They are widely hated in the west, and often times are run out of town with bullets whizzing over their heads when they are caught in the act of conning the town.

This merchant is attempting to con the people of Novac into buying his false promises in a bottle. Only, the people of Novac are wise to his schemes, and intend to do something about it.

Caravan Guards are the main protectors of the various Caravans that run the Wasteland. Without them, many Caravans would fall prey to the various predatory factions that roam the Wasteland.

This guard is protecting the Snake Oil Merchant from would-be threats. Upon being outed as a con, the people of Novac shoot his brahmin dead. This causes the guard to open fire on the crowd, killing two members of it.

This Caravaneer works for the Crimson Caravan Company, and is attempting to get to Nelson to trade with in. Problem is, Nelson has been overrun by the Legion, and is stopped at a checkpoint ran by the NCR. They turn them back in the interest of keeping them safe.

A Bright Follower is a member of the Bright Brotherhood, led by Jason Bright. They are a fellowship of Ghouls seeking a better life in the Far Beyond to escape from bigotry and violence.

This Bright Follower is fleeing the REPCONN facility, spouting nonsense about demons and death and the Far Beyond.
