Hey, I'm Tristan (though I mostly go by 'EmpoleonNerd' or 'Emp' online)! I'm 24 and a recent university graduate (with a B.A. in Theatre Arts) aspiring to be a professional voice actor in the future. I'm admittedly not too familiar with the technical side of voice acting, but I'm trying to learn what I can while auditioning for stuff!
I started theatre acting about 6 years ago in senior year of high school, and I've been performing in community productions, college productions, and a few professional productions ever since (even a couple of paid acting roles, which means technically I'm a professional theatre actor lol). Since I have accrued interest in this field, I have been investing many hours into trying to improve my voice, and experiment with various vocal performances. As it currently stands, I possess well over two hundred hours of unofficial voice performance, giving me a relatively acceptable understanding and control over my voice. I'm a male teenage actor that can showcase a wide range of characters! This is kinda tricky because I don't wanna be too overconfident, but I also don't wanna undersell myself so much that nobody's interested, y'know?I take pride in my wide range of accents and voices, as well as my improvisational skills. Sometimes I find myself creating characters or even short stories through improv, and I'll help with writing too if you need it! I also compose music on Garageband, and I think I'm pretty good at that. I'm mostly here for voice acting though, I'm willing to commit to most any role, I prefer wacky, over-the-top characters, but I can do more serious characters too!
