Hi there! My name's Colin. I'm in my late 30's, disabled, and from Central Scotland.

I was born in Ireland and started working in the sound industry way back in 1997 on my first feature film. I have a trained Bass/Baritone voice that has been used in adverts, corporate videos, educational mediums, and on stage.
For the past few years, I have immersed myself in the world of voice-over, honing my skills and crafting my art. Through my experiences, I have cultivated a deep understanding of vocal dynamics, tone modulation, and the power of inflection. My proficiency in delivering authentic and engaging voice performances has allowed me to contribute to a diverse range of projects, from captivating audiobooks to compelling corporate narrations.

I'm a performance poet, a musician, a storyteller, an events host, an accidental voice actor, Artistic Director for Spoken Word at PBH’s Free Fringe, and an enormous geek. During weekdays, I persuade people to make lists and say no to shiny things. For every role, there is a different hat, and a spreadsheet to match. My first full poetry collection, Spectral, came out with Burning Eye in March 2022, and I describe it as “a kind of poetry concept album, with illustrations”.
In 2017, I fell into voice acting, partly on a dare, not realising that this one-off recording for a friend would end up turning into a recurring main cast role on cult horror drama podcast The Magnus Archives, where I played the very troubled (and troubling) Daisy Tonner. I am a passionate, creative, and multifaceted performer with experience performing for various audiences. I have a background in independent theatre production and facilitating drama-based workshops. I am also a practised dance teacher and choreographer, specialising in Modern Jazz, Contemporary, Commercial, Burlesque and Cabaret. Although fairly new to voice work, I would love to create versatile and engaging characters for the gaming world and captivate audiences through narrating audiobooks. I am also open to commercial voiceovers.

I'm a professionally trained, award-nominated voice actor from South London, where I'm also based. My natural speaking voice is a deep, resonant British RP ideal for explainer videos, narration and commercials, but I'm also adept at performing in a wide range of different accents - whether for voiceover or acting roles. I have a degree in Italian and speak the language fluently with an accent that would pass for a native speaker. I've provided voiceovers for a wide range of clients - including small start-ups, major multinational companies, and international sports governing bodies - and I’ve also narrated audiobooks.
