Makoto is a very silly, friendly and generally whimsical and energetic person. While she has above average intelligence, she can be a bit scatterbrained. She has a deep love of her friends and a hatred for anyone who hurts them, or discriminates against her race. She also seems to lack a filter when it comes to her friends, as she would sexually assault them on several occasions. In contrast, she doesn't seem to care about her appearance, as she wears loose clothing that is easier to fight in.
