Wow, 215 auditions... This is going to be hard, there were so many great voices I heard! I am going to start going over all the voices and deciding which ones to cast. Although, I will still be accepting auditions until the end of the day today. I will announce the cast in a few days. -

I guess I forgot to mention that the role for "Audio Mixer" you don't need to also mix the music in, as that's a seperate from the voices. Right now I need someone for leveling volume on all the voices and making glitch effects with the audio

Monika is noted by the other characters to be smart, beautiful, confident and athletic. She is not as talkative as the other girls, but this is implied to not be through choice. She always has a calm, gentle expression and is portrayed as mature and hard-working. Despite Monika's upbeat attitude in the Literature Club, it becomes increasingly obvious that she is really sad and lonely, as a result of being aware that her whole world is just a simulation; a simulation in which she can't even achieve what is considered "happiness" (i.e. having her route completed).

The protagonist was designed to function like a typical visual novel protagonist. He acts blunt and mean towards Sayori, his childhood friend; teases Natsuki, the tsundere; is warm to Yuri, the shy girl; and falters around Monika, the popular girl. According to Dan Salvato, he is deliberately given very little focus. More specifically, the protagonist is an underachiever, preferring to play video games and watch anime instead of applying himself and having friends. Despite this, when he does interact with others, he tries to be kind and thoughtful. He takes note of how people around him are acting and feeling, although more subtle things may go over his head.

I see an annoying girl running toward me from the distance, waving her arms in the air like she's totally oblivious to any attention she might draw to herself. That girl is Sayori, my neighbor and good friend since we were children. You know, the kind of friend you'd never see yourself making today, but it just kind of works out because you've known each other for so long?

Sayori is intended to play off the visual novel trope of the childhood friend who becomes a romantic interest. She is portrayed as being rather talkative, as she often goes on tangents. She cares deeply about the well-being and happiness of others, especially the player, and appears to be enthusiastic about everything. However, she makes it clear that this is a pretense due to her depression, and that it hurts her when people worry about her. Thus, she tries to keep everyone as happy as possible to make sure nobody needs to worry about her.
Her depression makes her very unmotivated to do anything, as she explains, which is why she's so often late to school, never cleans her room, and has short hair (to make it easier to take care of).

Though usually very shy and overly apologetic, Yuri can be very talkative and enthusiastic when it comes to her favorite subjects, such as writing strategies and books she has read. For this reason, Yuri has trouble making and keeping friends, as she tends to come on too strongly. Yuri eats lunch alone at school but claims she has company in the characters in her books. To that end, Monika warns the player that they may have trouble pursuing her, as Yuri probably has a fictional boyfriend. On weekends, Yuri prefers spending time with one or two friends, doing quiet activities at home, rather than going out.

Well, let's see...
My favorites are usually novels that build deep and complex fantasy worlds.
The level of creativity and craftsmanship behind them is amazing to me.
And telling a good story in such a foreign world is equally impressive.
But you know, I like a lot of things.
Stories with deep psychological elements usually immerse me as well.
Isn't it amazing how a writer can so deliberately take advantage of your own lack of imagination to completely throw you for a loop?
Anyway, I've been reading a lot of horror lately...(insane)
