Animated Short: Fae Fantasy Romance Voices Wanted!
Project Overview
My studio is preparing a 6 minute video trailer based on a novel. I am looking for 5 English voices: 2 Canadian and 3 Irish. The video will be an asset for my studio to use as an animatic example (for portfolio). That means that the voices would be "final" already in the animatic stage. It will likely not be animated further than that.
The animatic is based on The Glass Gate by Hanna Sandvig. The author is aware of me creating this content, and gave distribution permission for at least YouTube.
A draft storyboard and draft animatic are ready. The drawings, video editing, and notations need to be improved. But the dialogues and main actions for the 5 characters are settled. When recording the final lines, I will show you the video and give you more information regarding the characters.
Genre: Sweet romance urban fantasy.
Target audience: Young Adults.
This is a Cinderella retelling mixing current-time humans and faes from Tir Na Nog!

Human. Hesitant and anxious but faking determination. Smart. Warm. Polite. Can be sassy.
Please add a few VFX (hum, ghasp, anxious breathing).
Deliver .avi or .mp3 files.
EDIT 13th Nov: This role has a lot applicants and some great ones have been shortlisted already. However, I can't close up the role (or project) because we are waiting for more candidates for the non-lead roles. For a better chance of being selected, please consider applying for those ones!

Irish WITHOUT a strong accent.

20-25 years old-ish if she was human, but she is a fae
Irish accent but NOT strong. Due to the character design, preference may be given to a person of color.
Fae (fantastical creature) but sounds human really.
She is stern, serious, and concerned for her brother Tiernan’s safety. Doesn’t like the plan but will follow it for the sake of the realm. Does not trust Ella (Lead character) but will warm up to her later so there is no need to be crazy antagonistic towards her! She is no villain, just an “obstacle” in these scenes.

"It's not actually hand fasting!" (scolding, like you scold a friend who is trying to tease you and is almost annoying)
VFX: "Short laugh (hah!)" "snort (trying to hide a laugh)" "Hmmm (as in, inspecting something)"
You are a warrior, second-in-command of the Crown Fae Prince Tiernan.
25 years old-ish (if he was human). Irish accent but not too strong.
Soldier. Informal. Easy-going. Shows confidence in himself. A reliable a friend, even with the teasing.

"As far as I know he just kisses them at parties." (Making an honest description of friend's behaviour) "Many parties…" (Now adding info and teasing because he knows that friend is listening)
VFX: "whistle" "soft chuckle" "heh"
You are the female lead character's best friend!

Canadian, but does not need a strong accent.
Outgoing, warm, charismatic, optimistic.
