In the casting for the role Nancy won, my voice director and I were thinking one way, but her audition pulled us completely into her direction. And in the final recording we were well rewarded for it. She is a delight in the episode and took direction well. We'd gladly use her again (and may very well end up doing that sooner than later). Nancy was amazing for my project. She was incredibly collaborative, great communication via discord, she delivered very high quality results on a relatively tough ask (she had to perfectly match the cadence and tone of a character someone else had originally voiced, for a videogame), and did so very quickly. Not only that, her role required her to produce a very rough/raspy voice that couldn't have been easy on her throat, but she soldiered through it. Out of almost 200 lines, only one had to be re-done (due to the pronunciation of a weird fantasy word that I should have given more direction on) and she did so immediately. I couldn't recommend her any more, and she's top of my list for whichever my next project ends up being.

So, I just recently got into watching Wednesday like the Johnny-come-lately that I am. There's a line from one character quoting her mother, and I think it's applicable to Nancy O'Fallon's personal character. She made the best of an unusual situation with grace and dignity and was forthcoming about what she could do to help me and when, even when more pressing matters were at hand. She brings a much-appreciated supportive influence to the proceedings, never shying away from giving flowers to the other talented individuals she works with.
And yes, her Daisy Duck is fantastic. But that was a given with the amount of expertise she brought to the table.
