Kaeya is one of the knights of favonius. He is very protective over Mondstat as the abyss order is getting in the way of things...
Kaeya‘s voice is deep, not too deep. Keep it deep but still him as a young adult. I suggest searching ‘Kaeya voice lines’ on YouTube so you get a sample of what his voice sounds like. The most similar the better!
Kaeya, Knight of Favonius . Please, allow me to join you on your journey. Guarding you on your journey sounds far more entertaining than any of the usual Favonius stuff.
Oh? Well, if you're concerned about keeping things professional... maybe you can find more use for me on the front lines. How 'bout it boss? Haha, just don't feel intimidated by what I can do.
Still struggling with how Visions work? Let's see... How can I explain it... The apparatus that allows us to see is our eyes. A Vision is the apparatus by which we control the elements. Simple, is it not?

Klee’s voice is high pitched but not WAY over the top. I recommend searching her on youtube for some samples of her voice.

Lumine is a outgoing warrior is action to fight away the threats in Tevayt. I suggest searching up 'Lumine Genshin Impact Talking' because in the game play, she doesn't talk as you are controlling Lumine. Well its depends which twin you chose at the beginning of the game. Its hard to explain -_-
About those books in the "restricted section" that Lisa mentioned...
Well, the city is built above water, so it probably relies on the windmills to draw the water upwards.
The Electro Cicins that their mages brought in attracted a lot of dust with static electricity, which ended up killing a lot of those Cicins. Then, someone mixed up the mist grass pollen and the pepper... and the Agents ended up brawling amongst themselves, each insisting that the other owed them money for wine.
