About The Nuadan Chronicles
The Nuadan Chronicles is an electro fantasy RPG set in a post-post-apocalyptic world.
Several hundred years ago, the Cataclysm flooded the world of Nuada, shattered the second moon, and wiped out the vast majority of humanity. In its wake, the survivors discovered new creations: flux crystals, elemental monsters called fae, and great rifts permanently torn into the fabric of reality.
Through tenacity and ingenuity, humanity is in the midst of a new industrial age. Electricity, steam, and flux crystals power the great cities, airships, and other technological marvels. With each passing year, tinkerers and technomancers bring to life new and clever inventions.
The practice of magic, ancient and enduring, spreads like wildfire throughout the world as communication improves. Based on a language pre-dating the Cataclysm, Words of power are used to create fantastical spells from thin air. But there is a price. With each spell manifested, reality has a chance of lashing out in strange and terrifying ways.
Within the world of Nuada, there are wars and espionage, ancient ruins filled with lost tech and treasure, and dark secrets hidden in both the wilds and plain sight.
The world is changing, the boundaries of the Known World expanding each day. Will you struggle against the tides of fate, or be consumed by the darkness lurking within?

Seuma is a mysterious figure within the world of Nuada. They are known as the Chronicler. They travel the world recording historical events. Seemingly ageless, Seuma has wondered the known world for the last few centuries collecting knowledge for some unknown purpose. The accounts of those who have met them conflict with each other. Some describe a tall elderly man. Some, a plump young woman. Others, a hooded black-cloaked figure that spoke in whispers. The only things the accounts seem to agree on is a deep thirst for hidden truths and forbidden lore and a dark sense of humor.
Through the power of magic and industrial might, the children of Thrasyar [thrah-SHAR] seek to dominate the world of Nuada [nu-AH-dah] once more.
But beware. Otherworldly creatures known as fae haunt the wildlands.
And monsters lurk in the shadows of the world. They have not forgotten, nor can they forgive, the injustices inflicted upon them.
Armed with old magic and new technology, humankind is poised to reclaim the glories of the past. Will you defy the fate of your ancestors? Or succumb to the darkness within? The choice is yours…
