Havoc Fox: Casting Kiiro, Spooky the Owl, brief NPCs
Project Overview
Havoc Fox is an action platformer drawing inspiration from series such as Megaman and Freedom Planet. While our cast is mostly decided, we are in need of a new voice actor for the character Kiiro and the companion of the playable character Venice, Spooky the Owl - plus some side voices for briefly appearing NPCs.

These roles will be PAID as most lines for these characters are already written, making it easier to discuss rates. However, a concrete amount will not be set in stone here as I'd like to speak more personally with who I cast about how much they would prefer and how it will align with my limited budget (payment at once or monthly payment, for example - I am an unemployed high school student and therefore don't have a stable income).

Pronounced (Kee-row)
Kiiro is an eccentric henchman and an obsessive fan of the character Dyvex, who is one of the King's closest sentry warriors. He's very overzealous, and enjoys taunting his enemies and using very impractical machinery to fight. He gets flustered very easily and hates admitting defeat. His voice should sound like Saki (yellow hair, ponytail) from the Zombieland Saga dub, but slightly deeper and tomboyish. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPO2_uFV6ag

Spooky is the faithful owl companion to Venice the wind dragon - energetic and supportive, but can't speak English, as he's more of a pet. He communicates mostly in cooing sounds, like a sort of mix between an owl and a pigeon. Aiming for a higher pitch, gender is not important!
(Confused) "Coo?"
(Excited) "Croo! Coo!"
(Sort of a growl) "Crooooo..."
For a variety of female NPCs. I may cast multiple people for this if separate takes are good for one character but not another, but right now we're aiming for one person.
We need voices for a citizen in distress and a biker gang leader. Not looking for any specific tones here, so get creative!
"Help, somebody help! There are robots everywhere!" (Distressed character)
"Us, hiding? Oh, honey. We're just waiting for another victim to come crawling through." (Biker gang leader)
