Star Wars X Sonic the Hedgehog: Shadow the Mandolorian

Project Overview

As the curtain falls on the Eggman Empire, Sonic and the Freedom Fighters of the Rebel Alliance struggle to bring peace back to a lawless galaxy. As they work to bring planets back into order, many gangs and bounty hunting guilds continue to operate under the noses of the New Republic. In one such guild, a dark warrior, simply known as "The Mandalorian", has found himself caught up in a plot in a whirlwind of a ride that will change the course of the galaxy.

Audition requirements:


  1. Audition by the deadline. Any auditions made outside of the deadline will not be considered.

  2. A Google Hangouts or Zoom account is required.

  3. Be respectful.

  4. Read the lines given to you to the best of your abilities.

  5. Have fun!

Audition preferences:


  1. A YouTube account is preferred, but not required.

  2. A good quality microphone is preferred, but not required.

This is a fan project that I've had on my mind since the start of the hit series.

More roles will be added, so don't fret if you are not chosen. Just keep auditioning until time runs out.

  • Snowed in.

    Hey guys. In case you're wondering why I haven't decided on any more roles, it's because where I'm at, I'm snowed in. Tons of people are out of power, and though Providence has been gracious, I could loose power any second. So, until warmer weather comes back, I'll be out of touch for a bit. Don't worry. It's supposed to warm up next week!

  • Video Editor chosen!

    After much deciding, I've decided to choose Oraflame as the editor for this project! Thank you for the others for audition, but don't worry. If I need help on multiple projects, I will reach out to you!

  • Three roles decided!

    Auditions have slowed down, so I decided to go ahead and choose three more. Congrats to Andy1123, Shyanimallover6, and lallyk-mi for landing the roles of Snively, Cream the Rabbit, and Marine the Raccoon! I look forwards to working with all you! Commander Towers is the leader of a subgroup of the Bounty Guild on Nevarro called G.U.N and the Mandalorian's boss. A former military leader, his gruff and no-nonsense manner rattles the faint of heart, though reasonable in his good moods. He runs, as they say, a very tight ship, expecting nothing but the best from his hunters.

  • 2. (In a firm, commanding voice) You put the bounty down on that speeder over there, then we'll talk.

  • 3. (Speaking to Shadow via hologram in a friendly but professional way) Mando! I have received your transmission. Wonderful news. Upon your return, deliver the quarry directly to the client. The head of the Mandalorian covent of which Shadow is a part of, the Armorer is highly respected in the group as she forges the armor the Mandalorians wear. Only she knows the secret techniques to forge Beskar to its ultimate ability. She was the one that first accepted Shadow into their group, and the Ultimate Lifeform often turns to her sage advice for anything he might come across...including small children.

  • The Empire is no longer, and the Beskar has returned. When one chooses to walk the way of the Mandalore, you are both hunter and prey. How can one be a coward if one chooses this way of life?

  • Show me the one whose safety deemed such destruction.

  • You must go. A foundling is in your care. By Creed, until it is of age or reunited with its own kind, you are as its father. This is the Way. You have earned your Signet.

I've never seen the SatAM show, but he's probably got a high-pitched, nasally, and squeaky voice. Show me what you've got!

  • This is Doctor Pershing. Please excuse his lack of decorum. His enthusiasm outweighs his discretion. Please lower your blaster.

  • The Beskar belongs back into the hands of a Mandalorian. It is good to restore the natural order of things after a period of such disarray, don't you agree?

  • What exquisit craftmanship. It is amazing how beautiful beskar can be when forged by its ancestral artisans.

One of Dr. Eggman's top scientists, Dr. Starline was the designer of the second Death Egg before the Empire fell and he was forced into hiding. Finding Snively, he decided to help him with recovering his lost asset. Dr. Starline is usually calm and collected, but if his life is in immediate danger, he will whimper like a mewling Lothcat.

I like to think of his voice as refined, British, and clear.

  • (Shocked) That's not what we agreed on!

  • (Sputtering) He has explicitly ordered us to bring it back alive!

  • (Terrified) I... I protected him! I protected him! If it wasn't for me, he would already be dead! (whimpering) Please... please... please, please...

Kuil is a farmer on the planet of Arvala-7. Since the Child was taken to an encampment near his home, he has since lead mercenary after mercenary to it only to watch as each one die seeking glory and riches. This changes when he meets Shadow, and sees hope for peace at last.

For his voice, try to sound as close to the original actor's as possible, though I am open to other variations as well.

A fiesty racoon on the burning sands of Tatooine, Marine is one of many repair mechanics found at Mos Eisley Spaceport. Her passion is sailing, and rumors circulate around her being trained by the greatest mechanic of all times, said to have two tails. Her patience, however, is always short-lived, and it is pushed to the limits with Shadow's arrival.

On the last part of the lines, act like you're talking to the Child and one of your droids.

  • (Angry shouting) Hey! HEY!!! You damage one of my droids, you pay for it.

  • (Hushed whisper) You're smarter than you look.

  • (Completely confused) Now now. Well... Let Peli take a good look at you. All right. Here you go. Did that bounty hunter leave you all alone in that big nasty ship? (Shortly) Oh, how do I know what it is? Gimme a second. (Sweetly) All right. Would you like some food? Are you hungry? (Hurriedly) Fetch us something to eat! Quick! (Frustrated) I don't know...something with bones in it. (Sweetly again) Shh... Now here's the plan: I am going to look after you until the Mandalorian gets back. And then I'm gonna charge him extra for watching you. You see how that works? Ya, bright eyes? We're a team.

Feared sniper who made her name killing for the top crime syndicates (including the Hutts!), Fiona Fox may look like a tall glass of water, but she is an accomplished assassin and seductress. After her boyfriend got nicked by Sonic the Hedgehog, she went into hiding on Tatooine. There, she remained hidden until two people tracked her down: Toro Calican and a person that she should fear more than Super Sonic himself: Mandalorian hunter Shadow the Hedgehog.

For her voice, make it a little deeper than Rouge but add underlying sexual tones, as if she is trying to seduce her prey before ultimately killing her target.

  • (Smoothly) A Mandalorian. It's been a long time since I've seen one of your kind. Ever been to Nevarro? I hear things didn't go so well there but... it looks like you got off easy.

  • (Sighs as if she's stretching) It's been a while. Oh look, the suns are coming up.

  • (Nonchalantly) Look. If you're afraid to take him on, fear not. I can help you with that. Take some advice, kid. You wanna be a bounty hunter? Make the best deal for yourself and survive.

 Instead of an old man looking for a crew, Shadow used to do business with a young entrepreneur named Breezie. Shadow severed ties with her when she started dealing with Eggman, but in light of recent events, Shadow now comes to her for a job. Little does he know what she has planned for him...

For her voice, make her sound like a business woman, calm and serene, with a little bit of a flirt, enough to notice but not enough to offset her professional manner.

  • Didn't really know if I'd ever see you in these part again. Good to see you. You know, to be honest, I was a little surprised when you reached out to me. You know, cuz I... I hear things. Like, maybe things between you and the Guild aren't working out.

  • I asked him that one time. (Holds back a laugh) You remember what you said, Mando? Target practice. (starts laughing) Target practice. Man, we did some crazy stuff, didn't we?

  • You know me, man, I don't trust anybody. (Pause) Just like the good old days, Mando, huh?

The muscle of the group, Zavok is one of the feared Deadly Six, a group known as Eggman's Hand during the reign of the Empire. Taking a job offered to him by Breezie, Zavok believes he is the strongest one there is. Well, while Shadow's no Echidna, Zavok will soon learn that this "tiny" Mandalorian is a match for him.

  • So this is a Mandalorian. I thought they'd be bigger.

  • Why do we even need a Mandalorian?

A former singer now turned bounty hunter, 16 year old Mina Mongoose suffers from PTSD, an after affect of when her home was wrecked by the Eggman Empire, robotizing both of her parents. Striking out as a bounty hunter to survive, she came across Shadow two years prior to current events and fell in love with him immediately, though he did not reciprocate. Little did she know they would run into each other again...

Since she's a teen, give her a childish voice, and if you are about that age, all the more merrier! Every bit helps!

  • Tell me, why I shouldn't cut you down where you stand?

  • (Sighing) Would you both just shut up?

  • (Shouting Angrily) I told you we should have ended him! This is YOUR fault!

The prisoner Breezie's team busts out, Ash is a soft-spoken mongoose who is revealed be in a relationship with Mina. Captured by the New Republic for illegal use of drugs to enhance singing and voice work, he is sentenced 2 years in solitary confinement on Yavin 4...until the team comes, along with the hedgehog that left him to the authorities.

  • (Chuckling) Funny. The man who left me behind is now my saviour... Mando...

  • (Calling out) It's all right! You and the Zeti, split up. Find Mando and kill him! Then find a way back to the ship!

  • (Speaking quietly, almost as if he's begging) You kill me, you don't get your money. Whatever Ran promised, I make sure you get it, and more. Come on, Mando. Be reasonable, huh? You were hired to do a job, right? So do it. Isn't that your code? Aren't you a man of honour?
