Project Overview
Introduction
Hello!
I am a mlm poly man who is absolutely tired of having shitty representation, I've tried with various other projects to take matters into my own hands but have always been limited by either my hardware or free time. But now that is no longer an issue!
Overview
Group Project is a queer visual novel I'm working on! The story follows three college students: Booker, Ronnie, and Romeo. These three were put together in a group project for their final in film class and includes the struggles of making a short film!
There is both just lines needed for special images as well as lines needed for animations, which will be done AFTER acquiring voice actors to have the pacing and sync be better.
This is going to be marketed as a BL(boys love) but there are no explicit lines needed, I don't require that you need to be queer to audition as long as you're chill then it's all good!
The project DOES mention the toxic nature of the BL community so if you're uncomfortable talking about that then i don't recommend you join.
What to expect
- It will require minimal voice acting not the full thing but I do need voice actors so I can work on the trailer to get people excited! The project is still in its early stages but getting done quickly!
-Communication done through discord
- A few flirty lines, a few normal ones, really depends on what character you play.
- Getting spammed with various project updates.

Project Goal
Man I'm just really tired of getting excited about representation only to find it's a s*xualized fantasy of some cishet woman. This project is 100% self indulgent though I do it for all the poly people out there wanting proper rep!
Requirements
-Proper microphone, no using phone mics for auditions
-No background noise, echoes, or static
-Willing to do retakes, remember if I ask you for a retake it's not that its bad it just not what I'm going for.
-Fast response time(within 24hrs)

Booker is a 20yr old in his second year of college, he is majoring in fashion and took the film class to get a credit that'll look good for costume design on sets.
He is very clumsy and a little dense but tries his best to make things right if he messes up.
None of my characters have a specific race but his features were modeled after both Vietnamese people and Black people.
Voice Desc
I somewhat imagined him with a higher pitched voice but still obviously masculine.

Ronnie is 21yr old in his second year of college, he is majoring in animation and took the film class to learn about set design.
Very comfortable with himself, he knows what he likes and how to get it.
None of my characters have a specific race but his features were modeled after both Filipino people and Latino people.

A voice on the deeper side, while also being quite soft.

Romeo is a 19 yr old in his first year of college, he got in on a soccer scholarship and is currently majoring in literature though only chose it because it was a easy option. He's taking the film class for fun.
His way of speaking was somewhat taken from how Iida from bnha talks but a little lass proper.
None of my characters have a specific race but his features were modeled after mainly Korean features.

Kind of basic, for Romeo I didn't have anything specific in mind so feel free to take a shot at it ^^

They are very blunt and monotone except for the occasional sarcasm or teasing tone.
None of my characters have a specific race Ong I modeled her after a friend of mine i think is pretty.
They only need a few lines.
