An Audio Story about Mighty and Ray travelling around the world, until Eggman kidnapped Ray. That left Mighty devastated. He had no choice but to end their travels early. Mighty went to his old friends to help him save Ray from Eggman.

Sonic is said to be "like the wind," a drifter that is always on the move and is noted for being free-spirited and with an endless appetite for adventure, whose motto is "Run daily whenever in the mood". Described as a cool dude who goes wherever the flow takes him, Sonic values freedom above all else and strives to live his life according to his own rules and whims rather than the standards of those around him or for the sake of heroism and duty, never thinking twice about what other people say or think. As such, Sonic is not a "do-gooding" hero. Owning to his love of freedom, Sonic is also a very independent guy who is mostly interested in doing his own thing, being willing to live and die by his own rules.

Mighty is described as a gentle pacifist who detests violence and roughness. However, he is willing to use his strength and fighting abilities when there is trouble afoot and when there is no other option. He loves to travel, and his aim in life is to journey to all the places in the world. Some of the things Mighty enjoys include forest bathing, peace and nature.

Just worried. Me and Ray haven’t confronted Eggman in years. We’ve been travelling zone to zone exploring everything. We thought we shouldn’t worry too much, but now I feel like such a fool.
Hey! How come I’m shorter than Ray?
Tails is a gentle-hearted, sweet-natured, and loyal fox with a positive attitude. While he started out as timid and quiet, he has since opened up and become more outgoing over time. Tails is not one to grab the spotlight for himself. Instead, he is always ready and willing to help others without asking for anything in return.
I’m glad you guys can make it. You see, our old friend Mighty came here for our help. Eggman has Ray and we need some help from you guys.
They’re both in Eggman’s prison. They’re trying to find Ray, but they couldn’t find him. Do you have any clue where he is?
So here’s what we’ll do. T-Pup, Eggman’s Base has a lot of security cameras and triggers. Use your new programming I gave you to make a holographic screen of Eggman’s security system. I’ll connect my flash drive to your ear, download the information, and disconnect all the cameras and triggers, so that we can break in easily!
Ray is an optimistic and good-hearted person who always tries to look on the bright side of life. However, in comparison to his friends, he is shown to be rather timid.
Well, if I didn’t meet you, I wouldn’t have the time of my life! I should be thanking you for the adventure you brought me to. I’m glad to call you my big brother.

Espio! Knuckles! Care to join the happy tears pile?
Knuckles is independent, wild, hot-blooded, tough, and a loner by nature. Like how Sonic embodies the wind, Knuckles embodies the mountain; stern, unmovable and anchored to his duty. Due to having lived in seclusion for most of his life, Knuckles is a rather antisocial and reclusive individual. As such, he cares very little about what others think, which makes him bluntly honest, straight-forward, and somewhat egotistical.

Vector is easy-going and loud-mouthed with the heart of a child. As the brains behind the Chaotix Detective Agency's operations, Vector is a true leader that keeps a cool head even in the most difficult situations. Unfortunately, his position as leader tends to get to his head, which often leaves Vector split between the "bossy" and "easy-going" parts of his nature. Nevertheless, Vector enjoys his profession as a leader and detective. He takes his profession seriously and uses his powers of deduction and common sense to solve any case with dignity and respect, although he is not above showing them off.

A straight-laced detective committed to his job, Espio is serious, practical, intelligent and wise. He has a militaristic discipline despite being quiet, calm and laid-back. Espio is additionally portrayed as being stubborn, opinionated and self-obsessed. Despite this, he has an excellent drive to all that he does and flourishes off of peril, getting himself into threatening situations to flex and polish his ninja skills, and, due to his extensive training, he can confront these troubles head-on unconcerned by danger.

Good-shaped yet sloppy, Charmy is a hyperactive and scatterbrained funny-kid. Not remarkably clever, Charmy is the type of person who takes action first and asks questions later, and when he realizes the error he has made, it is too late.

Described as the world's most vile person, as well as its worst screw-up, Eggman is an evil, mean, self-proclaimed genius scientist who always thinks about doing bad things. Suffering from ridiculous delusions of grandeur, he holds the psychotic belief that the world's problems will be solved if he rules the planet. Though his views of the world as it is right now cannot be understood by normal people, he always tries to conquer it in its entirety to create what he sees as an utopia, which is depicted and described as an enslaved planet dominated by machinery. With this in mind, he constantly uses his scientific genius and robotic expertise to create weapons and gadgets in his bid to dominate the entire planet and beyond to establish his Eggman Empire and to obtain power and dominance. Even though his plans to do so have varied over time, they are all done with this same goal in mind: having the doctor himself in the limelight. To this end, Eggman is willing to destroy anything that gets in his way in order to make his dream become a reality.

Nothing really. I just have you here to lure your best friend. I know how much Mighty cares about you and would do anything for your safety, right?
Orbot is a highly intelligent, serious and level-headed robot. From the start, he has showed an eye for efficiency, taking close notice of Eggman's flaws or awry plans. He is as well rather sassy and shows a sense of spiteful sarcasm, voicing facts and opinions as he sees fit, whether it is offering unsolicited, withering assessments of his master or asking a mourning Sonic to become his sidekick. As such, he comes off as straightforward, insensitive and brash. However, he does not mean anything by it, and behaves mainly as such to give constructive criticism and approach subjects matter-of-factly.
Correct! We know that Metal might be familiar with those two.
Alright, everything seems to be in order. Now all we need is Dr. Eggman’s voice to activate without him knowing. But how do I do that?
I’m pretty sure I programmed him with stealth mode, only so Metal won’t get caught.
