Project - Inceptum
Project Overview
The deadline for the project as a whole is the 30th / November but we hope to have all Voice Acting cast by the 31st / May.
Myself and others have decided to tell our stories through animation, unfortunately it turns out that Voice Acting is an extremely difficult and vital skill that none of us can do particularly well. We now find ourselves on the internet begging for talent and when we stumbled upon Casting Call Club we thought, wonder what that site's about? So here we are.
Ultimately we hope to achieve an approximately 15 minute animated pilot "those poor animators." Due to the external nature of our preciously donated talent such things as main story events, character arcs and etc, will be kept on a need to know basis. All names on the auditions are subject for change, however all character types and voice roles will remain unchanged, the audition lines are indicative of what the role requires. This project will not contain any sexual, vulgar, or "unnecessarily" gory content.
The genre will be fantasy / medieval based, the artistic style will be 2D anime-esk, music & sound effects will be licensed from reputable 3rd parties. My partner and I are writing, producing also directing, a revised draft of the script is complete, we are very happy with it and only foresee minor future revisions being necessary.
Currently we cannot offer much as payment likewise we are not going to be overly fastidious, all we ask is that your Voice Acting audio is acceptably clean "meaning little static noise and no background noises." So if you've ever considered Voice Acting and feel that you can potentially fill one of our roles please come and give it a try.
Each character only has a few sentences worth of lines, some even less.
We are extremely grateful to everyone who takes the time to audition.

Thyra is a tall women with a stocky build, she is of Norse decent and loves her family almost as much as fighting at the local tavern.
We are looking for a deeper or strong sounding women's voice preferably.
WARNING: You must be comfortable yelling for this role, being able to scream is preferred but not required.
(Confident, Exited) ~ We've tracked the beasts just beyond the pasture, I'll be back before sundown.

The reaper is death in form of a tall senior women, her presence is both mentally and physically exhausting.
We love the voice of Sara Kestelman, similar voices are preferred but not required however this particular character will receive the most scrutiny.
