To no surprise, Grim is Death's dad. He works for Tragic Occurring Misfortune Bureau (TOMB) with Death. (Note: Although both of them work for the same company, both carry their duties differently.)
As far as personality, Grim is serious when it comes to business, but when it comes to his family, he can be silly and caring.
Grim and Jo love each other very much even though they're distant from each other.
Grim and Death get along like father and son. However, there are moments when Grim is a bit awkward around his son.

Hey! Thanks for auditioning! Good news, bad news. Bad news: I'm not entirely sure if this is how I'd like Grim Reaper to sound. Good news: I can't let this go unjust. I'm gonna have to think of something to put that voice in. I'm gonna try to find a loophole here. This, to me, sounds like something I would hear on HMNiD. Just gotta figure something out. Well done! I'll get back to you once I have something in mind. Gotta get creative and see where to go from here.
