"Blue Planet Style" Mimic Documentary | Covenant 13
Project Overview
Covenant 13 is an action packed dnd inspired webtoon that features the final member of a fiery bloodline, Conan Marwood, seduces and slays his way from town to town as relentless angelic knights hunt him down in hopes of ending him and his bloodline once and for all. Along with his mimic companion, a brutish martial arts barkeep, and a rogue in training Conan ventures in search of the Needle of Creation in hopes that the power it holds may help bring the return of The Seamstress. But he is brutally unaware of what he is about to unleash.
We are currently searching for some talented voice actors to bring life to the friends and foes of Conan who will appear within the animatics, trailers, and shorts about the webtoon!
All roles will be paid, and rates are negotiable.
Audition Guidelines
Audio quality is a must with this project. We heavily prefer XLR microphones, though we are willing to accept USB microphones if they are treated well. No pops, hisses or background noise. Any auditions with any of these three things will be automatically rejected.
Maximum of three takes per line, please.
If you have Discord, please attach your name to your audition. We would love to add you to our Discord to be able to communicate with you! If necessary, we can also communicate with you through CCC or other preferred methods if cast.

Narrator for a mini documentary in the style of Blue Planet that takes a look at the unique very spoiled life of Mimi the mimic in her natural habitat, a comfortable house. Mimi gets into a bag of flour while she “hunts” for a snack in the house. This results in her getting into mischief. Much to her owners dismay.
We would be looking for a "David Attenborough" style narrator voice that is a little dry but still expressive.

But despite all this, Mimi is spoiled. While most other Mimics have been known to go months without food, Mimi will get grumpy if she hasn’t been fed at least 4 times per day not including snacks. And everybody knows a grumpy Mimic is a feisty one.
And here you can observe the Mimic. Now what may look like a treasure chest to most is actually the living nightmare for any dungeon crawler or treasure seeker. These deadly creatures are more akin to slime than animals. Without a skeleton or internal organs their amorphous fleshy bodies can mold into perfect replicas of common non-living objects.
Wednesday is bath day for the mimic.
