Hey everyone! Thank you for your interest and patience with this project. Casting decisions will be finalized on Monday the 14th and notifications will be sent out.
Lineage: Huntress Volume 2 (Halo 5 Machinima)
Project Overview
Taking place shortly after the events of HUNTRESS; LINEAGE highlights Naomi's, aka Twenty-Seven's hunt for the truth. A secret Spartan operative, betrayed by ONI and overwhelmed with memories of her once forgotten past, Naomi reaches out to the only person left in the universe she can remember that she trusts. She hopes to piece together the fragments of her past as well as conquer the challenges of the present but she'll soon find she cannot do it alone. Her journey for answers will challenge her beyond any prediction and she will be forced to come to terms not only with her past but her future as well.
LINEAGE introduces many more characters into the series; playing heavily on the dynamics between good and bad and the shades of gray in between. In her wake, Naomi's quest intermingles with a diverse group of people, all driven by different things and their individual drives will be set against each other. This project will focus more on the relationships of both old and new characters and it will also dive deeper into both Naomi's past and the consequences of her actions in Huntress.

Technical Info:
Production for this project will begin mid May and release is expected to happen in late July. If cast, you will be asked to join the project Discord so you can communicate with the team in full.
You must have a decent quality mic for this project. No low quality audio, no popping, buzzing, etc. Lines can be delivered within our project discord or via our team Google Drive.
I am looking for individuals who are at least 16 years old or older.
You are welcome to audition for multiple parts if you wish.

Accent Request Removed
After some consideration, I've removed the accent suggestion for the roles of Ashah and Ashita. I would hate to miss out on potential talent due to an accent barrier!

While much can be achieved using solely in-game footage, I would like to incorporate a small amount of unique, animated scenes into Lineage to both enhance it's quality and story telling.
I am looking to bring on an animator to flesh out several short sequences for this project. SFM may be the desired platform of work since a wide range of H5 assets are already available through SFM.

Background: Captain Gregg Waller is the leader of Patron Team, a Spartan IV team specialized in search and rescue missions. They serve under the UNSC directly and are both well known and loved for their heroic actions in times of crisis. Before becoming a Spartan, Gregg served under Naomi and grew very close to her. Shortly after becoming spartans, Gregg was determined to express his feelings for her but she disappeared before he had the chance. Now that she's back he'll do anything to make sure she sticks around even if it means risking his life in an intricate conflict he knows nothing about.
Bio: He is confident, battle tested and very close with his team members. He views them as family. His excitement with Naomi's reappearance clouds his typically clear judgement and will serve as a basis for many of his brash decisions to come.
Voice: A general range of voices may work here as long as they properly convey a certain level of maturity and confidence. When he speaks, he does so with purpose. He doesn't bark orders, he states them.
(Giving Orders) Dom, keep your eyes on that guy. Don't let 'em slip through.
(Confused/Anxious) Naomi? Naomi is that you? But how... You've been dead for almost a year.
(Standing His Ground) Look, I have no idea what's going on here but something isn't right. I'll be damned if I sit back and let this slide.

Background: Dominique is the marksman of Patron Team, a Spartan IV team specialized in search and rescue missions. They serve under the UNSC directly and are both well known and loved for their heroic actions in times of crisis. Dom, as he's called by his team, is notoriously quiet and prefers to listen rather than talk. He keeps his past mostly to himself but Ashah constantly tries to learn more about their deadeye sniper. Having served as a marine in the Covenant war, Dom enlisted with the Spartan program after his own home was destroyed.
Bio: Dom sees little reason to engage with others outside what is necessary. He isn't unfriendly to those around him but can often seem stoic or disinterested since he often just stands about as others talk. He is an extremely talented marksman and prefers to let his work do the talking.
Voice: Slightly on the deeper side, Dom is envisioned with a dialect similar to the "Urban Slang" trope. Emile from Halo Reach consequentially is a good example of this voice type. He doesn't speak often but when he does his words come with presence.
(Not Interested) If I'm being honest, I don't wanna hear about the details, but I'm guessin' you knew that.
(After Listening To An Argument Between Two Characters) Regardless of who's right and wrong we're all running out of time. Someone's gotta make a decision.

Background: Ashah is a close-quarters expert on Patron Team, a Spartan IV team specialized in search and rescue missions. They serve under the UNSC directly and are both well known and loved for their heroic actions in times of crisis. Ashah is the younger twin sister of Ashita. Both grew up on Earth in India and joined the UNSC shortly after leaving school. The pair fought for several years until the end of the war and were prompted to enlist in the Spartan program. Ashah fully enjoys being a super solider, taking full advantage of her genetic enhancements. Her lighting fast reflexes and sharp reactions make her a whirlwind on operations.
Bio: Ashah is friendly, outgoing and extremely hot headed. Even after several close encounters she continues to throw herself into dangerous situations merely as personal tests of ability. Due to her brash nature, her sister often is forced to reign her in and ensure she doesn't get herself or someone else killed.
Voice: In contrast with her sister, Ashah is much more friendly in tone. She is the type of person to speak with a a smile on her face even though she's wearing a helmet.
(Excited) Heavy weapons clearance! Yes! This is gonna be a good mission!
(Annoyed) We don't have time for this! We're gonna miss our chance!
(Poking Fun) C'mon Dom, just one story! Tell us what happened on Sigmus Four. Why don't you sleep on your left side? Is it true you only drink pale ale?

Background: Ashita is the strategist on Patron Team, a Spartan IV team specialized in search and rescue missions. They serve under the UNSC directly and are both well known and loved for their heroic actions in times of crisis. Ashita is the older twin sister of Ashah. Both grew up on Earth in India and joined the UNSC shortly after leaving school. The pair fought for several years until the end of the war and were prompted to enlist in the Spartan program. Ashita uses she sharp mind and quick wit to formulate plans for operations taken on by the team. Often she is referred to as Plan B, since she can come up with backup plans so quickly.
Bio: Ashita is highly analytical and reserved. She makes sure she knows as much as possible about a mission before getting involved in it. When Naomi requests help from Gregg and by extension, Patron Team, Ashita is the first to step up and question Naomi's motives and background.
Voice: Ashita's voice is one of quiet calculation. She speaks as if she's in a chess game, using her words to get certain responses out of others. As such her voice is often not as excited as much as it can be cynical or condescending.
(Calm/Giving Instruction) The guards changed course. They're coming toward you now. Step back and wait.
(Analytical) It doesn't add up. The motives aren't correct. There's something we don't know.
(Stern/Standing Her Ground) You've been dead for almost a year. Most people don't strut back from the afterlife unless they were wrapped up in something dark before. What are you hiding from us?

Background: Jax is the leader of Dark Horse, a secret Spartan hit squad under the same branch of ONI as Naomi once was. Dark Horse is tasked with capturing her and Jax is determined to do so since she poses a threat to the entire organization. He is very close to his team and regards them as his true family.
Bio: Jax is a confident and unswaying leader. He firmly believes the actions both his team and organization takes, while sketchy, are for the greater good. He accepts the mission to bring Naomi in because he fears her interference will lead to the seperation of his team or worse. His motives are rooted in his loyalty to his friends and hate for those opposed to him.
Voice: In-line with the obvious tropes, Jax can stand to have a deeper, more commanding voice. He believes himself to be above his targets and his mannerisms convey that mentality.
(Condescending) Look kid, you're in over your head. Drop your gun and we'll let you walk away.
(Giving Orders) What're you waiting for!? get after her, now!
(Angry/Trying To Explain/ Speaking To A Superior) Sir..yes..Sir.. I know but..Sir! We almost had her. All I need is a little more time and we'll have her ass in a bag tonight.

Dr. Carabach is a head scientist at Monolith, a secret branch of ONI. He was directly in charge of the program that Naomi came from. The project in question was aimed at creating clones to a degree of perfection and longevity never seen before. He's convinced his work, while highly unethical, is for the greater good and is willing to go to any length to see it through.
Voice: Carabach is a mad scientist of sorts. He talks down to everyone but especially to Naomi as he sees her as just another one of his creations. He is cold and revels in "rubbing it in your face".
(Taunting) Hahaha, you poor child. You really do think you're doing the right thing, don't you?
(Condescending/Taunting) You understand nothing about what's going on here. What we do here at Monolith changes lives, child.
(Annoyed/Giving Orders) Everything we've worked on. Everything we've accomplished. All of it! At risk! You bring me Twenty-Seven. I want to pick apart her brain!
