The Shining Crystal of Love and Hope, Magical Warrior Diamond Heart!
Valerie Amaranth, an ordinary 16 year old, has her world changed forever when she receives the powers of the Legendary Crystal Warrior Diamond Heart. Now with the help of Diana, she must find her allies, defeat the Nightmares, and rescue the missing princess Rosalia.
Will Val defeat the Nightmares, make new friends, and perhaps find the love of her life along the way? Or will she meet her tragic end? Your choices decide her fate and the fate of humanity in this magical visual novel.

Sophie is Valerie's closest most trusted friend. She is a 17 year old junior and the student council vice president. She cares more about her friends than anything and would protect them with her life. She tends to be the "mom" of the group, and is pretty strict. She's incredibly curious and loves learning new things. She's the crystal warrior of intelligence and clarity, Sapphire Heart.
Her voice is soft, kind, gentle, and feminine, she speaks carefully, and might sound scripted at times, she puts a lot of thought into her words.
(a bit excited, intrigued) What kind of dream? Did you know that some people believe that dreams have mystical powers?
(sad, emotional) It hasn't even been two weeks and I already let someone I love get hurt... What kind of hero am I?
(Furious, threateningly) If you dare harm my friends again I'll do more than just this! Now get the hell out of my sight!
Personality: Spoiled, snobby, refined, determined, kind,
Clover is the former heiress to the incredibly wealthy and powerful Vermillion family. She is 16 years old and a transfer student in Valerie's class. She's elegant and refined and like a living fairy tale princess, but she is also very spoiled. She is a crybaby and has a bad temper, and she's also very easily embarrassed. She is very charismatic but can be clumsy when it comes to close friendships. She's the crystal warrior of fantasy and starlight, Amethyst Heart.
She speaks with a noticeable french accent! Her voice is feminine but not too high pitched. she speaks carefully and politely, her voice is smooth and pleasant to listen to. However she can be very expressive when she loses control of her emotions.
Black voice actress prefered, but all voice actresses will be given consideration!

Amber is a fairy from Chalcedonia and Alex's fairy partner. She has a strong hatred for Diana, despite this, the two of them seem to have a close relationship. She is bold, honest, and always speaks what’s on her mind. She's a Crystal Warrior expert and has been researching them for years. She is the crystal warrior of courage and protection, Amber Heart
Her voice is boyish and scratchy, she has an exaggerated New Jersey accent. she speaks enthusiastically and has a loud bold voice. Has a verbal tic of “ya know”
(Excited, enthusiastic) Then I saw it! It was a super shock! A heart so full of love and bravery and- and- and... Passion! Ya know?
(Angry) I know Dia so well it disgusts me! She'll abandon ya the moment she finds the princess, ya know?
(Sad) There was no one left to fight except me. All of the knights in the kingdom had either been killed or captured or turned into Nightmares, ya know?
Personality: playful, friendly, easygoing, kind, cheerful,
Alex is a senior at Valerie's school and Amber's partner. He's not very smart but he's hardworking and does his best at everything he does. He's friendly and popular and gets along well with just about everyone, but he's not particularly close to anyone else except Liam. He loves cooking and sports and playing with his family. He is the crystal warrior of passion and devotion, Garnet Heart.
His voice deep, boyish, and playful, but pleasant to listen to. he is a native mexican spanish speaker so an accent is welcome but not required.
(teasing) Besides, Look how cute she is! She's all warm and fluffy looking! Like a little red dog!
(slight concern) ... Are you still mad because I didn't tell you about Liam's sadistic tutoring methods?
(joking, happy) You're such a funny guy, Liam! Hilarious! This is why you're my best bro! You have such a great sense of humor! HAHAHAHA!
Personality: Cold, Distant, mean and unfriendly, arrogant.,apathetic
Liam is a senior and Alex’s best friend. He’s a genius who has never gotten less than 100% on anything. Because things are so easy for him he is very lazy. He comes from a wealthy family and is arrogant, cold, and difficult to approach. But despite his rotten attitude, or perhaps because of it, he is very popular. He's the student council president, but spends most of his time sleeping than doing work. He's the crystal warrior of kindness and loyalty, Emerald Heart
His voice on the deep side, and is smooth and pleasant to listen to. He speaks sternly and bluntly and seems tired and often seems emotionless, or at least, he tries to. He can be very emotional and over the top when set off.
(Tired) Honestly math is the easiest class. I don't understand why either of you would need any help.
(Annoyed, arrogant) It was just an excuse to show off flashy special effects and even those were sub-par. I could do better effects in my sleep. in fact I have.

Ethan is one of Val’s closest friends. He is talented artist and loves music and games. He is laidback and friendly, and he can be sarcastic and rude at times. He is very average and doesnt have any special powers but he is a very loyal and supportive friend. He discovers his friend's secret identities quickly and does his best to help them out in the limited way that he can.
His voice is mid tone-deep, a pretty normal older teenage boy voice. Boyish and playful. He has a pretty wide range of expressions. He is a trans boy, trans VA's encouraged to audition
(Nervous, self conscious) Magic? Fighting monsters? I'm not cut out for that sort of thing!
(Offended, angry) Just because I don't got powers doesn't mean I don't got feelings! I'd rather you just tell me you're sick of me instead of treating me like garbage!

Personality: Gloomy, negative, timid, withdrawn,
Chandra is a quiet, timid, and shy girl who tends to blend into the background. She is quite pessimistic and has trouble trusting people. She lacks self confidence and comes across as a very gloomy and depressing person to be around, because of this she doesn't have many friends.
Her voice is quiet and soft. She always sounds a bit nervous so her voice is shaky. Her tone is very gloomy and depressing, and has a hint of malice and hate to it. when speaking normally not very expressive at all, but is capable of very emotional lines. Indian/Desi VAs encouraged to audition

Diana is a fairy from the magical kingdom of Chalcedonia, and Princess Rosalia's most loyal and trusted knight. She is normally very calm and collected, but becomes impulsive and reckless when it comes to the princess. She loves the princess more than anything and would do anything to protect her. She doesn't get along with Amber, however the two of them seem to be close.
Her voice is mid-tone and slightly boyish and deep. Slightly bold, smooth, and stern. Slips into a “meow” verbal tic when nervous or worked up.
(Shocked) It can't be... A Legendary Crystal Warrior?!
(A bit annoyed) I'm not a cat or a human! I'm a fairy. My name is Diana… but I guess you already knew that...
(Sad, near tears) She was our last hope, and she so desperately wanted to help… But we were found. I fought. Then she…
Personality: Timid, shy, self conscious, kind, self defeating
Rosalia is the princess of the magical kingdom of Chalcedonia. She is a kind and beautiful princess, but she lacks confidence and is very timid and shy. She wasn't well liked by the citizens in her kingdom due to being weak and cowardly. She went missing after the Nightmare Agency attacked her home and hasn't been seen since.
Her voice is soft, mousy, and very very feminine, not too high pitched, some stuttering. Shaky and nervous, and often trails off into whispering.
(upset) I'm not all that refined or ladylike, I have no charisma... There is no way I could lead this country.
(Happy, loving) I'm fine, after all I have a knight like you to protect me~
(Desperate, scared) Please!! Don't hurt her anymore!!
Personality: Ruthless, cruel, unforgiving, cold
Druzy is the leader and founder of the nightmare agency, she’s ruthless and cruel and seems to enjoy the suffering of others, Her goal is to collect energy in order to awaken the ‘Princess of Darkness’ by putting people into eternal sleep and creating monsters called Nightmares from the darkness in their hearts. She seems to have a personal hatred for the Crystal Warriors and will stop at nothing to have them destroyed.
Her voice is sexy and feminine, its a slightly low, mature sound that is very smooth, but also chilling. Malice and hatred drip from every single word she says.
(slightly sarcastic) You don't have to treat me so coldly Diana, after all, aren’t we friends?
May the darkness in your heart go wild!! NIGHTMARE!!!
(mocking) Are you just gonna run away and leave her behind to die? Just like you allowed the rest of your people to die?
Personality: Wild, impulsive, aggressive, destructive, edgelord
Opal is impulsive, destructive and aggressive, he’s the first nightmare agent we meet. He’s cruel and enjoys causing chaos and making a mess of things, and tends to be sloppy with his work, his monsters tend to be unpredictable difficult to control. He’s kind of stupid and likes to solve his problems with his fists.
His voice is deep, low, and manly, he speaks loudly and boldly and is a total edgelord. He’s very boisterous and over the top.
(Angry, commanding) NIGHTMARE! TEAR HER TO SHREDS!
(Amused) I've got a nice idea. Before I kill you, I'll gut your little friends first and make you watch!
(Annoyed, defensive) It's just a fucking fluke okay?! They caught me off guard!! I have everything under control, kid!
Personality: Cold, calculating, perfectionist, irritable, bratty but tries to act mature
Onyx is intelligent, and cool, he takes his time with his work and is a bit of a perfectionist. He has a terrible temper however, and its quite easy to get under his skin. He seems to be self conscious about childish appearance. His nightmares are strong and he has no trouble controlling them, however they are terribly predictable.
His voice is boyish and youthful, mid tone. He talks arrogantly and a bit mature for his appearance, but he loses his temper incredibly easily
(Maliciously) Those kinds of emotions are annoying and a hinderance. Let me do us all a favor and crush it here and now.
(Angry) OPAL YOU CAME RUNNING BACK WITH YOUR TAIL BETWEEN YOUR LEGS AFTER TWO FIGHTS SO DON'T YOU DARE GIVE ME THAT SMUG LOOK YOU ASSHOLE!
(Smug) You better get rid of her before that, Opal. Just make sure you don't leave a mess. It'll be a pain to clean up all the dog hair.
Personality: Haughty, Arrogant, show off, self centered, diva
Labra is haughty and arrogant, she loves to show off and be in the spotlight, and has an extremely large ego. shes stubborn, lazy and selfish and hates it when things don’t go her way, she’s also quite petty and tends to hold grudges over the most trivial of matters. Her nightmares are as flashy as she is.
Her voice is very feminine and lady like, but kind if nasally. she has an over the top “ojou-sama” like voice, she speaks with a very haughty and arrogant tone.
(confident and proud) Like I said, *I* am Lady Druzy's most loyal and trusting companion!
(Amused) Do you like my little back-up dancers~? They're a gift from Lady Druzy herself~

Personality: Cold, detached, loner, uncooperative, Stoic,
Chrys is quiet and stoic, the fourth nightmare agent, she’s difficult to read and seems to be the odd one out in the group, she’s the most competent of the Nightmare agents, however, she refuses to cooperate and work with the other members, giving her a great disadvantage.
Her voice is deadpan and emotionless, but also authoritative. She rarely loses her cool. She always calls people by their full name
(Flat and stern) I see... Well I expect to see results from you, Miss Labradorite. Do not disappoint Master Druzy again.
(Questioning, slight mocking tone) Could it be that your loyalty is wavering, Miss Labradorite?
(Annoyed) Master Druzy is becoming impatient...
