Dio's most recognizable characteristics are his boundless ambition and his love of power. Abused by his father, being underprivileged and having lived in the most miserable living conditions, Dio set for himself the goal of becoming the richest, then the most powerful being on Earth. To do so, Dio used anything or anyone that he could in order to further his goals, disregarding any kind of morality that would restrain the range of actions available to him. Using either manipulation, seduction, or plain violence, Dio constantly sought to become more and more powerful. Dio enjoys being in a position of power and has repeatedly stated how great he felt being in a dominating position. On the contrary, Dio never tolerated that someone could stand up to him or equal him in power, and was enraged and deeply disturbed at the thought several times. In this game, he serves as the Secondary Antagonist, when a weakened Dust of Osiris approached him and offered him a bargain that he simply could not refuse, she promised him absolute power over the new universe she will recreate. Dio and the weakened Goddess of Darkness have shown extreme loyalty towards each other, and has shown huge amounts of support for his alliances, especially Lord Brevon (the two might have bro-manced a few times). With a loyal and fully functional syndicate with little to no disagreements towards one another could spell big, big trouble for our heroes!

Dio sounds calm and collective when plotting, scheming, and ordering commands to his alliances, he has huge amounts of confidence to the point where he can be downright cocky about it at times. He really knows how to ham it up when getting evil and devious. He enjoys a good fight and even laughs and shows much excitement when in the heat of battle.

Jack was a Liberian-American mercenary and former special forces soldier. Previously a child soldier under Solidus Snake, Raiden was later selected by the Patriots to test the S3 Plan at the Big Shell, as a new recruit to the reformed FOXHOUND unit. He later worked alongside the Paradise Lost Army in their anti-Patriot activities, but was captured and forced to undergo heavy cybernetic experimentation. After successfully escaping, Raiden went on to assist Solid Snake during the Guns of the Patriots Incident. In 2018, Raiden became a member of Maverick Security Consulting, Inc., doing multiple tasks while raising money for his family. They were attacked by Desperado Enforcement LLC., who kill Raiden's protectee, N'mani, and leave Raiden near to death. He is saved by the elder scientist Wilhelm Voight and works with them to fight Desperado. Raiden's vengeful obsession with Desperado becomes personal when he discovers during a mission to Mexico that Desperado and World Marshal Inc. have kidnapped several children, surgically removed their brains to place into cybernetic bodies, and were planning to subject them to VR training modeled on his own. Raiden resigns from Maverick to pursue and retrieve the children's brain cases from World Marshal in Colorado. In this game, he is assigned to rescue some hostages but runs into his former ally, Solid Snake, who was also assigned to do the same mission. Once rescuing said hostages, Raiden later finds out what the adversaries are up to, knowing that this is just part of the game The Agents of Darkness are playing, after attempting to bring the fight directly to them, he realizes that his new foes are extremely powerful, intelligent, and deadly! Seems he can't solo this one! Fortunately, he's got backup, plenty of it!

Leviathan is Squigly's parasite as well as being a fatherly figure towards her. He is a very loyal parasite to Squigly through and through as well as honorable. He has shown guilt whenever he felt like he put Squigly in a dangerous situation. He is said to be a gentleman, but sometimes, he has a dry wit when talking to his opponents. He also has a feral side since one of his attacks has him biting his opponents multlple times while dragging Squigly along. He is also shown to speak in an English accent.

Eliza is the celebrity diva of New Meridian’s premiere nightclub, Bastet’s Den. She is the mistress of Albus and Horace, and has been host to the skeletal Parasite Sekhmet for untold years. Despite running a charity blood drive, she has a greedy side in which she wants to keep the blood all to herself to retain her beauty. Although she prefers to sing on the stage over searching for the Skullgirl, she starts to enjoy the challenge of the hunt when something catches her eye along the way. She is shown to be ruthless to those who oppose her. In this game, she's one of the primary antagonists, being one of the elite members of The Agents of Darkness syndicate. She, along with her lackeys, Horace and Albus, show that they are a driving force and a deadly adversary for our heroes!

Eliza sounds posh, regal, and elegant as any narcissistic celebrity. But when the cat's out of the bag (literally), Sekhmet gets revealed! Sekhmet sounds cold, ruthless, and sadistic with a slight rasp in her voice.

Infinite is the secondary main antagonist in Sonic Forces, and one of the primary antagonists in this game. After his utter defeat from the resistance, Infinite was thought to have disappeared from existence, probably due to overclocking the Phantom Ruby. However, he was actually sent to the realm of darkness, where Dust of Osiris (in a weakened state) has brought him in, apparently the Phantom Ruby was something that she has created and has sent them scattering in different worlds and dimensions to sow the seeds of her upcoming return, she bestows Infinite as one of her own elite minions with Infinite willing to take on this role, his mask now becoming his new actual face and fully powered without any need of a Phantom Ruby duplicate, he now is ready to take his revenge under his new master's wing!

Has a very, very light British accent, but sounds cold-hearted, cunning, cocky yet cool headed until he starts failing, he starts getting angry.

Annie's been living on for centuries and centuries, and to say she's sick of life is an understatement. Like a lot of experienced big names, she's stuck-up, irritable, and focused on fame. She's on good terms with those she sees as on her level, but otherwise she's very critical of anyone's failures and faults, and sees herself as the one warrior worthy of fighting the Skullheart.....though there WAS a new name in the business that helped her ease down.

Fang is a mischievous treasure hunter who tries hard to be sneaky and cunning, although his overconfidence and overall naiveté proves to be his biggest flaw. Fang also appears to be a clumsy coward, as he often runs away and trips when his plans go wrong or when he's frightened.

Kazooie is a wisecracking, obnoxious, sassy, cheeky, hot-tempered, slightly egotistic, tell-it-like-it-is loudmouth and "teen" bird. This could be because almost everyone that she has met had insulted her in some way. Bottles, for example, called her a 'strange friend' and asked Banjo if she could talk and Mumbo Jumbo called her the 'filthy feathered one'. This could also be why Banjo and Kazooie are such great friends since Banjo hardly ever insults anyone (and if he does he usually apologizes). In some cases, she also can express sarcasm. Despite Kazooie's foulmouthed rudeness, she never insults Banjo at all. Being best friends and both with different personalities, it's obvious that she respects him greatly and will stop insulting upon Banjo's words, proving her loyalty to him, however she insults everyone and always make trouble. Despite all her flaws, Kazooie still has a good heart, always willing to help those in need (Provided that it has something to do with the adventure) and she has a strong sense of justice.

Mumbo generally likes helping people out and has a very strong loyalty streak - he's never stopped being Banjo's friend, while he's been equally permanent as Humba Wumba's rival. Mumbo has strong pride in his magic abilities and frequently praises himself when his spells go right. He also seems to have some sense of humor, as he occasionally makes jokes about what he transforms Banjo into. 

Curly Brace is very vocal and highly emotional in contrast to Quote, who is quiet and hardly shows any emotion. She cares for the Colons and is always ready to help anyone in need. While she is generally cheerful, her reaction to her own foggy memories of the war reveals that she has a deep sadness and some measure of self-loathing for being a robot. At the same time, her cheerful nature can also distract her from these dark moments.

Curly Brace has motherly inclinations, and is fiercely protective of the Colons, going as far as to attack Quote and Misery in their defense. She is willing to sacrifice her own life for the people she cares for, as shown when she gives Quote her Air Tank, allowing herself to drown in his place. 

While appearing to be a cat-like creature, Morgana emphatically insists to be a human, and sticks with the Phantom Thieves as he believes they'll be able to help him discover his origins and regain his true form. Despite this, sometimes he instinctively meows and self-grooms, being able to get used to his lifestyle as a cat easily. However, he demonstrates a number of qualities which are absent in ordinary animals - a sense of morality, empathy, and even style. But even though Morgana's intelligent, he's shown to be out of touch with the modern world. This is conveyed through his unfamiliarity with technology, and his initial assumption that his knowledge on the Metaverse is supposed to be common sense. In this game, he along with the Phantom Theives infiltrate a base believed to be a Palace, but however turned out to be a trap, scattering the thieves to various locations in the World of Trophies, after waking up from the incident, Morgana finds himself overwhelmed by powerful puppet fighters until he gets the unexpected rescue from a spiky haired boy welding a giant key, accompanied by two creatures who are just as bizarre as he is!

While he sounds like a young child, he surely doesn't act like one! He's quite informal and supportive of his allies too!

Rise is cheerful, outspoken, naughty, cute and is quite boastful about herself, although very sweet deep down. She is referred to as a "dangerous girl" by Chie, due to her boldness in flirting with Yu and her teasing of Yosuke and Kanji. Rise is quickly annoyed by the smallest things, which ends up with her crying dramatically, and sometimes producing crocodile tears. She's rather childish and possessive; she once pouted and told the protagonist he mustn't call another girl "cute." She has also shown her competitive side on many occasions, and she’s mocked Yukiko's insecurity and her cooking.

She is shown to be a very carefree and energetic idol, making various catchphrases about food subjects to fit the Kanamin Kitchen theme, although she seems to be self-conscious about her weight. She's also someone with a constant interest in the appearances of others whether they be cute or attractive in her eyes. Unlike Rise, who's cheerful in the idol business but still wants to be her own person, Kanami has FAR more trouble with constant stress of her popularity, making her believe she needs to be on top of work and maintain her idol persona to please everyone. Kanami appears to be friendly and kind toward Rise, even Rise's jealousy towards her looks and fame.

Balrog is generally self-centered, hot-tempered, arrogant and sadistic. He is a belligerent pugilist who possesses an insatiable urge for money and a vicious, bullying mean streak, often refusing to take responsibility for his actions. Despite being a once great prize boxer, Balrog intentionally cheated in his fights whenever he felt like it, and has even killed one of his opponents (though by accident). The only depiction of empathy and humanity in him is his relationship with Ed, showing that deep down, he is capable of proper relationships, empathy and even fellowship. Even after their fight and the latter leaving, he is shown to genuinely care about Ed.

Mr. X is a crime lord that is as charismatic as he is dangerous. He treats all of those allied with him with the upmost respect, which only makes his organization "the Syndicate" more of a threat against anyone else, especially in the city he wishes to rule. He'll even go as far as offering enemies a chance to work for him if they seem formidable and loyal enough, such as Blaze, Axel and Adam.

This is someone who seems like a charismatic and friendly host at first glance, but beneath all of it is someone with a sick lust for power and pain. He's someone who acts very calculating when it comes to toying with others and will do what it takes to get under their skin and use them for his own gain.

Like everyone else in River City, he's a very tough and brash person. He'll do whatever he can to bash whatever he sees and get paid lots for any task, mainly kidnapping and guarding. Despite this, he admires a good fight and can be a good sport as shown when he's been beaten by Misako and Kyoko, almost showing maturity since his days fighting the Battletoads and Lee brothers.

This guy is one creepy dude, always around to munch on burgers and creep around River City's dumpsters. Even with that, he's actually a pretty reliable guy to have around with second to none expertise on kendo, and all the news and gossip you could use for any situation...still a guy to steer clear of though.

Coco is generally depicted as responsible, smart, kind-hearted, good-natured and high spirited, her educated wit often contrasted by an innocent demeanor. Despite her and Crash's contrasting personalities, Coco is far from prissy and is generally tolerant, if not outright amused by Crash's behavior. She also shares his altruistic code, even to some enemies (as Crash had taken sympathy on Krunk in Nitro Kart, Coco felt pity for Nash, using her hack smarts to make the "poor shark thingy" take a much-needed nap).

Brio is a shy and meek man, which serves as a contrast to Doctor Cortex's megalomania. He has never had people respect him or take him seriously, resulting in a low self-esteem. It is this weakness that originally caused him to join Doctor Cortex in his plot for world domination. However, it is also this weakness that allowed Cortex take the full credit for an invention that Brio was more responsible for attaining any sort of effectiveness, resulting in the development of intense inner-contempt and jealousy of Cortex on Brio's behalf. As a way of making up for his mistake of allowing Cortex to take credit for his inventions in the past, Brio has developed a notable level of self delusion, as he cites himself as being the actual inventor of the Evolvo-Ray (even though he only perfected it). This worsens even further where he constantly, almost impulsively reminds anyone in his presence of his inventions, even crediting himself with several other things that he couldn't possibly have created, like recycling, slinkies as well as claiming to have written a bible.

Aku Aku is a good-hearted and peaceful being, but at the same time, he knows when to take important matters (like saving the world) seriously. He is kind and has helped Crash, Coco, and Crunch throughout many of the games, and acted as a father to them. He is also obedient to the rules of his superiors "The Ancients", mysterious beings who strangely have never been seen. He also seems to understand what Crash is saying, often translating for him. Like his brother, he seems to dislike not having a body, but not to the same extent.

This mayor is the last person you'd want running your town as he's known for three things. Being a chocoholic, avoiding any responsibilities, and of course firing his employees for no good reason.....so why was he elected in the first place? The fact he's not Ammo Baron.

Toad is often cheerful almost to the point of childishness. He is also excitable and prone to panic and is often shown running around frantically. Toad is also sometimes seen as somewhat of a coward, although he seems to be actually aware of his own cowardice. Despite this, Toad still manages to be brave when the need truly calls for it, and often helps Mario on his multiple adventures. While Toad does occasionally get upset and has been described as an impatient character, he is often kind and polite, generally rooting for the well being for just about anyone who he calls his friend.

Mike is a loyal worker to Dr. Crygor, but also a sassy and rebellious singer that will jab at him any chance he gets. He'll usually do work without complaining, but he's usually sneaking off doing karaoke singing or starting a party. He's seems to be judgemental of other's singing skills as proven by how he mocks Crygor's singing and how he acts as a DJ judge for the Disco game in Game and Wario.

Orbulon's an alien who is stated to be the oldest and wisest there is, even having ambitions to conquer Earth.....which makes it all the more shocking when you know how much he generally screws up. When it comes to Earth knowledge, he's usually pretty awkward and has a hard time grasping things like language or concepts, which doesn't stop him from being obsessed with its culture.

This pop queen is the definition of a prima donna, being very stuck up, jealous and wanting nothing short of pure fame by any means necessary. She's Mona's rival whenever she pops up....which is almost never considering how much Mona has to deal with already.

This reporter here is mostly known for getting interviews with the biggest wrestler of the Ringside, but is shown her to have a bit of an uncanny skill to find the biggest names on a whim. Though the skill can also be from her ever enduring methods to keep things going on camera.

Ulala is often portrayed as confident; often heading into danger without showing the slightest trace of fear. When the Morolians invaded Spaceport 9 and most civilians fled in panic, Ulala confidently strutted forward to deliver her report. In Space Channel 5, she often remarks smugly about her performance if she does well against her opponent, though she can also have her confidence broken when she performs poorly.

Pudding is an arrogant and confident reporter who's always trying to be the best at everything, which explains why she has no trouble taking down Ulala when she gets the chance. Pudding shows little respect towards others who are not in close relations with her, and has no problem taking down people she doesn’t tolerate. Pudding is also shown to be a sore loser, especially when she fails in battles. Although she may seem spoiled and incompetent, Pudding is very aware of bigger threats in the galaxy, and will put her trust and respect into the winning side to help stop the evil, including Ulala.

Murfy's a guy who's ALWAYS got a smile on his face and is always there to guide Rayman at the start of his adventures, or even throughout his adventures. Though despite his smile seeming harmless enough, his fast talking showman ego is more irritating than it is charming to others, especially when he takes on up his on-screen reporter persona, JM Murphy.

She is gentle, benevolent and protective, but sometimes a little naughty - she is full of surprises. She's known to be wise and helpful to Rayman, guiding him through quests and giving him his signature abilities. As stoic as she is when things get serious, she's generally a very bubbly person alongside her sisters.

Similar to Betilla the Fairy, she is a calm and very meditative character, even in her captivity at the Fairy Glade, and spends most of her time meditating deep in the forest, by floating while in a sitting lotus position. When she is not meditating, she is a fun-loving and friendly character that puts a lot of faith and trust in the heroes of the world, and is willing to help Rayman defeat Admiral Razorbeard and the Robo-Pirate army. 

Hart is a fierce and loud chatterbox, but well-meaning. She defends her secrets ferociously, but she is always willing to help Wright and Edgeworth, just not for free. Hart is often single-minded in the pursuit of her goals and gets aggravated if she thinks people are mocking her or her homeland. Nonetheless, it is easy to get her to spill information once she calms down, or when acquaintances such as Nicole Swift are brought up. Although she was a paranormal photographer at one point, she is "really bad when it comes to blood and ghosts and stuff"; leaping into situations without forethought is another character trait of hers. Hart also had a habit of changing her job each time Wright met her, although it usually incorporated her photography abilities. In this instance, she'll be supporting Bosco as a part of Paranoid News

Hart has a strong southern accent. Because of this, many people have a problem understanding what she is saying. This is also because she has a habit of shortening sentences into short phrases that she has invented, such as saying, "Reckon course!" which means, "Ya reckon? Of course I did!"

He's a enigmatic individual who serves as the 'Toads' mentor, being affectionately referred by them as "Coach". He is known to have an enormous intelligence...and for being viciously unforgiving to the 'Toads when they fail their IMPOSSIBLY tough missions which either means he's really as tough as he says...or he's just a REALLY big jerk. Either way, the fact he's cheering for their victories and remorseful for their failures shows he DOES truly care through his tough love.

Julie Saturnrings is a reporter that mainly focuses on giving out the blunt details, being a reporter that's fair and composed but also has a little too much pleasure in calling others out, which is at least better than most of the gossipy reporters in this world's concert.

Driven only by a unquenchable lust for power, the Queen believes it is her rightful place to rule not only the galaxy, but the entire universe as well, and will stop at nothing to achieve her goals, the only things standing in her way being the Terran Corporate's army and the Battletoads. She is as equally evil and powerful as she is beautiful, and many a men have fallen victim to their combined effects with T. Bird being the one affected by her the most. However, she became an ally to the 'Toads after their latest adventure left her being called a hero, so despite her dark nature she's still a worthy teammate.

Callie is very cheerful and excitable, and usually sports a grin on her face. She values her bond with her cousin Marie, with the two having been inseparable since they were young. As children, they enjoyed star-gazing and playing tag together. She is particularly attentive to Marie's changes in mood, even noting when the latter wants to drink a latte based on expression alone. When by herself, however, Callie can become upset and prone to overthinking.

Marie is seemingly quieter and not as excitable as her cousin, and usually only gives a half-smile, if at all. She can be sarcastic from time to time, and slightly prone to complaining, but is usually in a mild mood. Overall, her disposition is laid-back and friendly, but sometimes grumpy. She is also an expert at doing impressions, as mentioned by Agent 1. She dislikes overly-thrilling activities and can even be somewhat lazy. She also does not seem to be a big fan of vegetables, especially tomatoes, even to the extent of saying that she would rather eat a Splattershot than vegetables.

Biff is someone that loves standing proud and loud for anything ARMS related. His fun loving nature and knack for wise cracks makes him as iconic of an announcer as well.....the Announcer

Proto Man is calm, cool, collected in any situation. He is also shown to be greatly independent.

As someone who values his individuality so much, he risked body failure just to avoid becoming someone else. He also despises others who were either made in his image or were based off him in some way.

He plays an older brother role with Mega Man by helping him out and giving advice, and even saves his life on a few occasions. He is a loner who, similar to his brother, has a strong sense of justice and helps those who need it. He is also a grateful person as shown by how he repays Wily's debt for temporarily fixing him 

Alia is a very dutiful character. She tries to set her personal feelings and concerns aside (especially during the Nightmare Incident) to carry out her work for the sake of everyone. She cares deeply for the members of her team and does her best to guide them through their missions without them being harmed. Alia rarely shows any weaknesses, but the Nightmare Incident revealed a deeper, more emotional part of her personality, where she blames herself for Gate's reasons for becoming a Maverick and trying to wipe out all low-level Reploids to create a new nation under his ideal. Due to her past emotional confrontations and her scientific nature, Alia is a realist, claiming she does not believe in "miracles."

As a former Researcher, Alia is highly intelligent, possessing both advanced engineering and analytical skills. She is able to compile and construct new Armors when in possession of the necessary data provided by Dr. Light holograms, and has even managed to reconstruct damaged armors, although to date none of her reconstructions have ever been 100% complete. 

Wonder Momo is someone who tries to be courageous, and most of times arrives to try and save the day. However, its usually in a comedic manner, leading to her being seen as a bit of a pervy joke by some, but a delightful breath of fresh air for others.

A warrior maiden in service to the Goddess who rules the Heavens. While she has the strength of conviction to bravely face down whatever challenges confront her, she is also possessed of a merciful and meek personality, and is always very polite. She also likes to spend time with others to help them out or have fun, doing hobbies like wood shop, playing baseball and even tried to show up at Pac-Man's 20th birthday......before foreseeing something terrible about to happen that day. She's also a bit of an out of the loop weeb, occasionally injecting irrelevant slang and into her sentences to the annoyance of others.

(Now I'm up for any interpretation of her, but a voice I have in mind for her is something like Eris from Billy and Mandy. Mainly with her Shifty Look portrayal.)

This here is a redneck Barn Boy who's purpose there is to fight against the Haybot, and prevent him from hopping around.....aimlessly. When he's not doing that though, he's a sweet, abit dimwitted guy who never gets his unintentional double entendres....to his own dismay when others like Conker make fun of him for it.

Akko is best described as a cheerful and optimistic yet impulsive and determined girl, which is consistent with her normally exaggerated expressions. She is always up for a challenge, even if it seems too difficult for her and everyone else. As Akko is very social, kind, and truly compassionate, people are often drawn to her happy disposition. She will do anything to pursue her dream to become a talented witch like Chariot, even if it means to put her life in danger. Though at the same time, she can also be selfish and impulsive when she's devoted to something.

Lotte is shy, calm and timid, rarely ever getting angry. She is a kind-hearted girl who earnestly looks after Akko. Lotte is often concerned about Akko, given that her determination to become a witch like Shiny Chariot sometimes makes her go too far, and that she would forget the well-being of friends and people who wish to help her. But despite her usually timid and innocent demeanor, Lotte can take on extremely determined and focused attitude when the situation calls for it.

Sucy is portrayed as an aloof, calm, sarcastic, and somewhat sadistic person. She also surprisingly remains indifferent in various situations and things that drive the other girls crazy, which shows that she is calmer than her roommates. Its also said that even with her own kind, Sucy was considered an eccentric freak; she had a clear preference on something which scared or at least disturbed other girls, such as the idea of getting eaten, foul-smelling fumes of potions or poisons, performing experiments with potions and poisons on Akko, and pulling scary pranks that she found amusing, less so for her victims.

When she performs, both as a child and as Shiny Chariot, her passion for magic is unmistakable. While there is never a time she does not enjoy what she does, Chariot is highly attuned to the reactions of her audience and is devastated when her magic does not make them smile. This led to her taking up the identity of Ursula Callistis, where she would've remained as a hopeless Astronomy teacher...had it not been for Akko restoring her spirits with her selfless nature. Their inseparable bond only brings out her spirits more, even with the circumstances at the tournament forcing her to lay low.

Snow White’s greatest flaw is also her greatest strength. Due to her strong sense of kindness and goodwill toward others, the princess can at times be unwary and easily manipulated. Her empathy for a seemingly harmless crone led Snow White to disregard the dwarfs’ orders to avoid strangers at all costs. This would result in Snow White’s downfall. However, as mentioned above, her loving heart is ultimately able to prevail, as her mutual love for the Prince ultimately saves her life. This exemplifies both the dangers and advantages of having a kind heart, which is appropriate for the first Princess of Heart. And it's a good thing that when thrust into this adventure, she'll be meeting three familiar faces.

A unique kind of reporter, Heidi is on the cutting edge of everything and anything, liking attention and publicity with her school vlog, Gossip Report. She's also ever so determined to give her school Norrisville High a good rep no matter what, and is especially proud in promoting their defensive hero, the Norrisville Ninja. And with how big of an event Smash is, she believes he just HAS to show up. WILL she find the ninja? Well, considering that her top cheerleader of her rival school is there to steal her rep, gossip's probably gonna be the priority. Hey, a girl's gotta eat, right?

This is our director everybody, he's here to check in and manage roles...(which gives me a reason to try out for characters without looking like a narcissist.)

We currently have a small animation team, but they would like an extra hand! The cutscenes can be animated either through sprite-based animation or through Source Filmmaker or other 3D software that has the cast of characters from the voice cast roles. The work can be done at any free time, the schedule is very relaxed for the game since this project is being completed during our free time as well. Looking forward to working with you all!

Must have knowledge of making Storyboards for the MUGEN engine. To help make cinematic cutscenes using the game's engine. It would help this project a lot!

Another form of cutscenes for the game is freeze frame art portraits, similar to Skullgirls. This role is here if cinematic animation doesn't work out for the game (since no progress has been made for the cinematic cutscenes nor have we got many people interested in the animator roles.
