Fergus Rathy

As a fellow member of the casting team, he and I worked very closely together on a lot of different challenges. His breadth of experience allowed him to offer suggestions, solutions and answers to a lot of didn't agree with something, but also was never afraid to speak up if he didn't agree with something, but also was never afraid to admit it if he was wrong. He is passionate and motivated, because he truly cares about the company and his team. I am going to sincerely miss working with him, and would work with him again in a hearbeat.
