Gladiator Guild Manager - PC Video Game Set In Fantasy World
Project Overview
We are getting close to releasing a PC game called Gladiator Guild Manager:

Soon we will start adding voice acting for quests. So we are looking for a female voice actress for a Baroness character. She is a strong and confident elf. Ruthless but with goals for the greater good.

We are releasing game in Early Access. So we'd begin recording sometime at beginning/middle of the September. But after game goes out we will keep updating it for next 8-12 months. Meaning that we'd keep collaborating as long as we keep adding new quests into the game.
We could also work on recording some one liners for female gladiators while they are fighting. But main job would be focused on quests and Baroness character.
We can pay $0.1 per word. I don't have exact number of words at this moment since it's going to be ongoing project. But it's likely going to reach 10.000 words or more (for Baroness character alone) by the time it's completed.
I wrote $1000 per project in role section because it did not allow me to write decimals in per-word option. But that's the roughly estimated amount of words by the end of the project anyway. And we'd be paying you by the number of words recorded, since it's on-going project.
We'd start by working out a voice for her. But after that I'd explain how you can work on your own from google sheets table.
I already described her personality. And style of her voice should be little a bit cartoonish to fit the style of the game. But not over the top. Here is another game I made so you can see some voice acting in this trailer. In this game, we'd have just a tiny bit less cartoonish style. But it's a solid guideline for start:

We have 3 factions in the game and character for each. Baroness is one of these 3 characters. The one who rules the region in which the game is based. So it's very important role in the game.
She is a strong and confident elf. Ruthless but with goals for the greater good.

Baroness: Feral undead from the Hollow Mountain keep attacking the city. Something’s not right. I need you to go there and find out what is going on.
(Player Asks a Question: Feral undead are rising all over the region. Why is this surprising you?)
Baroness: They always rise after the Crimson Mist. For as long as I have lived here, there have been no reports of the Crimson Mist in sight of Hollow Mountain. Something else is going on up there.
(When you lose the quest battle)
Baroness: Ugh Blight! Show those undead what gladiators can do!
