All That Remains is a story about a young girl named Nevaeh, who was brought into this world with loving parents and a good life. When her severe anxiety starts to deteriorate her mental health, her parents put her on medication that is supposed to help her get better, but instead tears her apart and makes her feel like she isn't worth it anymore. When she gets sick...
Oliver is a young academic prodigy.
All That Remains is a story about reincarnation and learning to accept yourself and love yourself. It is produced by Violet Sky Studios, an independent Gacha filmmaking studio.
Roles
This movie is quite confusing with the whole reincarnation aspect -- which means a lot of voice acting roles will be needed! Please try to audition for more than one role if you can. Some of you may get casted twice!
We will need voice actors for:
- Each one of the 4 reincarnations (Nevaeh, Oliver, Melody, Laysha)
- Each reincarnation's parents
- Each reincarnation's friends
- Side characters used for few scenes or only one
Each section of the movie is separated into 'reincarnation parts', and the part you're in depends on who the reincarnation is.
Almost all characters will have all of their lines in one part, except for Diana. She has her lines in 2 parts.
Each reincarnation will be featured in the next part, but never in their own dialogue.
Deadlines
The deadline for the auditions (for now) is August 15th, so get those auditions in fast!
If you are casted for a role, you'll be invited into the Violet Sky Studios server to continue the voice acting. You'll have to submit a certain amount of lines by a certain date, but there's more on those deadlines in the server.
Requirements
- No background noise
- A good mic (apple headphones will work)
- Discord (LEAVE YOUR HANDLE IN YOUR AUDITION)
- Lots of free time
Rules for auditions
1) Be 13+, Discord TOS.
2) Make your voice clear and pristine and make sure your words are understandable.
3) Don't say audition lines more than 3 times.
4) Don't mumble your lines or say them quietly unless the parenthesis before the line include "quiet" or "mumbling".
5) Express emotion in your audition and make your act sound as real as possible.
6) Please do not add any effects to your voice. We will handle all of that in post-production. Background noise reduction is an exception.
Credits
If casted, you will be credited in the description (one link), and in the end credits section after the movie. Your role priority (lead, supporting, minor, extra) will decide where you land in the credits.
