Welcome all observers and auditioners, my name is MaxHenderson273 and welcome to the Tokyo Ghoul:Re Abridgement Project. Those whom are given roles would receive a preview of the product which would be used in order to deliver some feedback and assist with ways on how your role and lines can be improved. This is a passion project which I wanted to pursue, so I am driven to give it my best. With all that being said, I wish you all the best on the audition, break a leg.

An expert ghoul hunter, Kishou Arima is a fatherly figure toward Kaneki after defeating the ghoul during a raid. The battle had given Kaneki severe brain damage, allowing Arima to sickeningly reprogram Kaneki into his own personal aide. He continually monitors Kaneki and his Quinx squad, becoming a pseudo-parent in the process.
{Cold; Straightforward} - “645 times. 645 times I could have fatally wounded you. 645. 645 times I decided not to. It would take me two seconds to kill you. Your eyes are the eyes of a dead man. The dead cannot stop me.”
{Contemplation} - “Defeat, huh... Eighteen years. Eighteen years I have been an investigator. And yet this is the first time I am faced with an opponent against whom I have no course of action.”
{Warm; Fatherly} - “You’ve really grown into your own, haven’t you. But then again, this was the expected result. Wouldn’t you agree, Eto?”
Kidnapped as an infant by the shadowy organization known as V, Eto had wandered the streets most of her life as a hermit, aspiring to become a talented writer. After becoming a published author, she became disgusted with the comfortable life that her father was living while ghouls were being persecuted, she vowed to turn the tide from the shadows. Often philosophical with her speeches, she often drums up theatrics bringing out the style of the author that she had become. Especially interested in Kaneki’s potential, she prowls in the shadows to test his mettle to be the next one eyed king.
{Cold; Blunt} - “I saw you there, lying on your back, dying like the child you were. Standing right in front of me is your consolation prize, for at least trying not to die like an animal.”
{Amused; Cold} - “I tried, I really did. Both as a human and as a ghoul, I failed miserably. It’s funny ya know, that the pages upon pages of metaphors I wrote, just flew over everyone’s head.”
{Childlike} - “Humans and Ghouls are the same exact animal, the only difference being that the latter was born to die like an animal in the eyes of humanity. My aim is to change all of that.”
As a young child Tooru was heavily abused and humiliated by her father while her mother was powerless to do anything to stop it. At the age of 12, Tooru massacred her family with an axe and was taken into the care of the authorities, ruling the incident as a ghoul attack.
Tooru assumed the identity of a male while she began her studies at the CCG Academy Junior School in order for her to fit in easier. Her crimes were found out by her mentor, encouraging her dark acts and began to train her with knives. She quickly rose to prominence and was placed in the experimental Quinx squad under Haise Sasaki, whom she views lovingly and affectionately.
{Smug} - “Sorry guys, I guess you’re just not ready for Tooru Mutsuki.”
{Cold; Accepting} - “I accept the fact that I’m not as strong as the others, But you must accept the fact that I am not useless.”
{Warm; Sorrowful} - “I already lost my own family, I refuse to lose another.”
An exceptional Investigator under the Quinx squad, Saiko had trouble conforming within the boundaries of the Academy Junior School, often slacking off, playing video games without care for her future, a trend that continues. She admires Haise Sasaki highly and values the lives of her comrades. Despite her prodigy-like skills, she’s an avid anime and gaming fan which in turn had formed her into a shirker.
{Smug} - “All men are the same, just show them a pair of anime tits and they’re total putty in your hands, that or introduce them to the Fate franchise. Pretty much has the same effect.”
{Annoyed: Frustrated} - “Why is it that whenever I jump onto my games, you guys always call out to me. I swear, it’s like flies to shit.”
{Explaining} - “Saiko’s gotcha back! And yes, Saiko is stealing Juvia’s gimmick, that bitch can try and sue Saiko!”
A CCG doctor whom oversees the health and development of the Quinx program. A typically helpful personality, willing to assist the quinx squad in their developments with their new forms.
{Concerned} - “You should really try and keep positive. Having a healthy mindset wouldn’t cloud your combative judgment.”
{Warm; Annoyed} - “In any case, your health is my responsibility, however, could you please not make my day job so tiresome?”
An informant who specialises with photography, her connections grant her a wide array of information about ghouls and CCG investigators. Her storied past includes an encounter with ghoul, Shuu Tsukiyama. Holding no allegiances, Chie continues to take photographs of many incidents that have landed her in trouble on multiple occasions, but perseveres and continues her path of photography.
{Smug} - “I have conditions when it comes to revealing information to my clientele, conditions I know that you can fulfill accordingly.”
{Cold} - “It’s hard sometimes, I witness horrifying acts that would send any poor bastard to therapy or a mental institute. I just feel like a monster for not having any sympathy for the victim, in fact, I feel nothing at all for them. Even though, I could end up just like them.”
A sadistic elderly high profile ghoul that currently resides in Cochlea {A prison designed for ghouls} was a former russian priest whom was also a former caretaker of an orphanage where he served his victims to the children. Haise Sasaki turns towards his knowledge for information on the ghoul underworld.
{Smug} - “Your desperation is quite the amusing sight, what is it you desire to know, my son.”
{Cold} - “Your kind preys on the ones just trying to survive in this damned world. The way the public views your absolute justice sickens me to the darkest core.”
{Cold; Accepting} - “I see now, ghouls maybe the ones who feast on the flesh of the innocent, but it is the doves whom are the real demons.”
An Aogiri Tree messenger whom had grown cold when Ken Kaneki was abducted by Kishou Arima. She views Haise Sasaki in a familiar light, sighting remnants of Kaneki within his actions and personality. Her loyalty lies toward the inhabitants of Anteiku, who took her in when both parents were murdered by CCG doves, and views Kaneki as an older brother.
{Cold; Monotone} - “You’ve been feasting too much Torso, Aogiri Tree has taken a notice towards it. You need to stop it at once.”
{Cold; Accepting} - “Those olden days will never return, I hold no hope, no remorse for anything that comes next.”
{Warm; Nostalgic} - “The way they described him, Haise Sasaki…It reminds me of my brother. Strange… ”
Initially a hostile rogue ghoul toward Kaneki, Nishiki held only loyalty toward his human girlfriend. When Kaneki assisted him in rescuing her, he became a regular at Anteiku. After Kaneki was captured, Nishiki had been hunting him down, wanting things to go back to how they were.
{Cold} - “Ya know for a spy, you do a pretty shitty job at keeping track of your targets, were you this much of a disappointment to your parents as well?”
{Cold; Pained; Nostalgic} - “Hey Ken, i-it’s been awhile… I’m sorry I didn’t drop in sooner, didn’t realise you had company…”
{Warm} - “I know someday he’ll come back, I hate owing debts to dead people. It pisses me off.”
A rogue B level ghoul that uses taxi cabs to lure in his victims. He’s a middle-aged man with a considerable amount of weight on his person. An irrational figure with only one goal on his mind: To feast.
{Friendly; Questioning} - “So where ya headed at this time of night kid?”
{Volatile; Angry} - “I’m gonna enjoy making you suffer before I consume you!”
{Pissed} - “You sordid son of a bitch!”
