In the story, Ethan (and a few others) will have to undergo the "SCAR" Program ( "SCAR" stands for Soul Contact Assistant Recruitment.)
Everyone's gonna start as a Level "E" Assistant, the lowest grade in TOMB (Tragic Occurring Misfortune Bureaucracy).
This instructor will be the first to train the new recruits.

This woman is two-faced. She can go from sweet to sour in seconds.

She gets kick out of putting a lot of stress among her class, but mainly because she cares about their success. Like Aizawa, she's pretty keen on picking up on any loopholes her class tries to pull and calls it the second she sees it.

[Ecstatically] "HELLO FELLOW RECRUITS! My name is (Insert whatever name suits you for now), and I will be your first instructor in this exciting program, Woo-Hoo!"
The instructor, along with Pyro and the other instructors, are spectating a exercise from a disclosed location. As she's watching, she takes note of Ethan.
[Thinking - Normal] "So this is Death's kid. He doesn't seem very durable... Meh, let's give him a fighting chance. There's gotta be a reason for why Death brought you here, and I'm gonna find out one way or another."
Hey! Thanks for auditioning! I like what you did here: Doing 3 different takes to give variety. 👌 Nice. I'd like to draw your attention towards your 3rd take. The happy side is SPOT ON. That's the voice I'm looking for. However, the normal tone could use some tweaking. She's really like Revy from "Black Lagoon". 🤔 Maybe try to go down in pitch just a smidgen and add in just a little bit of a gravely, rough voice to it. You're Trying to sound like a bad-"A" when she's herself (if you know what I mean). Keep going! You got what it takes to get this role! 👍

You can try if you'd like to. I always encourage as many retakes you feel is necessary to give it your all. I already have you pinned for consideration. All I would ask as far as anything to adjust would just be the second set of lines. I'm looking for some tough attitude here. Other than that, I insist on doing as many retakes you see fit, but just know you're in the running. ☺️
