Carl Clover was a friend of Noel, Tsubaki and Makoto at the military academy, known for being the youngest to be enrolled due to his intelligence. Because his father, Rellius Clover, turned his mother and sister into Living Dolls, Carl seeks revenge and eventually joined the villains in search of a way to save his mother and sister. Despite his intelligence, he is extremely dependent on his sister, and is slowly losing his mind, showing signs of becoming just like his father.

Iron Tager, also known as the "Red Demon" is a soldier of "Sector Seven" and loyal subordinate to Professor Kokonoe. Despite being loyal to Kokonoe, he will disobey her orders if she comes off as Rash, Immoral or Cruel.

And lastly, Trinity Glassfille, one of the Six Heroes, but she barely has time to control Platinum's body, which is almost similar to her own body.

While she has mostly gotten used to being a woman at this point, still dislikes the clothing she is subjugated to, mostly due to her body type. Despite this, she still speaks in a somewhat masculine manner, similar to a young boy.

Tsubaki Yayoi is the best friend of Noel and Makoto, and also a former villain. Tsubaki is very serious and mature, as she previously always followed orders without question. She once bore an extreme hatred towards Noel after discovering that in the original timeline, Noel didn't exist and Tsubaki was together with Jin. After breaking free from her brainwashing, Tsubaki, along with the form she obtained as a villain, "Izayoi", is determined to fight against the villains for what she deems in justice. Tsubaki also is a hopeless romantic, as anything remotely enticing can break her normally calm nature.

In contrast, she doesn't seem to care about her appearance, as she wears loose clothing that is easier to fight in.

He's not afraid of acting, but often does so before thinking. He's also a loudmouth.
In BlazBlue: Central Fiction: Naoto is an outsider who arrived from a parallel world to search for a girl called Raquel Alucard. He has the "Eye of the Hunter" that can see the strength of a person's lifeforce, and is the owner of the Drive "Bloodedge" that allows him to fight with weapons made from blood. Opening his eyes to the unfamiliar land of Kagutsuchi and disoriented enough to not know his right from his left, he asks around for "a blonde girl with pale skin, wearing black ribbons that look like rabbit ears."

Taokaka is the guardian of the Kaka Tribe, and somewhat plays into the stereotype of the catgirl. Taokaka is the personification of innocence, as she only cares about doing her best and protecting her friends and family. However, she is also somewhat unintelligent, as she has short term memory, will drop everything and be a burden to others if hungry, and has an unnatural obsession with breasts.

Kajun Faycott is one of the main characters of the manga BlazBlue: Remix Heart, the manga BlazBlue: Variable Heart and also appears as an NPC in BlazBlue: Chronophantasma Extend and BlazBlue: Centralfiction. She was Mai Natsume’s eccentric roommate at the Military Academy. In reality, she was an undercover agent from Sector 7 that was sent by Kokonoe to obtain the Crimson Grimoire. Kajun recruits Mai to join Sector 7 and they both work for Kokonoe after leaving the academy.
Kajun has a princess-like attitude and an extreme thirst of knowledge. She tries to learn as much as possible, and has developed a habit of collecting information on anything new. The urge to know sometimes drives her into doing odd things, or making others do odd things for her; she even carries a small handbook around to write down everything she ever recorded. This fact does not mean that she is insensitive towards others’ feelings, however. Despite having an odd habit, she is actually good-natured at heart, willingly ate Noel’s death cooking with Mai and created a chance for Tsubaki to be together with Jin, being aware of her feelings.
However, while Kajun does care about her friends she has no compunctions about manipulating them in order to help her with her mission even when those actions put them in danger. Examples of that include convincing the other girls to break into a school building she suspected housed a grimoire while claiming it was to just to investigate a rumor, planting a fake clue during a school contest in order to make the group search for another grimoire and saying that the Azure Grimoire might be able to help Mai to get the other girls to accompany her to a restricted level of the academy.
The Truth Grimoire shows Kajun bearing a grim expression, dressed as a scientist and standing next to Kokonoe, which shows how loyal she is to Kokonoe and suggests that her eccentric behavior might partly be an act.

Ragna's personality is similar to that of a stereotypical Anime delinquent, as he comes off as rude and abrasive to everyone he meets. However, he does have a softer side, as he possesses an extreme amount of empathy, such as refusing to kill anyone, including Terumi, the man that ruined his life. In Central Fiction, Ragna suffers from amnesia, but his personality mostly remains the same.

After regaining control of herself thanks to Ragna the Bloodedge, Noel now fights with her friends Tsubaki and Makoto in order to destroy the Library and free the world. Noel has a typical "Moe" and "Clumsy" personality at a first glance, but thanks to her Mu personality, she is far more confidant in herself and can be very brave.

Yuki Terumi is the Antagonist of the Blazblue Series, responcable for almost everything that happens in the story. Yuki Terumi is cruel, sadistic and selfish, only caring about ruining the lives of others and having no filter on what he says. Terumi's other personality, Hazama, is the complete opposite. While also being sadistic, he is manipulative, calm, collective, and can even be friendly as a facade to his actions.

Litchi Faye Ling is a renowned doctor living in Orient Town, and also a former scientist for Sector Seven. Litchi, while very intelligent, is driven mostly by her strong emotions. One of the Driving forces being Arakune, who was previously her lover, Roy. Her strong desire to return him to normal caused her to join the villains, although she does not partake in their plans.

Arakune, is a monster that was formally known as the Scientist, Roy. Roy's obsession with the boundary forever transformed him into this creature, who is completely insane. He is so obsessed with the "Azure", that he wants to eat Ragna the Bloodedge. As time passed, he slowly started speaking more coherent sentences, and even remember who Litchi, Kokonoe and Rellius are, but was brainwashed by the latter.

Bang Shishigami is the self-proclaimed "Greatest Ninja of Ikaruga", even having his own followers. He's extremely over the top, even bursting into speeches. While others find him loud and annoying, he has a strong "Sense of Justice" and wishes to punish evil-doers. Despite all of this, he is extremely intelligent, has he is able to forgive Jin Kisaragi for the murder of his master, and Litchi's betrayal, knowing full well they were not to blame.

Valkenhayn is Rachel Alucard's butler, and also a werewolf. His personality is that of a noble gentleman: Polite and courteous. He is also extremely loyal to Rachel, for-filling any task she asks of him, even if it is deadly. The only time he ever breaks his personality is against Yuuki Terumi or Rellius Clover, to which he can become extremely aggressive.

Relius Clover is a main antagonist of the series, responsible for creating Hazama and turning his wife and daughter into puppets. Relius is the twisted, evil mirror image of his son Carl. While he is calculating and courteous like his son, he is cold and utterly devoid of empathy. His only true care in the world is his research. Relius is even willing to go so far as to kill gods for the sake of science.

Amane is a friendly, respectful, and eccentric individual. He is always on the lookout for possible fellow performers, asking both Ragna the Bloodedge and Carl Clover to join, being very persistent to have the latter do so. His subordinates greatly revere him and he in turn is shown to be very generous towards them, going so far as to treat them to a surprise vacation in the 7th Hierarchical City "Kazamotsu". He often addresses any individual he meets as "my dear". Despite his heavily female appearance, Amane's personality is fairly masculine.

Kagura is shown to have a laidback attitude, taking things very casually, in stark contrast to some characters in the BlazBlue series. He is described to be more empathic to the people than the government. He is an EXTREME pervert, attempting to flirt or even outright grope any woman he comes across. However, he has no interest in underage females such as Platinum and repeatedly states how he dislikes entertaining men. However, in special cases, some females are exempt from his usual treatment, usually those he holds high respect for, like Tsubaki, Kokonoe and Rachel. Despite his nature, he is not unintelligent, as he is known to be a great war general both on and off the field.

Kokonoe is a rather serious and cynical woman with no regard for emotions, and always strives for Tager to complete his missions without fail; however, she can on rare occasions be quite personable, mostly around her creations. She is displayed and perceived as cranky and foul-mouthed most of the time.
