a ruse, and was able to reach the Umbra Temple, where Will was conjuring the ruse, in time. The boy finds the girl and frees her, but is confronted and defeated by Will. Now reunited, the boy and girl become Zero Alpha and Zero Beta, Transcendants of Time. During their third battle with Will, and the goddess Rhinne freeing herself from his control, Will is defeated, but he escapes. Will later appears in the arc Esfera, seeking to use the powers of a girl named Tana for a ritual, where the Black Mage would absorb her powers, giving him the ability to reshape the world in his image. Will succeeds before retreating into the deepest part of Mirror World, awaiting the creation of a new world, which unfortunately for him doesn't transpire as the Alliance defeat the Black Mage for good. But Will's involvement doesn't stop there, as his studies prove that even with the Black Mage gone, his influence is not so easily extinguished...
The true soul of a person shows in the hard choices they make. What you decide when the chips are down and time has ran out... That is who you truly are!

Lucid, aka. Queen of Nightmares, is an elf of the Elluel Village, and friends with Athena Pierce and Danika. The three practiced archery together. But no matter how hard Lucid tried, her archery skills wouldn't improve. Lucid was desperate to have queen Mercedes' attention, and to prove herself. Then, when practicing alone late at night, Lucid fell asleep and dreamt she was performing exceptionally well at Archery, even earning Mercedes' attention. That's when she woke up and realised, she had the power to manipulate dreams, effectively what she and others perceived as reality. Jealousy crept up on Lucid however, and after seeing all her friends recruited for war but not her, she ran away from Elluel, isolating herself with her dreams in a cave. Then, after the Black Mage's sealing, his freezing curse struck Elluel, all of the elves as well as Lucid were frozen. However, thanks to her ability, Lucid kept herself awake living in her dreams, driving Lucid to insanity. In one dream, she encounters the Black Mage who offers Lucid power, a new world and freedom from her icy slumber. Lucid accepted and became a commander of the Black Mage, bringing her madness to the world. Lucid peers into her master's mind however and discovers the Black Mage wants to destroy everything including himself, so she fled him and created her own city in the Arcane River known as Lachlein: The Dreaming City. The festivities, smells and scents of wines, roast dinner, and sparklers burning and sizzling attracted many people whom she turned into dreamers, trapped in their own little world in Lachlein, where Lucid would kill anyone who tried to wake up. Only those with strong minds could see through her visions. Lucid would reside in the Nightmare Clocktower, where the player would eventually find and defeat her. Lucid became trapped in her own mind. In Glory, after a consultation with the Black Mage's conscious, she is almost consumed by her own madness again when she is saved by Protective Mask, an illusion of Mercedes she conjured before joining the Black Mage, in case anything bad happened to her. Lucid is currently under Alliance supervision in Ereve.
