But beneath that reserved exterior lies a deeply troubled mind. His emotions can swing from calm and introspective to obsessive and violent, especially when he feels misunderstood or cornered.

Unlike louder or more theatrical killers, Bloody Painter is subtle. His menace comes from the eerie calm with which he discusses disturbing thoughts and the intensity he brings to his artwork. He views blood and suffering through the eyes of an artist, seeing beauty where others see horror.

He struggles to regulate his thoughts and emotions, which can cause him to swing rapidly between playful enthusiasm, irritation, and genuine anger.

Despite his instability, Toby has a strong sense of loyalty toward the people he cares about. He may be loud and difficult to handle, but his heart is in the right place more often than he’d like to admit.
