Danganronpa Project Paradigm is a fan-made spinoff of the canon Danganronpa Series, and thus has no relation to Spike Chunsoft or any other liscensing.
Taking place a decade after the events of V3, The Liberty Organization has focused its entire mission into cultivating the existence of True Ultimates, after witnessing the disastrous conclusion of the killing games that were broadcasted on live television.
A project ten years in the making, The Liberty Organization was proud to present the unveiling of its new learning facility, the Gyakusetsu Academy, a college dedicated to the protection of those with unfabricated Ultimate Talent, and the further growth of their capabilities.
That is, until disaster struck during the opening ceremony. Akane Fudo and 19 others were kidnapped and held hostage, finding themselves trapped within the walls of the Gyakusetsu Academy, and forced to partake in the largest killing game yet, called Project Paradigm.
Will Akane and the others escape from this startling revival of the disastrous trend of killing games?
Or will she perish before the secrets of Project Paradigm come to light? Find out, in Danganronpa: Project Paradigm

Audition Overview and Guide
Hello everyone!
I'm Mia, otherwise known as Mia.the_Artist, and I am the director and creator of Danganronpa Project Paradigm, a video-series based fangan that will be releasing its prologue sometime around August~September of 2024!
We currently are looking for 24 talented VAs to portray our main and extra cast, and perhaps you will be one of the lucky chosen!
Before heading off to audition, please read through all of the section below!
Some Ground Rules:
1. You MUST be at least 15~16 years of age or older to be considered for a role, as the contents of this fangan, while NOT NSFW, pertain topics that could be potentially triggering or sensitive, and will require those of proper age and maturity to handle them. (Sensitive/Triggering Topics include: Depression, Suicide, Mental Illness, PTSD, Death, Murder, and the general gruesome and gory executions that makes Danganronpa well-known.) If you cannot handle discussing these sorts of topics in this series, then it is highly advised that you do not audition, as I believe that the safety of our potential auditionees, is more important than a role.
2. Because Discord will be our primary source of communication, it is highly advised that you add your discord in your audition description. This also will help me get into contact with you if you are chosen for a role in this project!
2.5. On the topic of Discord, we do have a server! It is HIGHLY ADVISED you join it if you're considering auditioning, as all of our updates and announcements will be made there. We also will opening technical staff auditions there as well, due to CCC not always being so friendly towards non-VA applicants. the server link is: https://discord.gg/DPz3DkpeFB
Please come and join us if you'd like!
3. This project is going to be 7 chapters long, with an extensive epilogue, as well as interlude sections between every chapter already (roughly) planned. If you audition for this project, you must be prepared to stay committed to the project for the long-term.
4. When recording, it is heavily advised that your audio quality is the best it can possibly be. I will be not be casting auditions that have clearly muffled sound or prominent background noise. It is highly suggested that you use a mic, either a USB or an XLR, when recording your audition, and not a built in phone or PC mic.
5. This one is more of a legitimate suggestion than a requirement, but, it will better your chances if you deliver multiple takes in your audition, preferably in an ABCABC format, so myself, alongside the other co-directors who will also play a part in the casting process, can get a full scope of what you're capable of when reading for the role. Do not submit more than three takes, unless otherwise specified.
6. As an extra note, there are 20 participants plus the mascot that comprise of the main cast.
The ones that already have been cast off-site are as followed:
Student #102- Seina Shisseki, Ultimate ???
Student #103- Goka Keidai, Ultimate Street Magician
Student #104- Akemi Okamoto, Ultimate Lacrosse Player
Student #112- Mei Ningyo, Ultimate Puppeteer
Student #119- Mikan Hanabi, Ultimate Pyrotechnician
And our Mascot, Reaper AI
The reasons as to why they were cast were either because they have been part of the project staff since the series' conception back in 2018, or I the director personally could not see anyone else fitting the roles in question. There have been absolutely no early-castings beyond those 6 since. Please take that into account when auditioning for this project.
I look forward to seeing what everyone here has to show! Please have fun, and I will select the VAs beginning Feb. 4th, 2024! (Results will most likely be announced on February 5th, 2024, as I work the day the deadline passes)
Note: The characters listed as side roles do not have official designs or sprites yet, however will all recieve at least a base sprite before the release of Chapter 1, however, they do have names...albeit some of them are spoilers, and will be simply labled as 'side character [insert number here]
The side characters will be limited to CG appearances for all except for the first 5, and barring the three 'extras' will not have voice references.
