Comedy Commentary for TV/Movie YouTube Series (Long-term paid)

Project Overview

Hi, we are in the process of creating a YouTube channel that uploads TV/Movie related content. One of the series we are introducing to the channel is a spin-off to CinemaSins 'Everything Wrong With X' series and are in need of a voice talent to record the voice-overs. I suggest you watch one of CinemaSins videos to get a better understanding of what the series is about and what we are looking for, but below is a few of the requirements.

Job Details/Requirements.

- Needing a youthful voice talent with a clear & friendly voice.

- Engaging voice by being slightly energetic.

- Needs to be slightly fast paced similarly to CinemaSins.

- You will be given a script for each video which will include expressions. You need to be able to laugh, sigh, grunt, etc on demand without it sounding forced/scripted.

- The script will include curse words (will be half censored in the final edit) and jokes that may offend people, so you need to be open to anything.

- We are needing 2 voice overs each week (9/month). Each of which will contain 1800 words.

- We are paying $30 per voiceover ($270/month) but are open to negotiation.

- This is a long-term opportunity so you need to be consistent and reliable.

Please apply if you believe you are what we're looking for.

These are a few lines of the Mary Poppins script we are working on. As you can see, each line includes a timestamp to the part of the movie the line to commentating on. So if you have the movie (or find it online), you can skip to those parts to see what you are reacting so you can record a better voice over.

So, Marry Poppins begins with a classic Disney opening credits that will put you to sleep forever. It’s long, slow, boring and full of names that only true fanatics will care about OH OH WAIT I just saw my uncle! Oh no, it’s not that Dick, this one is Van Dyke. That was close...

    02:18

Ah here she comes, finally! Just chilling on a big fluffy carbon dioxide cloud. Chim chimney! She’s kinda cute, to be honest, but I generally don’t trust women from the sky.

    08:47-08:56 (audio)

High pitch voices, near hysterical behavior, ridiculously quick scene pacing... The golden age of Hollywood!

    09:00

Oh no, no, please no! Why do they have to sing? Does it have to be THAT kind of movie? *SIGH* I hate musicals... Whoever got the idea that film actors should also sing had to be banned from filmmaking circles permanently.
