Mr. Handy's are a robotic series of automaton butlers that often served the people of America in their households, cleaning and cooking and take care of the lawn and children. They often have no place in the post-apocalyptic wasteland as their loadout consists of low-tier self-defense gear like buzz saws and flamethrowers meant for cooking things.
This Mr. Handy belongs to a local Novac Settler, and has been taken in for repairs. Snarky and quick-witted, this Mr. Handy annoys the mechanic throughout the whole repair process.
