One of Dr. Eggman's top scientists, Dr. Starline was the designer of the second Death Egg before the Empire fell and he was forced into hiding. Finding Snively, he decided to help him with recovering his lost asset. Dr. Starline is usually calm and collected, but if his life is in immediate danger, he will whimper like a mewling Lothcat.
I like to think of his voice as refined, British, and clear.
(Shocked) That's not what we agreed on!
(Sputtering) He has explicitly ordered us to bring it back alive!
(Terrified) I... I protected him! I protected him! If it wasn't for me, he would already be dead! (whimpering) Please... please... please, please...
Very good! The only thing I'd suggest is to make him more British, as I can barely hear it.
