Hello! I'm making a short animation for YouTube (~4 mins) and I'm looking for paid voice actors in English, with decent voice acting quality and mic! (female lead, male extra)
The story will be about a "bad evil empire" trying to take down a powerful country, the United Continents, using unconventional methods such as internet misinformation and encouraging violence among its citizens. Despite the goofy title, this animation will lightly touch controversial topics, and I hope you'll be okay with it! This animation will be satire in nature, and is meant to discourage harmful actions.
All of the art and animation assets have been completed already, and it's ready to launch shortly after I have the voices. Expect this project to be 100% completed! Credit will be given in YouTube descriptions and Twitter, if you're okay with it!
You can send auditions and/or demo reels! Please send in your contact information (ideally Discord) as well. In the distant future, I'm likely to reuse this character again, so I might commission you again to make the character's voice consistent. But it's okay if you're no longer available!
I'll be using PayPal for payments, after all the voices have been delivered to me via Discord or email. If you have prominent social media accounts and past VA projects, I can make partial or full payments in advance as good faith!
If you want to modify the voices with effects, please send the raw audio as well! You can send the files as a single file, or several files (per line) with multiple takes. If it's the latter, please make sure that the voices fit well with each other!
The bad evil empire's intelligence division leader. Voice age is somewhere between teen and young adult. Somewhat cold and calculating, with a slight accent. I imagined her to sound similar to Xenoblade's Fiora VA ( https://youtu.be/shGBpr1Ftrs ), but a bit less peppy.
She may be a villain, but please don't give her a generic villain-y voice! A "main character" voice will suit better.
A tired and stoic voice could also work and fits the character portrait?
The YouTube example given above is most ideal, but you're also free to voice her however you see fit! It might end up better. If you cannot do the above voices, you can try giving her your best voice regardless!

Spread convincing articles that the pandemic is a lie, that their leaders are out to get them.
Make them fight each other. Use their media, their news channels.
Generic creepy villains with a hood and red glowing eyes. Feel free to voice them however you see fit! They have very short lines in the script, talking to each other.
The United Continents is too powerful! We can't win at war!
Then how do we defeat them?
