Project Space Anomaly Staff Casting [Round 1]

Project Space Anomaly Staff Casting [Round 1]

Project Overview

Thank you for your interest in joining PSA!

Project: Space Anomaly is a nonprofit fan project inspired by the likes of Danganronpa, Zero Escape & Your Turn To Die. All positions are unpaid.

[ALL STAFF MUST BE 18+]

Director: Mizustuki Ginga
Co-Director & Lead Artist: Nino
Lead Writer: Feather

Project: Space Anomaly is still in the very early stages of development! It has been being worked on slowly via our currently small team and is now seeking to grow our team to increase development speed and fill unfulfilled roles.

A large majority of Space Anomaly's mechanics and framework is shared with the mainline Danganronpa series, but our project is based in an entirely separate universe from the mainline series. Ultimates still exist here, and of course a killing game will still take place with blood, trials and debates galore. But you will see inspiration from YTTD & Zero Escape sprinkled into the game's mechanics as well.

Please look through the following staff roles & requirements closely while auditioning/applying. The more information you provide, the better. Our leadership team will look over each submission and see if you fit with any of the roles you apply for.

- Please make sure to include your preferred name, age, and means of contact (Discord is preferred) in your auditions/applications. Thank you. -

Project: Space Anomaly is completely against Generative AI! It will not be present in our game. If anyone auditions using AI, you will not be selected. The leadership team may conduct additional interviews regarding your art or writings to ensure no AI is utilized.

Project: Space Anomaly intends to play like & appear like as close to the main series as possible! It will be fully playable utilizing the Unity Engine! You can expect a total of 7 chapters! As well as a prologue & epilogue. Please look forward to more information in the future.

Round Casting -
Round 1 casting will aim to fill our artist, writer, animator, 3d modeler & assistant programmer roles.

Round 2 casting will aim to fill all audio, music, VA director & and any additional roles.

Round 3 Casting will aim to fill Voice Actor roles. Please do not expect VA auditions for quite some time. Thank you.

Please keep in mind that Project: Space Anomaly is entirely volunteer based and staff must be 18+. We take safety extremely seriously, background checks will be conducted to the best of our abilities. PSA is a safe environment for LGBT+ & minority groups.

If you are brought on board for the project and we find you have lied about your age, you will be removed from the team.

In addition, if anyone on the team is found to have had serious problematic views, actions or otherwise illegal actions, they will be removed immediately.

This game is a dark murder mystery, please keep in mind that some topics may be triggering for certain audiences. If you have any triggers or phobias that you absolutely can not work with, please place this information in the portfolio entrees/areas.

Project Synopsis - Welcome to Iuppiter Station, a scientific observation station dedicated to conducting the investigation and researching of the nearby gas giant, Jupiter. There's just a few slight problems here though... Since when did this exist?! Ichigo Iwasaki is the Ultimate Paranormal Investigator and now finds himself in a very abnormal situation. After being invited as one of the select few to see and witness the launch of the Indigo, the first space worthy vessel that can travel to the ends of our solar system, Ichigo begins to feel sick during the launch phase and collapses, finding himself when he wakes up locked in a strange room. Ichigo meets 20 other Ultimates just like him and in the same situation but why are they here and more importantly... how are they here? Unravel the mysteries of Iuppiter Station and the Indigo Launch as Ichigo weaves himself through the dangers that await him. From deadly traps and challenges to some sort of murderous killing game set about by a flying UFO. You may leave the station if you kill... but it's not that simple and will you ever find the answers to Iuppiter? Be careful though, because those aren't the only ways to die here... rub your fellow Ultimates the wrong way and you may just find yourself ousted out the airlock by majority vote. Will Ichigo survive? Can he solve the mysteries behind each and every turn or will he fall to one of the station's many dangers? This is Project Space Anomaly! A non-profit fangame inspired by Danganronpa, Your Turn To Die & Zero Escape. Follow the journey of these 21 Ultimates as they traverse the unknown.

Thank you to everyone who applies!
