This is a series about Death himself... Well, him and Ethan. It's a story about his everyday life on Earth keeping things in order when things get out of hand. He's friends with a devil, angel, and a ghost.
The concept and storyline are still in development, but feel free to browse around and maybe see if any parts below gets your attention. 🙂

Death is the highlight of the series (as the name of the show clearly points that out).
Death is not necessarily your usual protagonist. He doesn't really give a crap about who's alive and who's dead since he can see both. His mother is Jo, and his father is Grim. He's got a Ghost Friend, A Demon Friend, and a Angel Friend. Death works with his father at Tragic Occurring Misfortune Bureau (TOMB) as a Sealer, which is a reaper who can decide whether you can be brought back to life or not (depend on the client's condition), and can send clients to heaven or hell depending on their reputation.
Death is immortal and extremely powerful, almost god-like. He can conjure spells called Jinxes, and can recover in minutes depending on the damage taken. He's got 9 lives like a black cat and complete regenerates by midnight. However even if you succeed, he'll only be comatose, meaning he'll eventually heal back to normal.
Death's got some dark perks to him as well, and by that, I mean he can snap into a psycho, which can cause a lot of casualties. He's powerful enough to kill 1/3 of the Earth's population with one move. Just taking one of his lives will get him start at a mild state, but it's enough to take out about 5,000 lives.
The way he speaks is semi-monotone, but vibrant enough to hear different personalities, like Kakashi Hatake from Naruto.
A better way to describe his voice is that he sounds tired all the time, as if he just woke up.

Somebody just threaten to kill Death... HOW CAN YOU KILL DEATH? HE'S DEATH.
With that said, Death would be laughing at how ridiculous the situation is.
(Chuckling) "You're kidding, right? I mean, you're not gonna win."
Death would say this reluctantly since he doesn't care if the person he's with is dead or alive. Either way, he'll still see them.
"Hey, uh...you might wanna move... Like now..."

Lucy/Luke (Short for Lucifer) is Death's from Hell. His/her father's no other Satan himself. [Mother's Background is currently unidentified]
Luke/Lucy is a someone who loves getting into mischief, but not to the point where it would draw Death's attention since Death can kill him/her if need be.
Of course, Luke/Lucy likes to tease Michael/Michelle.
In due time, Lucy/Luke would come out to help Death in some of his cases, but often tags along with him to hang out and have a good time... and maybe sometimes cause some havoc.
Luke/Lucy voice would sound like someone who causes trouble. Just absolute mischief.

Death just came to Luke/Lucy's home to say hi.
Luke/Lucy would say this to Death like he/she is his best buddy... Because he/she is.
"Well if it isn't the Dead Man Walking himself."
Scarlett is Death's Ghost Friend. Compared to all of Death's other friends, She is his closest. In fact, she's by Death's side a lot.
Scarlett is a rebel. She goes by her own terms, and whether you like it or not, she's going to get her way.
A better way to describe Scarlett's personality is by looking at Marceline from Adventure Time: wild at first, down-to-earth and pretty chill once you get to know her.
She can go through walls (like normal ghost), she can possess people's bodies, and plenty of other things like maybe knock something over just a mess with you.

Jo is Death's mom. She's an angel with an edge. Every once in a while, she would come down to earth to grab a drink or catch a thrill... oh, and support Death.

"[Loses balance] WHOA! [Regains Balance. Looks at Death.] Ha ha ha, WHOOO!" (Slurred) "Now THAT'S *burps* is how you have a good time! [Pause] Lemme tell you something... *Gulp, Gulp, Gulp* ah... Jesus... [Pause. She's looking around] is a (burping) Hippie. *Hiccup* (Slurred) He's so kind and generous. *Hiccup* I hate him. *Hiccup* He's such a great guy.
(All jokes aside) "Death, *Hiccup* You're a (burping) great (slurred) son. Did I ever tell you that? *Hiccup* I truly appreciate that you came all this way to get drunk with your mama. *Hiccup* *chuckle*, I'm proud to be your mother... [Pause] *Burp* Excuse me."
Teaser bit: Welcome the viewer in a way that vaguely describes what you are.
"It's a blessing to finally meet you." Or something that vaguely describes Heaven.
To no surprise, Grim is Death's dad. He works for Tragic Occurring Misfortune Bureau (TOMB) with Death. (Note: Although both of them work for the same company, both carry their duties differently.)
As far as personality, Grim is serious when it comes to business, but when it comes to his family, he can be silly and caring.
Grim and Jo love each other very much even though they're distant from each other.
Grim and Death get along like father and son. However, there are moments when Grim is a bit awkward around his son.

Michael/Michelle is your "goodie two-shoes" angel. His/Her father is the one and only Jesus Christ. [Mother's Background is currently unidentified.]
Michael/Michelle plays as Death's good conscious and friend.
Michael/Michelle often gets annoyed by Luke as he/she fails to "live a little".
Sometimes, Michael/Michelle comes to help Death in some of his cases, but often focuses on caring for other beings as well.

"*Annoyed Growl* (Quickly shifts attention over to Ethan) [Calm and Friendly, Addressing Ethan] It's a blessing to finally meet you. I'm Michael(♂️)/ Michelle (♀️), [chuckling] And yes, I'm an angel from Heaven." [Pause]

Ethan Scolle is someone who gets caught in the middle of the mess and follows Death to get some answers. He ends up becoming a Soul Contact, which means he's cheating death, but will be offered recruitment upon TOMB to extend his life span.

Ethan just fulfilled Death's order.
"I got an order for... Death? [Pause] (turns around) Okay, who's the joker? C'mon, I can take a-- (turns back around to get caught off guard by Death standing right in front of him) AHHH!"
Death snatches his mocha from Ethan's hand, then points two fingers at his eyes and then points one finger at Ethan, indicating he's got his eyes on him.
"[Scared] Uh..."
Death points at the coffee grinder, swipes a finger across his neck to signal Death, then he pats Ethan on the shoulder and walks off.
" (Ethan stands stiff and pale) [Thinking terrified] What does that mean? D-Does that mean the coffee maker is gonna k-k-k-kill me?"
A friend walks up to ask him if he's okay.
"(Quickly turns around with a fake smile) [Nervously laughing] Ha, ha, ha, I'm fine! [Thinking] NO, I'M NOT! [Speaking normally] Hey, do me a favor and watch the counter for me while I go on break, would ya? (Turns around with a flow of tears running down his face) [Thinking] Oh, my life! I can't believe I'm actually gonna die! *Sobs*"
Ethan is narrating about his life with Death. (Kinda like a teaser.)
"[Calm] My name is Ethan Scolle (Pronounced "Skull"). I'm your average guy, who lives a average life amongst average people..."
(Death barrages through the window) "[Narrating while erasing part of what he said, slightly irritated] Well crap, now I'm gonna have to rewrite that. Y'know what, (cripples paper) screw it, I'm just gonna go ab-lib here...
(Add in your own twist. Remember: Ethan is talking about how his life changed as soon as he encountered Death. He wants to get answers from him, but in order to do so, he needs to first survive Death's job as a Soul Contact Assistant.)
" *Sighs* What the hell did I get myself into?"
I'm looking for glitchy music, and a bit a rock music... Well, "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" kind of rock music... I hope that makes sense...

"Move."
(Ethan refuses)
"Look, I don't wanna hurt you, so get out of my way."
(Ethan blocks the way. The Advocate charges over to get by, but Ethan strikes)
"(Checks for blood)... *Lip smack... Sigh* Idiot."

Everyone's gonna start as a Level "E" Assistant, the lowest grade in TOMB (Tragic Occurring Misfortune Bureaucracy).
This instructor will be the first to train the new recruits.

She gets kick out of putting a lot of stress among her class, but mainly because she cares about their success. Like Aizawa, she's pretty keen on picking up on any loopholes her class tries to pull and calls it the second she sees it.

The instructor, along with Pyro and the other instructors, are spectating a exercise from a disclosed location. As she's watching, she takes note of Ethan.
[Thinking - Normal] "So this is Death's kid. He doesn't seem very durable... Meh, let's give him a fighting chance. There's gotta be a reason for why Death brought you here, and I'm gonna find out one way or another."

I will be your Instructor for Class C. I'm gonna be blunt here, if you thought the fatalities from your last class was brutal, believe me when I say I've seen 5x more occur in my presence.
[Serious] Heed my warning carefully: You have very little margin for error. Just one little hiccup can get you killed, so unless you have a god-sent memory, I strongly suggest you take notes. It can save you in a long run."
