Project Overview
Hey Everyone,
We're building a new YouTube channel focused on long-form narrative-driven content. Each episode will be approximately 30 minutes long and will follow different characters as they go on adventures and battle various obstacles. These episodes will take place in the hit game Among us. Utilizing machinima and 2D animation to push the story forward.
Our team has a decade of experience on YouTube, with over 20million subscribers across our other channels. Long story short, we live & breathe YouTube and have a track record of success on the platform.
We're looking for talented English-speaking voice actors to join us on this journey.
ABOUT THE EPISODE
In this episode, our main character gets a new job at a research station on a remote planet. When crewmates start turning up dead, they must find the killer and escape the planet before it's too late.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Please submit clean recordings on prosumer mics
- Feel free to cut your lines to your best/favorite takes.
- Please submit your recordings as one .wav file. We will provide you with a Google drive after casting.
- We do occasionally ask for line re-dos, but we do this sparingly and only after great consideration - we realize your time is valuable, and we won't ask for anything we can't work around in edits.
- We're looking to cast people for multiple episodes and seasons. Please indicate you're available to work on this project for the long term.

Orange is an easygoing and friendly character at first, but slowly descends into a suspicious and domineering antagonist later on in the episode. Any type of accent can work for this character, but it should have very "chill" vibes to start but with the possibility of sounding a little more threatening later on.
“Hey there! You must be our new engineer.” [Friendly, easygoing]
“This seems awfully circumstantial, don’t you think, Blue?” [Nervous, uncomfortable]
“You’re too trusting, Bumpy. Or is that all just a clever facade?" [Accusatory, suspicious]
Yellow is the imposter and killer of this episode. In the first scene, he is pretending to be Director Black, whom he has just killed and impersonated, and later on his true identity is revealed. Should sound villainous and threatening.
As Director Black: “What, already? That’s… wonderful. Bumpy, is it?” (surprised, and a little flustered)
As Yellow: “Hmph. Clever, Bumpy. How’d you know?” (surprised, but still a little smug)
As Yellow: “Brilliant. Too bad it’s not going to save you now.” (confident, threatening)
Dr. White is a posh, sophisticated medical practitioner with little time for pointless distractions.
“I’m actually quite busy right now. Medical emergencies only.” (Sounding hurried and a little arrogant)
“A murderer among us?” (shocked, disbelieving)
“Let me just get this started… agh! (sound of Dr. White getting electrocuted]" (not expecting to get electrocuted but...)
Professor Brown is a distracted, genius scientist who is friendly but very logical, and protective of his work.
“Oh, Orange. That pasta last night was absolutely wonderful.” (content, gracious)
“It does seem logical.” (thoughtful, calculating)
“Absolutely not! Everything in my lab is classified.” (sounding affronted)
Eden Green is the botanist on the station and is generally a bit frazzled and eccentric, often sounding nervous and unsure.
“Please, call me Green. Everyone does. I’m afraid I can’t chit chat. Plenty of tasks to do!” (frazzled, a bit rushed)
“Oh! Bumpy, you scared me.” (startled)
“Any of them could be the imposter… I’m pretty sure it’s not you though. We could both escape.” (secretive, scared)
Blue is the Head of Security and is a no-nonsense tough guy who is never really happy with anything. He begins as more of an antagonist but ends up helping the main character. A bit of a rough and tumble sort evoking hints of an old west era lawman.
“This the new engineer? Hopefully he’ll be less trouble for me than the last red was. (grunts)” (annoyed, not amused)
“I don’t know. Why don’t we ask our newest ‘crewmate’ (last word said very sarcastically/suspiciously)” (accusing, suspicious)
“I didn’t kill him! You’re setting me up, Orange!” (angry, accusing)
