Pheen for NCR Traveler # 1
Travelers are more sophisticated Wastelanders. Often originating from the lands of the NCR, they have come to the Mojave to seek their fortune - often at the gates of New Vegas.
This NCR Traveler has made it big in Vegas alongside his wife, and is on his way back to California with his earnings. Stopping in at Novac for supplies, he scolds his wife for spending their hard earned caps on a couple of stuffed Dinosaur toys.
